From I-79 Exit 33 Laboratory Rt 40, right 1/2 mile to Pancake Inn Tavern, right on Vance Station Rd, bear right 1 mile to KOA entrance.
From I-70 Exit 21 onto I-79 South, then follow I-79 directions.
All reservations for long-term stays require a non-refundable deposit of $150 (25% down) which will go toward your first month's rent. Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a $10 fee for processing charges. After 24 hours - forfeiture of deposit.
The current monthly rate is $650 plus electric (subject to change at any time).
