We stayed in a deluxe cabin for three nights. Weather was exceptional in late October. The cabin was clean and comfortable, but could use a few updates to make it better: seat cushions, better heating (baseboard heaters were poor), more wall shelving for food & gear storage. People want to plug in a portable DVD/bluRay player; please make that possible. Price was too high for late October.

Picked a great weekend to stay with all of the thunderstorms and lightening! Never lost power or anything. Cabin is extremely comfortable with all the amenities you need. Bedding, towels, eating utensils, and coffee. Heat worked perfect. We've stayed in other cabins in the park, and even in trailer spots when we had a trailer, but this was by far the nicest.

Our cabin had a bathroom/shower, mini fridge, Keurig, microwave, and TV with limited channels. We liked the mini fridge except that part was broken so we couldn’t utilize the whole area we needed for cold storage. My first KOA! The staff were helpful and informative, and the grounds were meticulously kept. The layout worked great, too, with a middle section for RVs and the perimeter with cute log cabins. A well stocked general store, and minutes from the beach. Not much else to ask for!

A beautiful campground! We stayed in one of the cabins and had a gorgeous view over the water and the bridge. Plus a beautiful little trail down to the beach.Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay there again.

The bathrooms were always filthy. The shower had moldy curtains. Not at the level of cleanliness as other KOAs.

The folks at check in were very nice and friendly. We stayed in one of the rustic cabins. We all had a good time walking the trail to the rocky beach. Our 3 y/o grandson said he was having "the best day ever" around the campfire, s'mores might have been involved! The bathrooms were the only down note, left quite wet from people showering. The overall mood of the campground was very relaxing.

We stayed one night in a deluxe cabin, which had a refrigerator microwave and its own bathroom. We had a beautiful view of the bridge and the bay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and blankets, etc. Nice fire pit, picnic table and deck with chairs. We would definitely stay there again.

They took such incredible care of us! They surprised my son with little goodies for his birthday at the front desk, Tony brought me ice and checked in on me after I bonked my head and when we were leaving, our car wouldn't start and Phil came to the rescue. Such INCREDIBLE STAFF. ALL 5 PEOPLE WE INTERACTED WITH MADE US SMILE!

Our stay with you is always wonderful. We brought our 2 adult children with us (they don't camp), and they loved it so much, even the trail to the beach. This was the first night check in I have done, but it went very smoothly. We were able to get there and get some sleep before our fishing charter the next day.

Super cute small campground near the Ocean. Our kids loved playing ping pong in the rec room and walking the trail down to the bay. Sites and cabins are well thought out with landscaping bushes to provide privacy between sites. Staff was friendly and knowledgable about the area. Thanks for a great stay!

I don't believe I had stayed in a camping cabin at this KOA before. Loved the check-in, they even listened to all my stuff. Really appreciated that I didn't need to bring towels, that the bed was made, and my campfire wood was delivered right away as I had added that to my order online. Very restful.

We had a great stay in one of the little cabins. We have already rebooked for next year in a deluxe, so we have a bathroom and don't need to leave the cabin in the middle of the night. Even though that wasn't idea, we really appreciated how well-lit and safe the camp felt.

We arrived in the midst of a rain storm, and had reservations for a tent site. We ask about the possibility of upgrading to a cabin for even a couple nights. The staff jumped through numerous "hoops of fire" to accommodate our request. I just cannot speak highly enough of the effort put forth, when they had no obligation to do so! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

It was perfect. I don’t have enough characters to tell how great it was. Even the weather was perfect. We had a studio cabin that came with everything we needed. We just added Oreos. I would highly recommend Waldport KOA.

Clean, quiet, and kind. We loved the quick walk to the bay. The walk across Alsea Bridge is a lot of fun and a great way to see the seals and ocean birds.

Stayed 1 night in a cabin. The cabin was clean and came with bedding which I didn't expect (i.e., nice surprise). The cabin has a small refrigerator but no sink (wasn't expecting one). Parking is behind the cabin with the front door facing a ravine then highway (US-101). It was a bit noisy you will hear truck exhaust brakes.

Cabin has fallen into some disrepair. The cooktop doesn't have sufficient power and so only one burner could be in use at a time. Had to descale the Keurig coffee maker myself to clean out built up grounds. The kitchen is no longer well appointed and what items are included appear purchased at the dollar store. Cabin needs a new mattress the doesn't make noise and disturb partner when you get up.

Property Trash bins overflowing. Stayed in cabin near by and didn’t notice road noise much overnight. Loved walking across the Alesa Bridge, caught one of the best sunsets of summer!

We had a great time. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. A very nice surprise was to find bedding and pillows in the cabin since we were not expecting any based on other Koa’s we’ve stayed. We liked the privacy of individual bathrooms and showers! The Keurig coffee pot didn’t work the first morning. They opened up the office an hour earlier than normal. We had to walk down to the office to get coffee. The second morning the Keurig still didn’t work. They brought another one to our cabin. The bathtub didn’t have a way to plug the drain for grandchildren to bathe. So we covered it up with a wash cloth. Not enough hot water for two bath

overall stay was quiet and peaceful and campsite clean. Only having 1 area of bathrooms was limiting as many full all the time. Main Camp store was limited in supplies, but service was great from staff. No amenities other than swing and volleyball in sand. Entry gets blocked when campers arrive and can't drive past folks, maybe have new campeers go to overflow parking temp.

Friendly staff. Negative is there are no coffee makers in the cabins. We have stayed at many KOA cabins in the past 10 years, and this is the only one that doesn't have them.

They had several things they offered this weekend (4th of July, 2026) like a kids parade, free ice cream sundaes and s'mores and the little store is pretty reasonable for what I have come to expect. All the staff are friendly and have been very happy to help with any questions we have had. We will have to return soon to enjoy the views and this beautiful little town.

Stopped in for just one night on our road trip. Took the trail from the KOA to the beach and stumbled upon some amazing views and a great Italian restaurant just a 5 minute walk down the beach. Would stay again!
