The City of Valdez has implemented Public Health Mandate 003 requiring Masks. Please wear a mask when inside public buildings or outside when social distancing is not possible. KOA Express Check in, Email (valdez@koa.com) or telephone (907-835-2723) check in procedures are in place, as the office is closed to limit contact. Please call upon arrival for check in, or leave voicemail after hours (limited phone hours 9am-5pm).  Online reservations are recommended.The office/store is closed to limit contact. The playground is open and not sanitized. Parents are encouraged to use their own sanitizer and have children sanitize hands before and after using the playground. The bath houses are cleaned and sanitized multiple times per day. The laundry is open 24 hours and is sanitized multiple times per day. ONE PERSON in the laundry room at a time, and please WAIT OUTSIDE laundry room so others may enter. There are disposable masks and hand sanitizer outside the laundry, as well as spray sanitizer inside. We ask all of our guests to follow state guidelines and maintain social distancing.
