Nice place. Bathrooms could have been cleaner, paper dispensers did not work. Sites were extremely small with very tight parking for vehicles. Good location on river and just across the bridge from Waldport, walking distance.

Loved the linens on the bed, the view, the short hike to the beach and the staff were congenial and helpful. Bathroom needed a bit more attention throughout the day but otherwise a nice stay.

Nice cabin, great to have bedding available. Good bathrooms. I like the individual stalls with shower. Makes it fast and convenient.

The campground is in a nice area and clean. The space we were given was way too small. I reserved months before so should’ve been given a better spot. We were inches away from a pole few feet a camper. The the ground is so uneven you can’t level it no matter what. Getting in the space broke part of the hitch as the turn was so tight. I would have left but it was my granddaughters birthday.

It was quiet but what was different about this stay is how dirty the bathrooms and showers were. I had to clean them up just to use the facilities. No toilet paper, had to use and leave own personal TP. Had to wipe down the toilet seats just to go to the bathroom. The showers were disgustingly dirty. Hair in the shower drains and clumps on the walls. Cleaned those too.

Stayed in a cabin. Cabin was very clean with linens provided. Restrooms were kept clean by staff. Staff is very friendly and hard working. Trails to bay beach and bridge are enjoyable activities. Waldport is a great place to visit.

Easy in, easy out, secluded and quiet. Beautiful landscaping including site-separating hedges and old growth forest. Easy walk right to the bayside and/or across the Alsea Bay Bridge on a pedestrian walkway. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent utilities and WiFi, good AT&T reception.

Nice park. Close enough to the beach for bicycles but it’s a long walk. Nice restroom and shower. I would stay again.

It was a good size for our tent. The wood that was delivered was a little wet and hard to keep burning but nice to have delivered to our campsite ahead of us getting there. Being able to order the s’mores kit ahead of time was nice also. It made it fun and easy to relax and enjoy our camping. We used the laundry room and it was clean and easy to use. The service was friendly and helpful too!

The hosts were excellent. Our lodging was very comfortable. I think the bathrooms could use a little upkeeping. However we will definitely come back again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. HOWEVER...The showers were FILTHY. The shower curtin had layers of yellow soap on the inside and mold. There were holes in the linoleum floor. They needed gutted and rebuilt!! ZERO STARS!!!

We had an unpleasant experience at this campground. On our first night, we were harassed by a man while using the dog park. This harassment continued throughout our stay. We brought it to management’s attention, and they seemed concerned. They stated that we would receive a discount on our bill, but no discount was found. Corporate KOA also did nothing. .

Great location to explore the area! It has a trail to a beach and it is has beautiful views. The downside is that two RVs share the same site (facing out but share a common space). The bathrooms need a good disinfectant and deep clean. Staff was friendly and professional.

Great privacy with hedges, more spacious, pretty little nature trail down to the beach. The only downside fall was the bathrooms. Not very clean!

The campsites are all too close together tent and RV sites are so cramped that it feels like you are in invading other people's space. We also had an extremely aggressive and rude neighbor which made us feel unsafe and unable to relax. I honestly do not want to go back.

The bunk bed situation in cabin 12 was interesting. Although the kids loved it, I as a parent was frustrated with the bed making process, there is not enough room to do the job. The bottom bunk is impossible. I would suggest bringing a sleeping bag. It would be so much easier. Other than that, we had a beautiful cabin overlooking the bay! It was peaceful and we explored all nearby beaches.

Great stay. The cabins are done beautifully with comfy mattresses and nice bedding. Love the updates. The bathrooms were a little rough, but it was a very full weekend.

This was a last minute deal when I messed up a reservation elsewhere so maybe I shouldn't complain. But $60 is a bit extreme for a campin site separated from a major highway by a 3 foot thick hedge and a 30 yard open space. The same hedge separated the adjoining spot but thankfully they were quiet neighbors. No other major complaints and the hosts were pleasant people

Amazing view! Cozy and clean. We stayed in a cabin. Really wish we had outdoor water. Clean up after meals was very difficult.

Space that we had was very small and crowded. Picnic table was placed in the middle of the space and had to call office to get someone to move it. Directions were very hard to understand and it was hard to get to our space.

It was a beautiful campground. Well kept and very nice staff. Bit pricey and Could use a little water on the grass but would definitely come back or recommend staying there.

We stayed for 1 night in a cabin during our coastal road trip. The staff was great, lots for kids to do. Nights were quiet.

The cabins need to have the rugs vacuumed and floor mopped. We didn’t have a dog and we constantly had dog hair on our feet and socks which then got on the bed.

Great place to stay. We know it was the fourth of July. But there was trash everywhere on Sunday. Bathrooms were not very clean. Wifi sucks and never improved. Staff was amazing and the overall camp ground is amazing. Access to the beach trail can be difficult for those with any walking disabilities.

It was a very nice stay , it was clean , no complaints at all . If I had to say what could be done to be better it would be getting new futon cover, getting a bbq grill , and having frying pans in pantry, we will be back for sure thank you for your hospitality,

It just was clean and very nice, it had a lot of dogs, I have one also but they (dogs) were on leashes and people picked up after there dogs and not a lot of barking. We would go again.

My wife and I brought our 2 oldest granddaughters to see the ocean for the first time and this campground is extremely well taken care of. Very clean facility's and sites. Friendly staff helps with the best places to see,etc. Great view of the bay and sealions.

They had several things they offered this weekend (4th of July, 2026) like a kids parade, free ice cream sundaes and s'mores and the little store is pretty reasonable for what I have come to expect. All the staff are friendly and have been very happy to help with any questions we have had. We will have to return soon to enjoy the views and this beautiful little town.

Stopped in for just one night on our road trip. Took the trail from the KOA to the beach and stumbled upon some amazing views and a great Italian restaurant just a 5 minute walk down the beach. Would stay again!
