We only stayed one night but the park was well placed and easy to maneuver through, sites were huge compared to some other parks we stay at. Also the bathrooms were clean and we will definitely stay at this park again.

Nice campground, but a little windy. We chose the concrete slab for a few dollars more and were happy with it.

We were disappointed that the pool repairs were not completed yet. Our stay in late June and the overall temperatures made using the pool desirable. Maybe next time!!!!

Anjelkia was very helpful and accommodating when I made our reservations. Very polite and attentive when we checked in. They served breakfast on Friday morning and brought it to our camp site. Now that’s breakfast either a smile. Bathhouse and grounds were clean. I rate them a 10 �

The stay was quick & peaceful. I did not use any of the facilities. The grass was over grown and not well maintained for a KOA.

we are frequent visitors here from our travels northwest from the Dallas Metroplex into the Rockies. Only this trip was different returning from a NM, AZ run. Our full grass site in back "out of the front neighborhood" we call it was excellent for our dogs. Who had next to no grass in the desert settings. A real simple, quiet campground in an open setting. A perfect place to stop just off I-40.

The park was clean and easy to access from I40. The site was big enough to stay hooked up for our one night stay. Travel trailer 29 foot long and Ram 2500 comes to a total length of around 50 feet. Our site was up close to the office and too close to the i40 noise. Ask for a site more to the back of the park for less traffic noise. We did not try wi-fi or cable tv. Good DirectV dish connection.

So much deferred maintenance here … definitely not up to the KOA standards we have experienced elsewhere. Pool not open in mid-June when 100 degrees, caution tape across game room, dryers need to have coins added in 5 minute increments. The pleasant part was the woman in the office.

The campsite was very clean including the bathrooms, however there was a lot of traffic noise at the spot we were given. A big plus was that breakfast was delivered and tasted wonderful.

This is one of the worst KOAs we have stayed at. The grounds were very unkempt. If they would just take a weed eater around, it would help hamper the incessant mosquitos! The entire facility/campus was pretty lame and boring.

We had shade in 100 degree heat! Older KOA but well maintained. However pool wasn’t open yet, which would have been nice. Definitely traffic noise from interstate but that’s not a deal breaker for me. Easy in and out. The gal at the desk was wonderful, so helpful and friendly! Would stay again on our way through.

Apparently this koa has a new owner than our previous stay 4 yrs ago. Campground seemed a little dated but our site was good and level with appropriate connections for motorhomes. We just stayed overnight so we would stay there again. Decent price for koa. Staff was friendly and helpful. Used laundry room and it had sufficient washers and dryers.

This is always a comfortable stay. It feels old school KOA with very helpful hosts. My only stress here is the lack of a quality wifi system. Theses days you can't get a 5 star without excellent wifi without streaming restrictions.

We stopped for just 1 night on our way out west. Didn’t have reservations and we were after hours. They had premade envelopes with the sites available with price and length allowed. It was very easy. Bathroom/showers were very clean with good water pressure and the gentleman running it was so kind the next morning.

Great place to stop while traveling across New Mexico. The property is well maintained and has clean facilities. And there’s a chocolate chip cookie waiting for you when checking in.

June but no pool, didn't tell us before we reserved. Expensive! Staff friendly and helpful. Laundry good. Not too close together and nice trees. No highway noise, but had AC on. Bathroom showers quite dated, didn't feel air conditioned so didn't use them. Much too expensive for what we got.

I was pleased with the facility but not with the cost. The nightly cost for a full hookups was more than we paid anyplace else on our vacation.

It was good for an overnight stop. Sites are close togeather overall good. Fuel stations nearby and great information sheet provided.

The bathhouse is clean on the inside but the outside looks like a shack. We have a small sprinter van (19') that ALL KOA's have put us in tent sites over the years, but they refused, even though the campsites were empty.

Wonderful, kind and helpful staff; clean as a pin, everywhere; pool, restrooms, laundry in great shape; convenient to town for shopping, museums, etc.; and right on Historic Route 66!! GREAT PARK!!

KOA under new ownership. John welcomed us with homemade cookies. Nice touch! Great scenic campground. Easy to find off the highway. Clean facilities. Breakfast delivered to your campsite. Multiple campsite options. Pool, basketball court, dog walk and park, cabins, so much to offer. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again!!

This is a standard Journey KOA. This is the 2nd time we have stayed there in the last two years, last year going from Georgia to Nevada and this year returning home from California. It is just a great over night stay. The rest rooms are clean, if dated a bit. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can have breakfast delivered! It would be nice if they had beer/wine at the store.

The concrete sites were level. They had a pool and playground. The office was closed when we entered the park, a little before 6 pm. It suited our needs as a place to sleep overnight.

After fleeing a wildfire at our original campsite in nearby Texas, we ended up getting last minute tent sites for our ‘cousin camp'. Because of the fierce wind, I deeply appreciated that the tent sites were sheltered. Bathrooms were clean. The vintage playground was a HUGE hit with all 9 kids - even the teenager :) The staff gave us free cookies when we arrived and when we left, showed me a fire-safe route to take to next my destination. After a very scary experience, I almost cried at their kindness. 10/10 recommend!
