Our spot was very tight but the view was amazing as were all the people we encountered. Will definitely be back! The dog area with grass was a huge plus!

I don't believe I had stayed in a camping cabin at this KOA before. Loved the check-in, they even listened to all my stuff. Really appreciated that I didn't need to bring towels, that the bed was made, and my campfire wood was delivered right away as I had added that to my order online. Very restful.

Friendly staff, clean cottage and RV spot we booked. Amazing views!! And the best part, they were able to place our reservations next to each other!

We had a great stay in one of the little cabins. We have already rebooked for next year in a deluxe, so we have a bathroom and don't need to leave the cabin in the middle of the night. Even though that wasn't idea, we really appreciated how well-lit and safe the camp felt.

Well, we had a nice clean spot. Was great to have the bathrooms there. Everybody honestly did shut up. Pretty well by 10:00.. I had a great time. Nice to have the little store there if you needed something or wanted something. And the ladies working in there were fantastic, friendly folks.

Amazing and friendly! They found us a space after our other reservation got canceled. I would recommend the stay here anytime!

Pluses: The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The view was good. Decent enough for a one-night layover stay. Minuses: The sites were too small. The firepits were hazardous and the area around them, too small for more than a chair or 2. Get rid of the TV in the Rec Room. Camping is meant to be family time, not screen time. Kids don't need that pull to disconnect.

As is for all KOA;s, the staff is fantastic. The restrooms were good as well. The only feedback would be to have gravel on the site. It rained and everything got muddy. Thank you

Our stay was ok, and the location is great. The property, however, needs more upkeep. It was not clean, and the bathrooms are a disaster. The hosts aren't keeping up with the cleaning. There's clearly mold, etc stuck in the drains. The site fire pits are strangely placed and in the way since our sites had very little exterior room to enjoy being outside the RV.

Campground is packed too tight. Unable to enjoy the beauty of the bay views. Difficult to get into multiple sites due to crowding. Facilities not clean. Could have a beautiful volleyball and playground sand pit but weedy and not kept up.

The sites are nice with a bit of privacy, hookup were convenient and spread out so bring an extra sewer hose just in case(not a bad thing) trash receptacles were either too small for the volume of people, but they were overflowing a bit unsightly and unsanitary but nevertheless contained in an area. Over all our stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

This is a very nice campground, but be prepared to like your neighbors, as the quarters are very close. That is the only reason for the 4 stars vs 5 stars. Otherwise, this is a great campground

We arrived in the midst of a rain storm, and had reservations for a tent site. We ask about the possibility of upgrading to a cabin for even a couple nights. The staff jumped through numerous "hoops of fire" to accommodate our request. I just cannot speak highly enough of the effort put forth, when they had no obligation to do so! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We stayed in a basic cabin, nothing basic about it. Bed was made,tv,mini fridge, microwave and even towels. Plus the front desk duo was amazing. Best ever

It was perfect. I don’t have enough characters to tell how great it was. Even the weather was perfect. We had a studio cabin that came with everything we needed. We just added Oreos. I would highly recommend Waldport KOA.

Leaf blower at 830am woke me up. The camper next to my tent took my water bc there wasn't a hook up for them. Restrooms were dirty and inconsistent, ex: half the paper towel dispensers did not work, many of the shower heads were in need of an update. One of the showers I used had a 30 second timer button which was frustrating. The sites were too tight, and despite hedges, offered little privacy.

Tammy greeted us she was so friendly and told us about locations and sites and trails then we ran into this lovely couple Vanessa and Don, we felt right at home they were so helpful we are newbies at RVing. We would absolutely stay there again and we would absolutely tell our friends about it thank you.

Their spaces are tight and way too close to your neighbor! The check in area is horrible especially if 2 campers checking in att the same time. Firepits are right next to a bunch of bushes and picnic tables need sanded. Beach access trail needs some work due to overgrown weeds and shrubs

They had several things they offered this weekend (4th of July, 2026) like a kids parade, free ice cream sundaes and s'mores and the little store is pretty reasonable for what I have come to expect. All the staff are friendly and have been very happy to help with any questions we have had. We will have to return soon to enjoy the views and this beautiful little town.

Stopped in for just one night on our road trip. Took the trail from the KOA to the beach and stumbled upon some amazing views and a great Italian restaurant just a 5 minute walk down the beach. Would stay again!
