This was a nice overnight stay for us but the pool doesn’t open until ten and check out is eleven so no exercise for us so we just got up and left. They do offer a nice option of foods which is very nice. Would stop here again, very peaceful.

I had an issue, actually a couple. I sent an email and talked to the attendant and have not received anything back or have talked to anyone about my issues. The attendant was a nice person and it is definitely not her fault or anything. But my issues not being addressed or anything is not ok. We had injuries resulting from our issue, and it seems like KOA is just waiting for us to disappear.

Nice campground, but the sites weren't very level. When i came out of my RV I had to side step onba hill to get around the RV. The laundry was very clean and open all the time. I didn't get in the pool, but it looked very clean.

we arrived late, after closing, and it was very nice that there was a visible sign stating to look for your reservation in a box with your name on it. It made a very easy to get to our spot and get settled before dark. It was a very quiet camp, and very open. My only recommendation, would be to have a water hook up at each site. My hose was not long enough to reach across multiple sites.

The problem mostly is the campground in the elite section. The ground is very soft and stabilizer/leveling jacks sunk into the ground, so didn’t use them, that left the motorhome very unlevel! Another problem is the sewer dump receptacles are uphill from the pad, for the lower class A coach it’s impossible to dump at the site. Luckily the holding tanks were empty and the stay was overnight

We always look forward to a wonderful and peaceful stay at Washington! After a long drive, we relax and have a nice dinner. Even our dog enjoyed the walk around the KOA. See you real soon!

We lost power in the evening and didn't have it all night. My husband has a medical device he uses at night. It was a long night. But you food make it right. We will be back again.

I am very surprised that KOA gives its name to this campground. The site was poorly manicured. The office staff was pleasant but not really knowledgeable. The showers were in disrepair with no handicapped area. Shower handles were broken and water was not warm. Unfortunately this campground is close to the family member I was visiting or I would not have stayed.

We had a pull through site (no pics on the website) these sites were carved from the Side of a HUGE hill the rocks were big and difficult to walk on, site was so far out of level we had to move the camper twice to get it level with ALL of our leveling blocks! The sewer line was UP HILL from the camper! The fire pit was in the rocks and was slanted down. 9% grade hill to exit the camp ground!

Power Problems. Very Low water pressure. Slopping ground makes it hard to use lawn chairs. On site support does not answer or return calls. The office does not return calls.

The staff was accommodating. We were upgraded to level tent site with water and electric. Provided a picnic table when requested. The bathroom was not clean and the grass was not cut. Dish Washing station number one does not work. The faucet knobs are both stripped out sitting to the side. We deposited our trash into an overflowing dumpster on the way out.

showed up at 8:30pm - easy self check in as i did not have a reservation. found site fine. clean bathrooms. i was happy the sites were in wooded area.

Quiet country setting with nice size spaces. Very nice owners. Close to many things to do and excellent restaurants. Will definitely be camping there again.

Pull thru site was barely wide enough and uneven with little flat area to set outside. The roads were rutted and unkept landscaping. Owner does little to maintain the property for a good customer experience. Not what I expect from a KOA.

First time renting a deluxe cabin and we was happily surprised . It was perfect . And the staff was very helpful and friendly which made are stay pleasant.

unfriendly staff at office, husband was stung by wasps opening electric box to hook up from wasp nest inside the box, extremely noisy from interstate 79 &70 from our site up front (its probably ok at lower sites) we popped in the camp store 2 staff members were there & neither greeted us,as we went back out, they followed us and re-lit their cigarettes .A nice employee did spray the nest for us

The property wasn't mowed or weedeated, the walking path through the woods is gone, trash spelling onto the ground due to cans were so full. Dog park trash needed changed, the ramp for the dogs to play on is broken & unsafe, a roll waste bags just thrown inside the area. Roads at the entrance are rough. The pool was nice & the hook ups were good. Disappointing from our previous stays here.

Office personnel was very friendly, but grass should've been mowed a week sooner, and when the young man who was mowing threw our power cord out of the way, it unplugged from the worn out recp. Thus shutting off A/C in trailer. It was 90± out and our dog was in the trailer. Our trailer was 93° inside and he was panting heavily. Luckily we returned in time to get him out, otherwise .......

The expanded sites were very small, the basketball court - was not a court and the rim was broken. We also encountered a police situation with a permanent camper that really disrupted our stay.

Well marked directions to the campground and special questions to get through narrow, winding streets. Gorgeous Pennsylvania countryside! The steep hill approach was a bit daunting at first and the road needs some paving. The campsites are generous, clean and level on the hill top. Fairly close to Pittsburgh.

The grass in this campground hasnt been mowed for weeks. The driveway is one giant pothole. My original site had two feet of mud the entire length of curbside. They wouldnt move me to adjacent site because it was 30A not 50A. Told me that my EMS would screw up their electrical grid. SMH. Eventually they moved me to another 50A site which had uphill sewer connection. Water was 50' away.....

It was fine for an overnight during my trip. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bathroom/bath house was clean and well cared for. However, the whole campground was VERY HILLY!! Everything was uphill, both ways!

Narrow road leading to entrance, rough entrance road. Steep narrow road to site with branches that need trimmed, site very unlevel and narrow, noticeable truck noise from interstate. Disappointing kOA.

I can't recommend this place. Terrible road from main road to KOA road. KOA road extremely steep w/curve @ top. All sites on hill, tough leveling trailer. H2O hook up on door side, so take extra hose. Steep downgrade to leave. I can't recommend this campground. Can't comment on staff, as we arrived/left when office closed. Didn't use restrooms or showers, so no com.ent their either.

Stay was fine since it was just one night. I did not like the site very narrow water was on the wrong side to much drop off once out of travel. Road going up the hill is to narrow. Entrance and roads getting to park are small mountain roads. Needed a couple of additional signs

Just the one night; the campground was lovely; the campsite was level...however, do be cautious with the drive to the campground - quite narrow and curvy (we managed in a 32' motorhome+toad).

This Journey KOA was perfect for our weekend trip to see the sights in the surrounding area and a ballgame in Pittsburgh. Beautiful campground on a hilltop, shaded site. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We didn't use any of the amenities as we were busy sightseeing. Easy on and off the interstate. Used the directions provided by the campground and no problems. Perfect for us.

Nice, clean campground. This campground, typical of the pennsylvania landscape, is built on hills. However, individual campsites are level gravel, with small surrounding grassy areas. Generally quiet area, although the nearby highway traffic can get noticeable depending on time of day.
