From I-264E, take exit #21A, First Colonial, and turn right. Follow First Colonial; it will become Oceana Blvd. At General Booth Blvd., turn left. Go 0.2 mile and turn in at the KOA sign on your right.

Take an old-school transportation system while camping at Virginia Beach KOA. The Wave Trolley in Virginia Beach stops at the campground as part of its route to help campers easily get around the area. Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) operates the Virginia Beach trolley. Children ride free, while a single trip for adults costs $1. You could also get a one-day or three-day GoPass, which lets you ride the Wave Trolley as often as you like or need.
When you stay at Virginia Beach KOA, you can ride golf carts around the beachfront. We offer golf cart rentals in Virginia Beach as a fun mode of transportation around the area. Golf carts are an easy form of transit, especially if you only have a camper. We have carts available starting Memorial Day through Labor Day, but the quantity is limited, so reserve one when you book your campsite.
You and your kids will love riding the golf cart around the campground and beachfront. Golf cart renters must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license. Drivers must also have a valid license and be at least 16 years old.
Stay active around the campground and Virginia Beach with our bike and pedal cart rentals. You and your family can enjoy riding bikes around the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. The pedal cart rentals are a fun way to cruise around the campground. We also have family-sized surrey carts you can try with your family.
Bike rentals are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day, while pedal cart rentals are available from April to October.
