It is a great little hidden gem. It needs a little clean up and some more gravel, however that being said; i love the ocean and it has access to ocean. They are super nice and will help you with anything you might need. I would like to see more green bushes or privacy fence between the spot. i will go back.

We have stayed here several times, it is set in a beautiful area ~ nothing has ever been ~ updated! The bathroom/shower rooms were very cold, (not heat) the shower water was no more than barely warm!!! These areas the floor was in bad need of repairs and the laundry machines did not all work and though that did work ~ did not work well at all!

Most beautiful and well taken care of park we have ever stayed at. Amanda and the rest of the employees were super helpful and friendly. Easy access to multiple beaches.

Clean and well maintained RV park. We enjoyed the view of the bay and bridge, would definitely choose again when in the area.

Very friendly staff, very helpful, check in quick and easy. Stayed in Deluxe cabin which was very clean. Futon in sitting area desperately needs replaced as it was very used and uncomfortable to sit on. In cold season may want to bring a space heater as the baseboard heat took until the next morning to heat the cabin. Still give it a 10 as the whole KOA was very clean and quiet.

Very friendly staff. Office wasn't open very much during our two day stay. Only two pods of regular coffee were provided. More would have been nice. Very clean campground.

We had a great time there. The view was beautiful and cabin was great. The bed was a little uncomfortable but we will definitely be back. The staff was amazing as well.

Stayed in the honeymoon cabin, it was absolutely wonderful! Loved that it faced the beautiful bay, that was my favorite part along with the large bed and tv, shower and heater inside. What a beautiful and relaxing vacation!

Nice place for a quick stop over. Conveniently located and clean bathrooms although only 2 were open. Overall clean and quite.

We stayed here for New Years Eve. site # 26 The location of the site is perfect ( we have also stayed in #27 ) . The office was closed for the holidays but they still had someone on site checking things. The owners are very friendly and pleasant to work with.

When we booked into our spot, the lady was very nice. The next day when we arrived with our 40’ trailer, we made a wrong turn and started backing up. A fellow came out (in the rain) and rudely said, where’s your map? You’re going the wrong way. Use it. And walked away. They also didn’t give us the wifi password. When I got a callback later the next day, the guy listened then hung up. So ru

I had to extend my stay a few times cause of the storm and I felt very safe there even though the storm shook my camper for 6 days but the shrubs on both sides help support the camper. Employees there were very nice too!!!

No one there. No one tending the store. No propane , no bathrooms open, cold showers...this place needs to get out of the KOA organization. What a disappointment for such a beautiful spot. The owners should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of travelers,

I stayed in the deluxe cabin. Heating was good. but heating system was too noisy to sleep. but It was clean and warm.

Very easy to find, close to the highway but not too noisy. The host was very nice and helpful even though they were closed she booked us a site no problem.

Like the park but RV sites need gravel bad nothing but a lake. stayed there twice same outcome like camping in a lake bed

Had a lovely view site till a huge 40 ft Motor Coach pulled in next to us, all the way forward, and blocked our view! The shower rooms need work, they are a little too basic, old and tired for my liking. It certainly is time for an update. I did like the dog walk area, so much better than a grass less fenced area. The nature walk down to the beach was fun.

We stayed for 33 days. Great customer service. Sites are close but bushes separate both sides from neighbors. Beautiful location with bay view. Easy walk across bridge into Waldport and down path to bay beach with cranes and many bay seals. Adequate showers and laundry. Safe and clean. Overall truly lovely stay.

We love this KOA. It's nice, clean, the sites are level and the owners are awesome. We've been staying here for over 10 years.

Good location but the sites are super narrow. With both slides out you can barely walk through your site. You can here every noise from your neighbors with so little distance between. Bathrooms and showers are dated and sub par. I would prefer a paved asphalt site over their black gravel.

This is simply the best KOA site I've ever stayed at. I've been visiting this site for years and the quality remains very high. Immaculate grounds and facilities. Helpful and courteous staff. Had a wonderful time.

Breakfast was amazing. The staff was so friendly. Playground is amazing. Also there is two. They have an amazing store and Becky and Katie are incredible. The grounds are amazing and the bathroom are so nice and clean. The internet works great too. They have propane filler on site also .

I don't often give 5 star reviews as a wise business man once told me "There's always room for improvement" as i rated his laundromat. This park is a premium facility located on the north side of Alsea Bay with spectacular views of the bay bridge, the bay and City of Waldport. The spaces and grounds are immaculate as are the bathrooms and facilities. I would advise people and people with pets to prepare for fleas and ticks. This is no fault on any particular facility or business. There's fleas and ticks at many areas along our coast. My friend and I had a very fine time during our stay. I very highly recommend this KOA Campground in Waldport Oregon.
