This was a pull-in late and pull out early stay. We are traveling west to east and needed a quick overnight. The campground has narrow roads, and location is quite hilly. We arrived late at night in the rain, so found it a little difficult to maneuver. The sites are quite a distance from the store/ restrooms. I think this Campground is more suitable for long term stays, not the quick in/out

If you’re in the area and need an overnight or longer campsite this is a nice campground. A short drive to Pittsburgh and close to the highway.

The bathhouses are very difficult to get to of you aren't able bodied enough to walk a distance up and down hill.

The staff was very uninformative. The staff was short and rude. The “fishing” pond is definitely not fishable. There’s no walking trails, no outdoor natural amenities. Just a big circle with a pool and an overpriced store. Definitely a big waste of money and will never return

The sights were nice and long but right on top of each other The people we had contact with were all very friendly. The one bad experience was what we believed to be full time people at the campground partying at the pool not keeping their kids out of others stuff. That was disappointing.

Lot of unexpected highway noise. Access to the park was a journey of its own. The park was clean well maintained and the site was level. No cable.

Stayed here on a long trip just passing through. Booked a site that said it was perfect for tenting, or truck camper and this turned out to not be level enough to park anywhere. Not as advertised and way too expensive for a site with no level ground. Would not recommend for anyone just passing through.

Very convenient location. The grounds were nice and everyone was respectful of quiet hours. The pool was refreshing and clean. There seem to be some toilet issues that narrowed the women’s options down to one in the shower unit and one in the unisex hut, it was a little inconvenient but the bathrooms were overall pretty clean. The bathroom hut also had a funky smell, maybe mold or mildew.

The site is as a bit off road. But there were many Saturns within a short drive to Washington PA. The only issue we had was that the water was on the wrong side of the site. While we had enough freshwater hoses to reach, we could not hoot up our black water hose to use the tank clean out.

Park is located 5-6 miles from major highways on twisty 2 lane roads not suitable for Rv longer than our 30 foot rig. Sites are fairly level considering the park is on a hill which is very xs straight up and down. WiFi was squirrely as well. Better parks have to be available

The terrain for this KOA, both the drive from the highway to the campground, and on the drive to the site itself, was challenging and very unpleasant. Also, the escort to our site was not as friendly as at other KOAs we have stayed at.

The deck was old & had leaves, tree branches, mud on it . Grill looked old & the cover was on the deck. Needed cleaned up & the weeds removed around the deck. Our dogs tracked in the old dried up leaves after a storm, it needs more gravel around it. The fenced in dog area was small.

If you’ve read reviews here, you’ll know that the campground is very hilly, and the highway is loud and on 2 sides. That said, the campground is very well maintained. The pool was fantastic - clear and cool, and the furniture and pergola were perfect. Super friendly staff. If you’re staying for more than one day, turning left out of the CG is a quick trip to stores, restaurants and more.

The sites on the hill were narrow and not level. Photos online were obviously from many years ago when the property was maintained. The Delux patio site DP1 was anything but delux, the bbq was filthy, the cover looks like it rotted and fell off years ago and was laying around it. Had we have known we would have either booked the 50amp sites or not at all. At best this is an overnight stay only

The noise from the highway is terrible. The girl at the front desk is unfriendly and needs to find a new job.We stay at the Salem / Lisbon KOA often and are always told we are welcome to stay and use the pool for the day of checkout. We were out of our yurk by 1030 ( checkout was noon) I stopped in the office to let them know we were checked but was going to the pool she said checkout is noon

In the women’s shower the water faucet handles were falling off. At our campsite the water faucet handle was missing so we had to use the neighbors water.

The restrooms and pool area were clean and nice. The grounds were not kept very well, definitely needed a good trimming and weed treatment. I wish I would have known the campsites were on an incline at the top of a steep hill and the restrooms were at the bottom as I have a walking impairment that made it difficult to navigate around.

Site unlevel with a ledge projecting from the adjoining site making it very hard to connect to the water. Sites are close together. Grass had not been mowed in at least three weeks .

The grass was way too long at the campsites. Long grass can have fleas and ticks. It looks like it had not been mowed in weeks. Very little for the kiddos to do. This would be a good camp ground if you were traveling thru.

The campground has some very steep roads both entering it and within it. Most of the interior roads were gravel but in the steepest areas they were paved. There was water coming up through the roads in 2 places causing deterioration to the road. The bathrooms should be air conditioned. They felt like a sauna.

Convenient to interstate. Good directions provided. Site DW1 is a large site, but suffers from lack of landscape maintenance. It is overgrown with weeds and thistles and was not mowed. Leveling off 3+ degrees side to side. Overall, not up to KOA standards. Tolerable for a one night stay.

Nice, clean campground. This campground, typical of the pennsylvania landscape, is built on hills. However, individual campsites are level gravel, with small surrounding grassy areas. Generally quiet area, although the nearby highway traffic can get noticeable depending on time of day.
