What I didn’t like they do not honor military discount other net my stay at Tucumcari was outstanding. Couldn’t argue at all with the latte gave me or anything somehow another you guys gotta figure it out how to honor the military personnel everybody else and I have stayed at the KOA all the way across country right now I’m in Oklahoma El Reno they have honored the military discount and beca

It is a nice place to stay with nice helpful staff and spaces are level

Convenient location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots were good sized, plenty of room between spaces. Nice laundry room.

The cabins are way too close together, and the parking for them is ridiculous. With the mud, my small car couldn't even make it in my designated spot and I had to share parking with a kind neighbor

We got our spot but we wanted to be closer to the bathroom. There were some closer and empty. So my wife went to the office to see if we could move. They told her they were reserved for larger rigs and would not let us move. When we went to bed the site we wanted to move to was empty. When we got up it was still empty. I don’t understand why they would not let us move. Plus grass was full of thi

Campsites have plenty of room. Quiet. We have two dogs and although the dogs parks (2) are not that large, there is so much room to walk dogs away from the campground. For that reason, it is the perfect choice if you have dogs!

The place was very clean and check in was a breeze. The sites were well maintained and overall the campsite was quiet and relaxing.

Lot of loose gravel was a small problem for our Motorcycles. Breakfast was advertised but not revealed til I got to the office the next morning. Would not be a problem if I had been told when I booked the cabin. $104 is a little steep for your facility.

Very windy night but staff was excellent and we were in a nice site with view of mountain.

Very nice area, but sketchy wifi and no site trash pickup like the best KOAs. Friendly staff.

The park and staff were nice. We found Tucumcari to be sort of a ghost town and we didn't have nice weather. It's a large park with gravel roads. It has 2 sewer locations spread apart at the site which is very nice depending on where your sewer hose connects. I did do lots of laundry, they have about 6 washers and dryers, those big industrial dryers

The cement sites in back are great for big rigs, but expensive. Most of property is average and no extras.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. Our site was shaded and and level. Bathrooms (standard KOA footprint) were clean. I do feel these KOA owners need to improve their WiFi, especially in this day and age. Make the investment. Your guests will consider returning with good WiFi, the expectation in today’s world.

Upon arrival we were told that wi-fi is “spotty”. Well you should count on no wi-fi. No pancake breakfast because cook is sick. No propane because the employee is not trained. Very little gravel on roads so we now have red mud all over our rig and truck. Lots of deep water standing in the road. Very noisy with proximity to the highway. This dump is the worst KOA we’ve ever stayed in. Steer c

perfect location when going from Texas out west. an older community but well taken care of, sites are large but need some leveling, facilities are clean. pool needs some care but perfect for a one night stay over for a continue on trip in the morning.

We showed up after check in. They had our envelope waiting for us! We went to our assigned spot surrounded by construction. Sent text to after hours line- never got a response asking to move to an area not so rocky. We made it work. First KOA I’ve been to without a code on bathroom. The man in the store was very nice. probably would not stay here again. Cost more than a hotel room for a tent sp

Lovely staff. Very clean KOA. Will return.

Very pleasant stay. Ample room for basic rv. We even had a trailer besides our rv and had just enough room. Spacing between rvs is little close to for comfort. But staying just a night was fine. Grounds were clean and staff in office were great.

Very nice campground....but no internet.....that's the reason for the lower score

I booked my stay over the phone and was not offered the least expensive pull thru site even though it was available and I qualified for it (self contained travel van needing no hook-ups of any kind). I was assigned a site directly next to the only other camper van in the entire row, which was rude since I was arriving late (after everyone was asleep) and leaving early (before anyone was awake).

The concrete pad was the only nice thing about out site. The weeds were over grown in the rocks, the picnic table was in terrible condition, there was construction debris next to our site. It was not worth $90.00. We won’t stay there again.

Quiet, clean campground. Peaceful view of farmland and mountain. Comfortable dry weather and plenty of sunshine in May! Good level site. Relaxing.

Very clean, the only problem was the Wi-fi was in and out. Trying to do work on the laptop.

Definitely an older KOA, but well kept and clean. The activity room could use a lot of TLC but if you want to enjoy the outdoors, it’s got options & the sites have good tables & level sites. We saw quite a few motorcycles with tents. The campground has protected them from wind! Great idea

This is the 2nd time we stayed here. We enjoyed the stay each time. The Staff we met were friendly and knowledgeable. It was a quiet and a relaxing atmosphere. I'm sure we'll stay here again in the future.

Not up to the standards of what I expect at a KOA Campground. This place needs a lot of upgrades.

Outstanding as always…See you next year!

Our first time at this KOA location, however, not the last. Found the park easy to access, navigate through, with clean bathhouse, and close to town. Thank you.

Very friendly staff. Park is quiet and clean.

We were arriving late. But the AC was turned on and made our cabin nice and cool. Unfortunately we had to leave very early the next morning.

chose this KOA over Amarillo and Santa Fe specifically because the website mentioned breakfast and fresh hot cookies, and unfortunately neither was available during our stay. That was really disappointing since those amenities were a big part of why we booked here. The pool was also closed for ‘winter,’ even though it was mid-May. The game room was underwhelming, but had a working television.

After fleeing a wildfire at our original campsite in nearby Texas, we ended up getting last minute tent sites for our ‘cousin camp'. Because of the fierce wind, I deeply appreciated that the tent sites were sheltered. Bathrooms were clean. The vintage playground was a HUGE hit with all 9 kids - even the teenager :) The staff gave us free cookies when we arrived and when we left, showed me a fire-safe route to take to next my destination. After a very scary experience, I almost cried at their kindness. 10/10 recommend!
