We rented a beautiful cabin Where the toilet ran constantly for the whole week we were there. When I mentioned to the desk about the toilet problem, they said possibly it would get fixed up after we left.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. It was clean and comfortable. The campground was big and all of the staff was wonderful. I am ready to go back.

Beautiful park, great RV spaces, wonderful cabins. Tv wasn’t working properly and someone was there in minutes to help us. The only suggestion I have is please provide extra garbage can liners there was one in the can and no extras that I could find. We had a wonderful stay and will be back thank you.

Kitchen equipment left a lot to be desired. Couldn't really cook much. No mixing, serving bowls... Hair dryer broken. Clock cord (which we didn't use anyway) was cut, dangerous. BBQ was very dirty greasy and started a grease fire. Couldn't use it but the one time.

We don’t have anything bad to say about this KOA! Grounds were beautiful and well maintained, staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a two bedroom cabin, and it was cute, comfy, clean, and dog friendly.While there were a lot of people staying there, it was still quiet and never felt crowded. BBQ Rush was a life saver! Delicious food on site after a full day of travel was amazing!

On arrival the patio at DC2 had not been cleaned. There was burnt firewood and several marshmallow roasting sticks in fire ring. The chairs were in disarray. The table was not washed down and had remnants of food and marshmallows. Underside of toilet seat had not been cleaned and bottom of toilet was not clean.

The cabin was clean, the campground had many scheduled activities, two pools and hot tubs, the tiny library with movies and books was great. Loved the putt putt golf. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

We stayed in a cabin and had a very nice stays the grounds are very well kept and the onsite restaurant is really tasty! The only reason I did not give a 5 stars is because our cabin smelled like cigarettes, it was very strong and we found it hard to just hang out inside.

Internet service very poor. Need to have gathering rooms open for large groups to play games or cards. Dryer prices need to be consistent to signs in laundry rooms. Says $1.75 but it takes $2.50. ????

What a wonderful couple of days. We're returning next year for longer!! We stayed in cabin 2. Fantastic! There was an oder that never dissipated. It was evident at check in and you may be aware as all the ceiling fans where going at full speed :) Two suggestions - one, a box of tissues would be so thoughtful! And at the rate per night, how about two coffees per day! Can't wait to return!

Stayed in Cabin # 1 for 7 nights. As usual, enjoyed our stay. Cabin is clean and well-supplied for simple meal prep. Grounds seem clean, services are quick and staff is helpful.

We loved this place last year so much that we booked 2 months this year. Sadly, Mac is no longer the activities director and there is also a new general manager. A lot has changed and not for the better - No more $ bingo (adults don't want candy bars), price increases for wine night and pancake breakfast, no more 2X daily train rides for the kids. Park is beautiful, but we left after 1 month.

Had a great stay. Cabin 8 was convenient to the pool and worked for 2 couples. It would have been nice to have 2 bathrooms, but we did fine with 1. It was clean and comfortable. The park is clean and there are activities every day. We would definitely stay again.

The property is well maintained. The cabins are getting beat up on the inside due to people leaving their pets unattended and scratching the wood. The only pullout sofa in every cabin needs to be replaced. The pullout bed mattress is extremely thin and uncomfortable. Our first night we couldn’t sleep because of the sound of trickling water coming from the toilet.

Stayed in cabin 10. Only issue was the door catching on the step landing. Kind of annoying. BBQ rush experience was not good. One of our party be ordered a chicken dish. The server returned to say they were out of the sauce. Got her order after the rest of us were done eating. I ordered smoked meatloaf and got the scraps from the bottom of the pan. Wife’s chicken tenders were cold and old

Your ADA cottage looked perfect with the patio with a fireplace and the lack of stairs. We thought the laundry was handy and my husband enjoyed the pickle ball court. Sarah who brought us an extra blanket was helpful. But we can’t recommend this unit as the mattress was horrible! (mentioned to registration nite 1 of 5) We couldn’t enjoy the patio-fireplac as the odor of the garbage cans behin

Very large, but quiet campground. Lots of neat amenities & very dog friendly. We stayed in a cabin & the only complaint I have is that I question the cleanliness, especially the flooring & some of the kitchen items. I would move the firepit over so it could accommodate seating all around it & not be so close to the tree. Overall we loved our stay here & the unique cabin layouts.

Great koa but we were not informed when we arrived on the 8th that we would not have water after 7am on the9th. I was told at the office we would be compensated for the over sight and I assume we will since I have been a koa member for many years. We were in DC 8. Thanks for your attention Mauri Graham.

Always a great place to stay. Clean facilities. Don’t count on the Wi-Fi system, it will not handle the traffic, so have a good backup system, we use both star link and a data plan . Otherwise everything is perfect.

This was a very disappointing stay, we finally stayed in the cabin after having been at the location several times and LOVED it. The cabin bathroom was dirty (what looked like blood splattered all throughout the bathtub), couch bed was dirty so could not sleep on it, and none of the TVs worked. When I addressed with Shelley (GM) she was dismissive and rude. Very disappointing.

We just, sadly, departed the Tucson/Lazydays KOA resort; we stayed there for about 2 weeks. We had a super time there and would definitely return there again, when we come back to the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a constant presence throughout the camprground; so it is well kept. We had a basic, pull through site that also had a metal table and 4 chairs, as well as a fire ring. Looking back at it, the next time I will bring our gas fire ring as it would be great to have a little warmth during the sundown coolness that occurs in the desert. There are 2 pools. We only used the main one by their main admin offices. It had plenty of chairs and lounge chairs. It also had a hot tub. There is a large sunshade sail to provide shade to about 1/3rd of the pool. The bathhouse had plenty of stalls to accommodate multiple people. There are approximately 4 dog parks on the property- 3 small ones and 1 larger one. I only used the large one; it was a great place to throw balls and allow the dogs to play with each other.

Went to celebrate 3 birthdays. Lived here my whole life and had never been here! It is amazing 👏 The travel trailers 🚍 are beautiful. The cabins are a home away from home 🏡 There are pools, kids play areas, gift shop, laundry facilities, curbside garbage pickup by staff. There are grills at the cabins, outdoor furniture. This particular cabin had 4 bunk beds in one room and what appeared to be a full/queen bed 🛌 in the other bedroom. A full bathroom 🚻. A small kitchenette and sofa 🛋 and table with 2 chairs. TV's 🖥 in the bedrooms and living room. Blinds on the windows 🪟 We had an amazing time, short on parking space but we made do. Golf carts are available for rent. Great for a quick in-town getaway. Kid friendly. Lots of greenery/trees. Not sure the cost of renting a cabin.

We just wrapped up our stay at the Tucson Lazydays KOA Resort, and let me tell you, it was a total game-changer for RV camping. Forget the dusty campgrounds of my past - this place was a resort oasis! We opted for a shaded pull-through RV site. Huge solar panel roof is provided perfect shade. We've been little bit dissappointed by the on-site restaurant, BBQ Rush. The food is delicious food, but three counted brisket slices and three counted ribs for almost $30 looks to me little bit out of range. The dog park is awesome, huge, shaded, perfect for any pet. Connectivity is not the best I've seen. The campground WiFi wasn't the most reliable and, due the site we choose, the solar panel roof above is an issue for Starlink as well. Also my T-Mobile 5G back-up connectivity was not performing very well. Overall, the Tucson Lazydays KOA Resort gets two thumbs up from us! It's perfect for campers who crave a resort-style experience with all the trimmings.
