What's NEW in 2023?
Great things are happening at Virginia Beach KOA Holiday. This season we will be removing our old pool and surrounding area to create a new water experience for our guests to enjoy. We will be sharing the status, as well as renderings and construction updates, throughout this process. Here's a sneak peek of what is coming.

After a VERY long wait, we are happy to announce the opening of our new water feature area! Choose between one of our two heated pools, the heated lazy river, or the splash pad. If the weather holds, we will keep the pool open as long as possible. Give us a call to book your stay today.

The clock is ticking and we're working on finishing up the new swimming area. We'll have TWO pools, a splash pad, AND a lazy river. We're so excited about the updates and are thankful to all the guests who have been patient during the upgrade. It's going to be worth it when we wrap it up!

It's time to really see some progress and here it is! The weather tried to hold us up but the team is working until the sun goes down to get our new pool area wrapped up.

WOW! We have a ton of updates to share. We are getting closer and closer every day to opening our pools and splash pad! Everything is really starting to come together. We can't wait to cut the ribbon on this amazing guest experience.

Pool work is continuing! The site is cleared and they're working on digging out the new pool.

The concrete has been removed. The project is moving along.

Demo has officially begun! We have fencing up around the old pool area and they have begun to remove the old concrete. Fingers crossed for construction weather.
