Been coming here twice a year for last 2 1/2 years. Not really seen any improvement in that time. Good place to park for the money. Bath houses have hot water only after running for 10 minutes and soap dispensers do not work

Campground was nice, but the approach is difficult. Even though located at the intersection of two major interstate highways, access roads are narrow, windy, and several miles in length. Despite the difficult terrain, the site was fairly level and leveling the trailer was easy. Utilites were close and easily accessed. Checking in after hours was flawless.

Sign coming off the interstate was confusing! Make the second (unmarked) right turn Water faucet serves 2 sites, so VERY far from where I needed it

Hilly, only one shower house at the bottom of the hill, close to a very noisy interstate. Staff was friendly!

We only stopped for over-night on our way out to Washington DC and on our way back. The people were friendly and all interactions went well. Would stop there again. :) We were happy-campers!

The location was beautiful, but there was no good way to get there from the freeway. And typical of all KOAs, the sites are super close and pretty short.

Stayed 10/13/22. Beautiful park, stunning views. I have to agree with others who have commented that it is challenging for bigger rigs. Definitely do not follow your GPS on approach. Follow the very small KOA signs. We have a 42' 5th wheel and on leaving the park by following the directional signs (it was the only option according to the park signage) the rear of our camper dragged the ground.

Campsites are very small and we were unable to use the water hookup. The water hookup was on the opposite side of what it is normally and was a split with the site next to us. We didn’t know it would be on the opposite side and didn’t have a long enough hose. Plus, if we did have the water hooked up, the hose would have ran through our walking path (door side of camper). Disappointed.

Stayed in the deluxe cabin for 5 nights. All was well. The wireless was unsecured and not always there. The cabin was clean and staff showed up after hours to let us in. The laundry room and machines were really nice. This was a great place to stay overall.

We will use this campground again as we have family in the area. I called but no answer. Then called and left a message. No return call. Then made a reservation requesting a fairly level spot. The spot was horrible. One jack was extended as far as it could go and still couldn't level the motorhome. A simple return call or reading special request could have solved this. campground was not full.

Nice location to stop - but caution… the roads are very narrow going in and the spots are very close together and tight. We are 45’ towing. We got through but not sure we will chance it again.

The campground was on the top of a small hill near the freeway. I have a medium size 5th wheel and I felt like the roads were very narrow going up to the campground. They were paved. When I arrived at the campground there was a fairly steep uphill grade in the campground. The sites were fairly level. When leaving the campground going downhill was even steeper. The staff was very friendly.

Hosts are great and the views from the campgrounds match. Really liked the necessary room decor and their laundry room is well done with modern machines.

Nice clean campground staff is very helpful 2 issues 1 is out of koa’s control the roads leading in are very tight the second issue is the road in the campground leading up to the sites is way too narrow on the curve at the top of the very step hill I had to drop the front right tire of my truck off the pavement into the mud and my trailer was still in the mud on the left not big rig friendly

Camp ground was nice, clean friendly helpful worker. Nice level site. Only issue was terrible water pressure. Could hardly get a shower in motorhome cause pressure was so low our hit water heater would not work properly. I would go back there for this reason . Sad cause everything else was good

Thank you! We loved the "glamping" tent site and the location was perfect for inviting family and friends from the area to visit us over the weekend. The site was perfect for entertaining having the gas grill as part of the camp site. We also liked how close it was to Cabela's and some other places we wanted to check out in the area. :)

We stayed at the lower of the two patio sites. It was the best site we've ever had. The site was full hookup and almost table top level. The deck was huge and along with the furniture, was almost spotless. It looked like the table and chairs were completely wiped down between campers as there was no dust or dirt anywhere on them. Such a relief to have such a nice site to stay at.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly! We had a RV place with a deck. When I went to open the umbrella on the deck hundreds of stink bugs were in the umbrella, no fault of the staff, the grill we did not use it looked unkempt. Being you are right above the interstate you can hear traffic all night long. Again this is no reflection of the staff. The staff was working very hard. Would not return.

Second time staying here. Luv the peaceful atmosphere. Didn't use any of the amenities, except for the dog park. It was really nice for our puppies.

Nice clean campground. Some road noise because it is near the interstate. Site have good gravel and are level.

We chose to come here for monthly stay w/ the intention of staying here 2 or 3 months for work . It is extremely hilly here but that's to be expected in the mountains… what I was NOT EXPECTING is for the site to be @ the bottom of the hill next to a rain swollen creek & not having enough gravel & swampy… my wife called the manager to fix it . They promised to do so & did as soon as they got the delivery of gravel the next day. KOA has a great reputation & this particular one lived up to the hype.

Extremely fair pricing. Owners/employees really nice. Beautiful campground. Stores close by anything you can think of lol. I didnt rate the rooms only because I have an rv.
