Overall, Park presentation is tired and presents itself as being questionable for utilities and other services. Showers were clean but dated. Water pressure and temperature were very good. Our 30 amp site was acceptable as well as the water and the sewer. It will not be my first choice in the future but is in the middle of our normal travel. we will stay again and look for upgrades if possible

Quite clean and restful - will definitely stay here again. Loved being able to watch tv - big bonus.

The gentleman that checked us in was courteous and made sure we had the proper info for our stay. Check out day was a bit different. We had two maintenance men driving by without a greeting and staring as if to much us off. It was uncomfortable to say the least. Hopefully that can be corrected. Grounds were clean, bathrooms were clean stocked and had good water pressure, very well kept.

We stop here often, it’s convenient, clean, and the staff members are always friendly and helpful. The spaces are long and there’s a good variety of site types as well. No doubt we will continue to be “regulars” at the Tucumcari KOA…Now if the NMDOT would just get the 40 resurfaced…

We stayed at the Tucumcari/Route 66 KOA twice in the past week; on the way out to the Grand Canyon and on the way home. It was a very pleasant stay both times. The staff were great to deal with, the bathrooms were nice and clean and check-in/out was smooth. We'll be back!

Great place to stay. Wide open park. Next time we’ll use the concrete site area. Power went out in city while there - hosts were very good about keeping us updated.

They were awesome taking care of us coming in after hours with an envelope containing all the information we needed to get us to our site for the night. The site was great, concrete with full hookups. It looks like they are really making an effort to improve the overall campground and I hope y’all the best! If we are ever passing through there again we will definitely see if we can stay there!

I've been staying at this. Anyway, for many years as I travel. West in the fall and east in the summer. I've never had any problems.

We stayed just one night, it's probably not a destination that we'll try to stay at again. Nothing wrong with it in particular, but there is also just not much going on. Shop and pool close at 7.

Unfortunately the management had no help. They mentioned it was difficult to keep hired help. We needed a cabin of which they had several available but couldn’t rent them out because the cleaning lady hadn’t been there due to an illness. We slept in our tent which had 25 mph winds. It was a difficult night. John and Cindy ran the KOA but it definitely needs some help.

Our neighbor next to us was assigned to site that was clearly too small for the rig and they ended up trying to fit in it and damage the rig from branch. It obviously was operator error, but the office sent an employee out who had only been employed for two weeks the owner never came out who was on site to try and assist them. My husband ended up going over there and helping.

we stayed one night and it was OK for 1 night, but no wi-fi for TV was a problem

Always a good option to stay here, very well maintained, friendly and helpful staff. The spaces are large, and there’s a variety of shade and open areas.

Very clean. Great overnight stop.

Could not enjoy the campground due to the rain (not KOA's fault exactly). Our tent site was sooo far away from the restroom and showers. Additionally, The tent site cost as much as nearby motels.

All was great!

Check in girl was rude, put us furthest from the bathroom even though all the sites between us and the bathroom were empty. Long walk with kids to any kind of play area. Clearly they cater to RVs only. Will not return or recommend to anyone. Absolutely awful!

Park is very noisy from the freeway and the cost is rather high for a KOA Campground in this location

Nice and friendly Campground! Quick easy access on off I-40. Big rig friendly, we’re 65’.

Our campsite was very nice and the campground itself was well maintained. The bathroom was clean and the showers were nice. The concern was in the morning as we were packing up the power kept surging. With only our lights on this should not have happened.

Very loud traffic noise. Otherwise it was nice.

This park was perfect for our overnight stay. It was peaceful, well kept, we grass for our dog. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

It’s quiet. Clean. Really cute park. They have small pool to cool off in. We have a 45 class A and made it through the park easily even though it seemed tight. I recommend.

Camp site was fine. Town nearby is kind of dead, good golf course is worth checking out. Lots of mosquitoes around park, must be untreated standing water around. Perfectly fine camping for a night, two if you play golf.

Good overnight stay, we stayed overnight making our way to Colorado. Not much in the area but the site was level, bathrooms were clean and staff was nice. A little pricey but that seems to be the case for most KOAs these days.

John was in the office was super nice! He's from Tonawanda near Buffalo and is a Bills fan, too!!! He used to have the KOA in Placerville, CA, and we stayed there for several months as RN's in 2001. We had a great stay for 2 nights here and rested up on our journey to Savannah, GA.

This is a very nice campgrounds, close to I 40. Has a nice little store, they gave me my welcome paper and 2 chocolate chip cookies 🥳😋 There's playground equipment, pool, shaded picnic table area and lots of walkin space. I use KOA for my turn n burns across country.
