Check-in time for all RV/Tent sites is 1:00 PM
Check-in time for Cabins is 3:00 PM

After Hours Check In:
If you arrive after the office closes, the night host will complete your registration and direct you to your site. 
When arriving after hours please use the Country Club Road entrance.

Check out time for all sites is 11:00 AM.
If you would like a late check out, please call the office by 10:00 AM to see if your site is available. 
The late check out fee is $10 per hour from 11am until 4pm.  If you are staying past 4pm, one additional night at the current rate will be charged.

Summer Hours (April 15 - October 15): 9 AM to 6 PM
Peak Season Hours (October 15 - April 14): 8 AM to 8 PM 
Sundays 8 AM to 6 PM

Pool Hours/Rules
Pool hours are from 9 AM to 10 PM
Pool Rules:
No lifeguard is on duty so swim at your own risk. Please do not leave children unattended in the pool area.
Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. No 'horseplay', jumping, diving or running.
No outside alcohol is permitted at the North Pool. No glass containers.

Quiet Hours
Our quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
During non-quiet times, please be respectful of your neighboring campers. Excessive drinking, noise and foul language will not be allowed.

Connecting with nature and wildlife. Various types of wildlife big and small may be on this campground. Be alert and give them distance and respect. Keep dogs on a leash and properly store food, trash and cooking supplies. Your safety and the future of wildlife depend on you.

Recreation Rentals are available during General Store hours.
Single Bike:  $10/hour
Double Bike: $20/hour
Quad Bike:  $25/hour

Pickleball, Putt Putt, Ladder Ball, and Bag Toss equipment can be checked out from the Front Desk.

Propane fills are available. Inquire at the store and someone will be called to fill your tank. No propane fills after dusk.

Cancellation Policy (Effective for reservations made starting on 10/1/24):
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Deadlines:
RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.
Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival. For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.

Cancellation Details:
• Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
• Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
• No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
• No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
• Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
• The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
• Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.

Must be age 18+ to rent a golf cart and 16+ to drive the cart.
Must sign a waiver and have a driver's license on file in the General Store Office.
All golf cart drivers must obey the speed limit of 9 3/4 MPH.

All dogs are required to be under the control and visual observation of their owner at all times. A 6' (six foot) leash rule is in effect whenever the animal is outside the owner's camping trailer, vehicle, cabin, or motorhome. No dog should be left tied up and unattended outside the owner's camping equipment. Allowing your pet to bark uncontrollably day or night will not be permitted and you may be asked to leave if you are not able to control your pet's barking behavior. While we do not have any specific breed restrictions, all aggressive animals will be asked to leave the park for the safety of all of our guests and their furry family members.

We welcome your furry family members in our Deluxe Cabins. We also offer select cabins with enclosed yards, so your pets can enjoy their Tucson vacation as much as you will! There is a $25 per pet fee for your stay.  No fee is charged for RV or Tent sites.

A maximum of 2 vehicles are permitted at each site. All guests must register vehices at the registration office.

Guests are permitted with no additional charge from 8am - 10pm.
Overnight guests must pay a $7 fee at the Registration Office.
For Special Events:  All guests must register with the office and pay a $7 fee per night.  

Curbside trash pick up is offered.  Please leave your bagged and tied trash at your curb for us to pick up 24/7.

We're happy that you like a clean RV!  Please note, we do charge a fee of $10.00 for an RV Wash.

Specific Site Requests:
In order to continue providing the best customer experience, the Tucson KOA Resort is constantly renovating and updating the campground amenities and sites. Therefore, we cannot promise or guarantee that the site you request during booking will be the same site upon arrival. We are able to lock you into a specific site for a one-time fee of $50.  Requests for Side-by-Side sites will be charged a one-time fee of $15 for each reservation.  Due to future renovations, should the site you requested upon making your reservation be changed for any reason, you will be contacted by a staff member prior to your arrival.

Welcome to Tucson/Lazydays KOA Resort!

Dawn is originally from New Jersey and has lived and worked in the Northeast most of her life. Prior to KOA, Dawn worked in retail for almost 20 years – doing a little bit of everything from managing to human resources to merchandising, marketing and more – and holds a degree in Economics from Rowan University. Dawn started working with KOA as the general manager of Stockton Delta KOA in California, after that she moved on to Moab KOA Holiday in Utah, before ultimately settling down at Tucson/Lazydays KOA Resort in Arizona. She did not start out in maintenance or housekeeping like so many others have, but has now done it all – toilet cleaning included. Outside of KOA, Dawn is a custom toy artist designer!
