Facilities were clean and well stocked. Managers were friendly and helpful. If only they could control the weather. This was my first KOA. Loved it.

Did the pull thru thing and it's a little narrow plenty of room for your rig and slides but not a lot of room for people and chairs. The back ins had a lot more room. The staff were pleasant and very helpful.

We love staying there very nice clean camp. Showers are very clean. Laundry room was clean. Staff is very friendly. We are looking forward to our next trip.

It was a great place to stay. We’ve been to other KOAs where people are allowed to live there and it is very trashy. We haven’t stayed at a KOA for years because of that. This one was clean and you really wouldn’t know there were permanent residents there. There was a bit of a situation and when I told the office about it, they immediately fixed the problem. Clean, quiet, easy too navigate. Owners/hosts very personable and helpful. The hiking trail access to the bay was quite overgrown, narrowing, and nearly impassable; could use a machete trim. Otherwise, very pleasant facilities. Highly recommend dining at Allred's in Newport overlooking the Pacific Ocean 14 miles north of the KOA; Five Stars! *****

Pretty well stocked store considering they were renovating. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again if I find myself in the area.

Love this place and we’ve been here a few times. Check in was weird af this time. The attendant seemed so lost, confused, and frazzled that we showed up (???). Check in took way too long after a long drive.

The best stay ever. Don in the office and his wife were amazing! went way beyond customer service. we forgot our lounge chairs and he went into newport on an errand for his wife and got us 2 chairs. we of course paid him, but that was exceptional service. we will definately be back

This is our second time here. Such a special place - we have made this our "go-to" place on the Oregon coast. Except for one rainy morning, the weather was perfect. Like being in a little seaside village. We will be back.

Beautiful view right from outside my cabin window and door. Very quiet and peaceful camp, clean restrooms and showers and staff is extremely nice and friendly.

We stayed for a week. We had a gorgeous view of the bay and bridge. We had great weather everyday but one. That we refered to as a baby hurricane. A transformer blew in the middle of the night and we lost power, so we had no heat. As fast as it blew there were people there in no time and had it fixed. The people that worked at the KOA are super friendly and the whole park is very clean. A++++

We had a great time! This is a very well kept campground while still feeling down to earth. We stayed with two kids on a rainy weekend so the rec room with toys and ping pong was an amazing resource.

The Waldport/Newport KOA is about the nicest RV park in the area. Unlike most of the others which are just parking lots with some sketchy looking RVs, this place is fantastic. Clean, orderly, beautiful landscaped and very well cared for with plenty of amenities. The staff and service level are TOP NOTCH! HIGHLY recommend this park over all others!

Very clean, no odors, bed was made nice, bathroom was clean, heater worked. The fire pit was well made and clean, view of the bridge and river was excellent (K25). Bed frame moved around a bit, could have been a sturdier frame, but I'm VERY pleased it was not a log bed frame like we find in so many KOA cabins. The log at the foot is terrible for taller visitors, so THANK YOU for no foot log!

The cabin was clean and ready for occupancy but missing a few dishes and silverware. They were promptly taken care of. The blinds need a good cleaning. The fire starters were great and the wood was nice and dry. We especially enjoyed the outside patio.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The campground was nice and in a good location. Unfortunately our neighbors where chain smokers and stood on our side of their camper to smoke �Ͻ

We had an excellent view of the bay from our cabin porch. The cabin was clean and we had all the essentials provided. The management was friendly and check in was quick and easy. We will go back again.

Kevin at the front office was AWESOME!!!!!! Great sense of humor!! Our bay view site was excellent and our neighbors throughout our stay were great.

We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin. The property is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, well-kept, and a perfect place to relax and unwind. The cabin itself had everything we needed and felt very comfortable and thoughtfully prepared.

This KOA location is very clean, relaxing and friendly. I would recommend staying here if you want an excellent oregon coast adventure!!

They had several things they offered this weekend (4th of July, 2026) like a kids parade, free ice cream sundaes and s'mores and the little store is pretty reasonable for what I have come to expect. All the staff are friendly and have been very happy to help with any questions we have had. We will have to return soon to enjoy the views and this beautiful little town.

Stopped in for just one night on our road trip. Took the trail from the KOA to the beach and stumbled upon some amazing views and a great Italian restaurant just a 5 minute walk down the beach. Would stay again!
