The campground was just okay. We didn't use any of the facilities. The site we were initially put into had a water connection on the opposite side of all other connections. The staff accommodated us and changed our site. The roads getting to the KOA were a bit narrow but manageable.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool was great and the kids loved it. The sites were extremely cramped. We practically sat under our neighbors slide out, the site was so close. The campground suited our needs - we were there for 4 nights and booked it extremely late so we were grateful we found a spot close to where the family wedding was being held saving us hours and hours driving.

Our site #24 had a big slope beside the gravel pad, 12" difference and our steps would not go out. Plus the water spicket is on the wrong side. We asked to move to another site but Mark stated no as they were full. We were there for 6 nites and they were never full. Marks solution was to dig a hole into the slope which ended up being a big mud hole at the bottom of our steps and I twisted my ankle

We stayed in cabin 1 and I couldn't be happier with our stay!! Amanda was so incredibly kind and helpful. Our cabin was extremely clean inside and out, I can't wait to come back!! The bathroom was a short walk from our cabin and it too was very clean, I highly recommend KOA Washington PA

We had higher expectations out of a KOA campground. This campground is very unkept. Grass was not cut, standing smelly water by the check in facility (with a non-working pump sitting in the water), one of the permanent tents is half caved in. Our 50 amp service caused smoke to pour out of our outlets, so we had to use 30 amp.

The campground was exactly what we needed for our trip to a concert at Star Lake! Amanda and Mark are excellent hosts! Thank you!

Great little lace to stay, they have a really nive little trail to walk and a nice swimming pool. Only draw back would be getting to it tje streets are very narrow and when you arrive they did give us a better way to get back to the freeway, which was very helpful.. they have a very steep exit out. But over all I would stay here again!

Sites weren't level at all. The surrounding area needed moving. Very narrow site but long which made it hard to reach the water. The road from hwy to KOA was narrow to travel on, but not the fault of the KOA. Would not return. Front desk person was very nice.

This was a one night stay for us...this park needs some TLC! The staff was okay, facilities were subpar. The road to get there is a white knuckler! I would pick a different park next time.

We have been working very hard on multiple improvements in and around our park. The road coming into our park is a Pennsylvania state road and we have no control over that. Thank you for staying with us.

It was ok for a night heading across America. There were extension cords running from my power box to the street light and wifi for the campground

We stayed 4 nights in park with out children in site next to us. About 45-50 minute drive to downtown Pittsburgh. We were there for a wedding. We asked to stay an hour after checkout on Sunday and was told no, but that there was a Walmart just down the road. Would understand the reason if park was busy or full but it was far from full. Facilities were very clean. Sites could stand some work to be

Sunday night was an unusual busy night for us. Our arriving camper are allowed to arrive at 1pm. Normally we would have no problem allowing you to stay a little later. We just needed your space cleared so we could get it ready for the next guest. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

This is the 3rd time we have spent time at W/P KOA. Each time it gets better. We are amazed with the improvements we find each year. Hats off to Mark for all the flowers and his willingness to help. Office staff couldn't do enough to make our stay a great one.

Not KOA material. Unlevel sites, sewage ran UPHILL to drain. Big rocks on site. All of us almost fell several times. I expected so ugh more for this being a KOA campground. I’ve camped ALL my life. Really disappointed in this campground. The way to even get to it is through a small town and small roads. We bottomed out and ripped our license plate off and damaged the bottom of our toy haululer!

We arrived 2 hrs too early for check-in but the friendly staff graciously let us do so. The Kabin was situated far from RVs and tents and was clean and comfy. The air conditioner and TV worked really well. I liked the option of using the roomy "outhouse" bathroom that was close and clean. Even though the campground was mostly full it was quiet and we felt very safe. We'll stay again soon.

Abundant signage easily guided us to updated baths, laundry, and a fire pit full of cigarette butts. Political signs are posted by the pool, and water was beneath the step and ladder rungs. Skim gravel at bottom of the hill was an excellent place to skin my knee and lose hiking/swim time. When I brought this to staff I heard "sorry, there's nothing I can do about that." Staff needs support.

In spite of your ranking note not every KOA is a 10. Senior RVers want easy access, LEVEL spaces front to back and side to side, convenient hookups (not shared water) and excellent WIFI and TV reception. These issues are particularly important for a 1 or 2 night stop over.

Loud traffic noise from 2 major interstates intersecting at the corner of this campground. WIFI is weak and couldn't use it up on the hill at our site. Pool was clean and nice. No activities planned. Tight access road to and from main 2 lane road. Clean bathrooms. Nice staff. Stocked store. $7 wood. Would stay here again when visiting family. Would recommend but only as a pass through stay.

Everything was clean and staff was friendly!! Only downfall is, the sites are too close to each other!! Cant sit out and enjoy picnic tables or fire ring without sitting ontop of neighbors!!

I felt like the KOA was exactly what we were looking for. This was our first stay at a KOA. We enjoyed that it was near the interstate, had flat pull-thrus, full hook-ups, helpful staff, clean restrooms, quiet neighbors and near the city, and we arrived in the evening and everything was fine.

Excellent hook-ups! Best we've seen, and we've been across the country a few times. Very friendly staff and a great community in Washington, PA. The folks were also very welcoming to our Service Dog. Easy drive to Pittsburgh for museum visits.

Extremely fair pricing. Owners/employees really nice. Beautiful campground. Stores close by anything you can think of lol. I didnt rate the rooms only because I have an rv.
