This was a dog approved site! When staying at koa’s these days, if the dogs dont have potty issues, then its a good site! Clean KOA , excellent staff. Lots to do in the area.

My wife and I have stayed there several times. Plus my daughter and her family stayed also Everything went super good. The upgrades such as nicer mattresses and bedding was a great surprise. The only downside was the bathroom door lock. Thank you.

The space was small, the water connection did not work and had to be replaced and the cable did not work. The bridge view was at the back of our motorhome. The park was clean.

We only stayed one night as we were traveling. The host were quite well prepared and very kind. The facility was clean and convenient. All went as expected. Store was well stocked. Some other KOA’s should take a lesson from you.

Beautiful location, very easy to sign in and out. Staff were friendly and helpful. The little trail down to a beach with a view of the bridge was an added bonus.

We haven't dewinterized our camper yet so we stayed in K25 for 2 nights. Sweet little hobbit style cabin. Very basic but with a bathroom. Great view of the bay and Waldport.

The staff members are friendly and very helpful by answering questions and getting you settled in the camp. Susan Kohl shared her favorite place to get specialty breads and I look forward to visiting Pacific Sourdough on my next trip back. The cabins are clean and the addition of the new linens set you up for a comfy nights sleep. Calla & Itty Bitty

Quaint campground, nicely maintained. Good views from select spots. Facilities are a bit aged, but functional. Could use a bit more attention to supplies in restrooms. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Showers were great, store could have had a couple of cooking spices, too many dogs, one camper lets their two dogs roam and they came into our site multiple times, another campers dog took a crap on the road and there was dog crap for 10 feet of the road after someone ran over it, dogs barking from two Duffy campsites- the view was great (would love the shrubs cut even lower for an even better fin

Great location, wonderfully friendly staff. We have stayed several times. The only downside - the laundry should be updated. Otherwise, an awesome place to stay!

This was our second time staying at this koa(also koa in general) and it’s always been very nice and the people around there are very friendly. We discovered the bing pong table this time around in the little game room. We will be back again!

My family and I drove through on a road trip. We had three kids with us so we rented the largest cabin that they had with hopes to be comfortable for the night. We weren’t told that there was absolutely no cable on the TVs and that you had to rent a DVD player and DVDs from the front office that closes at five. But thel cabin was nice and clean and comfortable. And the employees were kind.

It was a dark rainy windy stormy night at the waldport KOA . The couple that manage it are wonderful and are doing a great job . Every detail in the park was in perfect condition. One of the top KOA campgrounds we’ve stayed in.

10 out of 10 and 5 out of 5. One of our favorite parks. Sites are generous and offer a degree of privacy not often found. Park itself is very well maintained. Access to town is straightforward via a walk across the bridge which offers great views. This park does not disappoint in any way.

I reserved a drive through and when i got there they put me in a back in that my trailer just fit, also had a cousin come to visit a couple hours and they charged me 5 bucks for a visitor? she didnt even park on the property. i dont think i will stay at that location again.

It was great! The staff are so friendly and kind, it's hard to go wrong when you are greeted by name on arrival. The cottage was clean and comfy and easy to use. Such a gorgeous location and a perfect vacation.

This was a last-minute book on heading to Washington for the holiday. There was a mishap with my reservation, and the concierge just happened to be walking by as I was trying to figure out why my reservation info wasn't popping up for late check-in. This woman was incredible! She immediately corrected the mistake and got me and my family all settled.

The KOA at Waldport Newport is a great place to stay. Close to crabbing fishing hiking bicycle riding and probably a few things I forgot. The best ever.

I was super bummed to find out there was no coffee served at the office. We had to drive to the nearest store each morning for a cup, and the cottage cabins didn’t have a coffee maker. Also the campground store didn’t really sell any food either. Just different from other KOAs. Other than that, the location was good

the front desk manager was nice and stayed open a few min past 5 when I pulled in. the camp area was cleaned and maintained well. the cabin I stayed in unfortunately had no heat due to the heater being left on, on full blast and was burned out. sink was partially clogged and TV wasn't set to standard to turn on and work right away. Very Clean Well kept The water hook ups were to close to the ground and the sewer hook ups to tall. Other campers parked encrouching on the road making it dificult to navigate already narrow roads.

We stayed in the large "cabin". It's a cool cabin and served our purpose very well. We were happy with the furniture but not happy with the furnishings. When you pay a premium price, I expect to have basic furnishings such as towels, bathroom rug, hand soap, garbage bags. It had none of these, we had to provide our own. I went to store to buy soap, garbage bags, paper towels. No ice in office.

Overall very clean park. One of the showers needed attention, plus my last day I couldn’t get any hot water out of the shower even after leaving it running for 10 minutes.

Site was beautiful. But at 3 in the afternoon on a Saturday. No one was in the office. Had to register on line. No return call for my original try of direct boot. When we arrive an hour later still NO one in the office. Had no idea which was our site number. Wanted to do laundry but there was no change machine. And you guessed it. No one in the office to help with that either. $120.00 dollars s

They had several things they offered this weekend (4th of July, 2026) like a kids parade, free ice cream sundaes and s'mores and the little store is pretty reasonable for what I have come to expect. All the staff are friendly and have been very happy to help with any questions we have had. We will have to return soon to enjoy the views and this beautiful little town.

Stopped in for just one night on our road trip. Took the trail from the KOA to the beach and stumbled upon some amazing views and a great Italian restaurant just a 5 minute walk down the beach. Would stay again!
