This is a true resort. There is a nice Mexican restaurant on the grounds, lots of activities, a very nice pool area, and a very large dog park plus other nice areas for walking your dog. The sites and grounds are very well maintained and the staff were extremely nice. I wish we were able to stay longer.

$123 a nite for a site that was more than 4 inches out of level on drivers side and full of cigarette butts upon arrival. Workers speeding all over the place in carts but not doing anything. You called me the day before departure and told me to move my chairs off the grass immediately so you could mow the lawn, then never mowed the lawn. We have stayed here several times but not again.

This KOA is very nice inside the park. In addition to the various amenities, they also provide numerous daily activities for both children and adults. Decent size sites. On-site Mexican restaurant is a plus. Nice bike trail around Tucson, but location of the park is not the best. Front desk staff could use a lesson on customer service skills. At least one of the hot tub should be adults only.

This is our favorite KOA. It is run wonderfully, lots of amenities, very friendly staff, a dog park to die for! We enjoy this park immensely!

Amazing facility with great amenities! Staff members were very friendly and helpful.The landscaping was beautiful and privacy between spots was extremely nice! We loved picking fruit from all the trees!

Called emergency # for front door at cabin 3. Left message concerning that I could not fully close the door due to a rusted out hinge. I slept on an uncomfortable couch at door entrance. I never received a call back. I complained at front office next morning.

Very nice staff and premises. Beautiful citrus trees growing throughout the property and they give away free fruit. Large property, so it’s a bit of a walk to the restrooms but they are clean and nice. Two pools and two hot tubs were open during our early March 2025 visit. Near airport but planes were not an issue for us.

We decided to add on an additional night stay, and the front desk was great at accommodating that. They moved our spot unfortunately, but we realize that’s out of their control. We’ve never used KOA & recommend it greatly to friends and family! Super clean park, lots of great options for kids and family, and well laid out! We’ll be back!

We were delayed by a day due to Rt 10 being closed; the staff understand the issue and didn't charge us for the day that we missed. Excellent service. Great Fruit trees!

Such a fun RV park! We had a great site with plenty of room for our RV, truck, visitors and dogs. In addition to our PawPen, this KOA has smaller dog parks located throughout the park and a large one by the entrance. The park is maintained well and has lots of activities. We’ll be back!

Everything is convenient and easy here and WORKS!!! There could be more hooks in the showers! The pet wash water could be hotter. Thank you for the many dog parks.

Our second long term visit. This resort has everything you need, social life, restaurant, fruit trees and great grounds care. Close to expressways and Pima County Air museum. If you need to stay around Tucson. this is the place.

We loved the amenities even though it was cold. The multiple dog areas were great. We also loved having the Mexican restaurant on site and went twice.

Excellent KOA. Clean, cheerfully decorated, very friendly staff. Water had to be turned off and they posted it so everyone knew plus they waited until 10 am to give everyone time in the morning.

We stayed for 3 nights. Very clean facilities. We enjoyed the pool and hottub. The Mexican restaurant had yummy food.

Tucson KOA was great! This place was very clean. Dog clean up stations everywhere. Nice big areas to pull your camper into. The orange blossoms made the place smell amazing. Would definitely stay here again

This is the best KOA we have ever stayed at! It is beautiful, great location, and super friendly and helpful staff. We had a loft site that was great for our family of four. We have a dog fence that went around the bottom perfectly and we LOVED the fire pit. They have orange, lemon and grapefruit trees throughout the property and that was the best fresh citrus we have ever tasted! They let you borrow pickers from the office. We ate so many oranges and grapefruits and made delicious homemade lemonade. The dog park is one of the best - grass and trees in the desert and it is huge. Our dogs had a great time playing with other dogs there. Bathrooms were clean. Pools were nice. We had fun playing pickleball. We met lots of nice people, many who stay for months at a time. We will definitely be back This is the best KOA we have ever stayed at! It is beautiful, great location, and super friendly and helpful staff. Update March 2025: Stayed here again overnight on our way back home. The pull through space we were assigned had a broken concrete slab. The broken off section rocked when you stepped on it, which could be a hazardous situation for anyone not steady on their feet. I reported this to the front desk, so, hopefully, they get it fixed ASAP before someone is injured. Other than that, still love the place! We had an emergency in our RV that required immediate service. After our service was completed, we decided to stay the night at this park, which is right next to the service center we were at. This is the BEST RV park we have ever stayed at. We liked it so much that we extended our stay to several days. The staff is attentive and very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well situated. The location was close to restaurants with great food, grocery stores, and the like. The RV spaces in the section we were in were quite spacious and had citrus trees throughout. They also offer many social activities, if you're into that. Their WIFI signal was good. The only negative thing I found was when I used the laundry room, the floor needed cleaning. But the mess I encountered could have been made earlier that morning by another user before the cleaning crew made their rounds. That aside, we will definitely stay here whenever we're in the area.
