Beautiful views if you get a good site. Beware, some sites are really bad. Some back-ins have no privacy from the neighbor behind you (youre backed in right behind each other with no shrubs) or are right next to a cabin. Our site was right behind the laundry and bathrooms, would not recommend. We came 2 years ago and I’m pretty shocked at how dead all the grass is on the sites. Please water.

Stayed 3 nights. Love this KOA. We had to move for that 3rd night, but it was a great site sir was worth it. Glad to see a Kamp K9 there. It was new to us at this KOA. We'll return next year.

We stayed at this charming CG in May and again in July. This CG is clean, with a very friendly staff. They are very knowledgeable about the area. There’s a river near by that you can enjoy. It’s kid friendly, has a very nice pool and a splash pad for the young and old:). It has a golf course. It’s close to avenue of the giants and the grandfather tree. You won’t be bored, there’s so m

Super friendly check in staff. But site was a disappointment. No privacy from our neighbors - their picnic table was 3-4 feet from our side window. Bathrooms dated. Combo shower/toilet set up means that if 6 people are showering, there are no toilets available. Maybe premium sites have more privacy, but for the price I expected more. This was our first stay at a KOA and we were disappointed.

Very nice place, our cabin was clean, the grounds are very well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful, definitely a huge plus. The morning breakfast sandwiches they offer were really good and helped in the mornings especially with kids, cute little shack. As all the times in the past the campground was great, well maintained and wonderful. Our site was a bit of a tight squeeze with the angle to get in but we made it work and once parked it was plenty spacious. Had many neighbors come and go but all were friendly. Can’t wait to come back and visit again.

Traveled alone with my service dog. Disappointed in dog policy, not allowing him to go to restroom with me and told I couldn’t take him in the office with me after I walked in with him. Didn’t see a sign stating no dogs in office.

Very clean and staff so helpful and friendly. RV sites have privacy with 6-7 foot scrub walls. Short walk and you’re on the beach. Several sites and cabins had views. Definitely will go again!

Charming hosts, convenient location to Hwy 101 but also Beach Access to the bay, facilities cleaned daily, cabin as described.

Our experience here was AWESOME! The people were so friendly, encouraging, & helpful. Our only suggestion would be maybe a ceiling fan in the cabins but other then that it was WONDERFUL!

The staff were all absolutely tremendous, the camp store well-stocked and clean, clean facilities, an heckuva bacon breakfast sandwich, and we made friends with another family and are planning a KOA trip in August. I have stayed at a KOA in San Diego and it was nice, but the Waldport KOA was spectacular. My four year old keeps telling us how much he loves KOA, too.

Wonderful hosts and staff. Have camped here 10 years in a row and always had a great experience. Will.be back next year.

A very nice campground. Paved roads, very clean sites. The shower and laundry facilities are very nice. Great WiFi and cable TV, playgrounds, enjoyed our stay!!!!

It was a last minute stop and I stayed for 2 nites. The staff was over friendly and the grounds were very well maintained. I explored the town of Waldport and discovered a bus that goes to Newport 4 times a day. Overall a real pleasant experience.

We enjoyed watching the fire works on the 3rd ! It was such an added bonus to our trip. Plus, staying at a patio site with wooden furniture was a great treat for us. In addition, these patio sites are end sites which allows for more privacy. There land scaling helps too with privacy. We like the fact if we have group trailers on vacation with others- they have back up sites long enough for 2 !!!

WONDERFULL!!!! Staff was great! Park is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Cabin was perfect for our needs. Restrooms/showers were very nice, appreciate the individuality for privacy. Our firewood was delivered! All around awesome stay and we will return and recommend!

Great place to stay but you need to fix your WIFI. We stay at the KOA because you offer WIFI. It should work were ever your at the park and should work no matter how many people are on it. Other then that great staff and great location.

Wonderful location! Clean campground and great staff, very friendly. We are coming back in a couple of months with friends. Had such a great time. Close to hiking, bay there for fishing or kayaking. Great location.

Great campground with beautiful area to visit. Loved the individual shower rooms with hand-held shower nozzles & plenty of hot water. Everything was very clean. The tent sites are really close, so we made friends with the other Campers quickly. Enjoy

Surprisingly quiet considering the campground being fairly close to the 101. We were placed at site 21 looking at the Alsea Bay and bridge and it was lovely to look at. Sites closer than I would prefer but not horrid. We like our privacy more than a KOA can normally provide but it was definitely livable for our short time there. Thanks KOA for a clean place to stay.

This campground is so well kept! Everything I saw was fresh and clean, just the cutest campsite I have ever seen. The beaches close by were amazing, of course, and not overly populated at all. I was there in June as well, so it wasn't the season. It has made me want to come back and stay more days. The little shop was well stocked and the staff made me feel very comfortable with their kindness.

Very relaxing and quiet. Within walking distance to the small town of Waldport. The little coffee hut there had many different flavors and options. The campground was kept clean and maintained nicely. The staff was friendly and helpful with places to visit and eat while there.

I told them I had 7 with my party when reserving.. I get there and they said the max is 6 people.. Nothing for children to do as most KOA provide…

Very nice and tidy campground, appreciate that the bathroom & showers are all in separate entrances, we had site 30 and it was very nice, only complaint is that the shrubs on the side of the sites don't run all the way to the fence, very nice koa, staff seemed super nice, short walk to waldport over the bridge. The rec room is very nice.

We camped here in our travel trailer for 6 nights. Super nice park. Very peaceful. Well stocked store and nice amenities. The park manager is welcoming, friendly and a genuinely nice person. We have already booked two more stays here this season.
