It was a great stay with no major issues. The roads leading to the campground are narrow, so I would caution folks to be careful. The only issue with the campground is that they should consider placing a trash receptacle closer to the upper sites. The only place I saw was the dumpster down near the office. Otherwise, everything went well and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful setting and very peaceful. Only issue was the bathroom was locked.

This was our "go to" KOA on multiple trips. I am sorry to have to write a negative review. Their prices went up and are now more than other KOAs in the area. When we were checking out after dumping, the man at the desk said there is a $20.00 fee for dumping, but he wouldn't charge us. I have never had to pay a separate fee for dumping if we camped there, and the site we were in was full hookup.

We were visiting our granddaughter who lives in Pittsburgh. It was very convenient and would definitely stay again.

Just an overnight. Steep hills & narrow drives. Entrance drive definitely needs repair. Nice staff, liked escort to site.

Entry driveway very bad. I was worried about damage. I think a repave needs to be done, and would make a world of difference.

Great campground for an overnight stop. They provided directions for getting back to the interstate quickly. Positive, nice staff.

Great directions on website and excellent responsiveness on returning calls. Recommend fixing route to the office and rv sites, too many potholes. Hard on RVs and vehicles, particularly with the high grade to drive up and down. Sites are great for 45ft plus tow vehicle. They must be leveled. Large RVs do not have too much flexibility to properly level on extremely uneven sites. Great staff

I feel horrible to report this, but, it is only fair to fellow travelers. The positive is, the park staff is WONDERFUL! Delightful hard working people and the park is beautifully maintained with a nice pool and fun attractions for the kids. But the negative is…the roadway into the park and the road within the park. Terrifying! The road in is a two lane, very HILLY road that has only one lane

We stayed 2 nights on our trip to break up the drive. The campground is find as a Journey and other than it was pretty basic, it was fine for us to go visit Pittsburgh. We did not use the bathrooms so cannot comment on that. Again we will use again in the future as a break from the destination.

Had a very nice stay. The campground is uniquely situated on a hill and has a remote feel to it. For Some sites like the one we were in, you may need an additional section of water hose as water spigots are located at every other site. Laundry facility was nice. Those along with the showers are at the office at the base of the hill, you’ll get some exercise if you choose to walk. Overall Great!

Our site was 37, rather close to the freeway & there was a lot of freeway noise at night. There were plenty of open sites available that were not as close to the freeway, not sure why were were so close to the freeway when there was plenty of sites that would have been less noisy. The staff were all friendly & helpful. I should have spoke up to request a different site. We will be back next year.

The road into the campground is very uneven and needs pit homes fixed. Our site was uneven. We had no connection to internet. The women’s bathroom needed painting and repairs. The staff were very kind and helpful. They seemed to be working hard. Our patio with table and chairs was very nice. The noise from interstate was loud.

This park was a nice place to stay with woods around it and the staff was very welcoming. It is near the highway so some sound but not too much.

The road noise is deafening. The sites aren’t level. The roads are very rough with wash outs and potholes. The bathroom and shower area was clean, and the water was hot, although it took quite a while to get hot water.

Campground is old and tired. My motor home site was more than 1 foot out of level in 30’. To get remotely level I had to pull more than 35 feet from the power panel. Had to use a 25’ extension. Driveway into the facility is full of potholes and needs paving. Definitely not up to KOA standards.

We have a 43 foot fifth wheel. The roads going to the campground and the roads in the campground were tight /narrow. The campground has good “bone” but getting in and out was a little difficult

Access to this park is not suitable for big rigs that are towing. Overhanging limbs on the way in will scratch your rig. The park itself is nice & clean. Navigating a big rig is a real challenge in this park. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This was by far the worse KOA I've ever stayed at. The roads coming in were extremely tight and the entrance was nothing but potholes all the way up the hill. The grounds are not kept up with weeds over growing everything including campsite, dog park and other walking areas. Campsite was no where near level and we couldn't enjoy a fire because our fire rim was on a hill. Gives KOA a bad name.

The road leading to the park is very narrow, glad we didn't have a trailer or it may have not made it on the road. The roads within the park need some help potholes are terrible. The tent site (T2) is not very level and when it rains the water flows right into tent site. The ground where fire ring is at is not level so very hard to sit chairs next to fire. Restrooms were clean.

The camp ground was ok(we did not spend a lot of time there). The road leading up to are camp site REALYY NEEDS A LOT OF WORK. My tires were spining as I acme up the road.

Hard to get to with camper, roads were too narrow. Firepit was too close to camper. People were nice. Camp was clean.

The people who work there were very friendly but the campground needs help. The bathroom floor was worn out and the subfloor was exposed. One sink didn’t work. The shower was in so much disrepair that it didn’t seem possible to really keep clean. We had a picnic table but the bench on one side was broken.

I really liked the double wide site, but the condition of the roads and the hills would prohibit me from coming back. You need to at a minimum fill in the potholes but ideally widen the roads up and down the upper hill to accommodate bigger rigs. Consider trimming the tree and bush at the exit by the trash dumpster at the bottom of the hill.

Very dated and needs improvements. Sites were tight and not very well maintained. Camp store was just sad. As a plus, the pool looked inviting and some lower sites were newer. Lots of mosquitoes and ticks were very very bad.

Nice park- pool very clean- our site wasn’t as Level as we Would have wanted and no shade. But staff. Rey helpful and everything clean.

We enjoyed our time at this resort. It was clean and had good amenities. Internet was not strong at times and it was a bit noisy. Liked the short drive to Pittsburgh. Would recommend for that area.

This was the last night of my most recent family cross country RV trip, and booked this last minute on our way back to suburban Philadelphia. We traveled as a family of 5 plus 1 dog in a 27 ft class C RV. Through our journeys, we've stayed at every kind of location you can imagine, including several KOA facilities. We were only here for one night, and on our arrival on a Sunday night, we pulled in around 6pm, and the office / store was closed (but our info and site, along with a number to call were all available on our arrival. Like most of western PA, the campground is on a pretty steep incline. That being said, the sites were all pretty level. This location has a pool, laundry, and bathrooms. On our arrival, maybe a 3rd of sites were full. Others in the campground appeared friendly. There were a ton of deer on property. This area is reasonably close to highways, including 76. KOA is a brand that's well known, and when you stay at one, you know what you're going to get, which is part of the reason why we booked here. This location is fairly priced and a reasonable spot to stop at if traveling elsewhere, or to explore the southwest region of PA. Note: follow the directions on their website about route you should take (as opposed to the Google or apple directions). The road in is narrow, and pretty hilly. The Google maps route will take you through difficult to navigate /impossible roads while towing or in a larger vehicle.
