We were happily surprised by the tentsite's spaciousness and how far apart they are from other sites. The RV sites are within closer proximity to eachother. Bathrooms were available all around the KOA. The pool area was nice and had lots of seating. The recreation areas were great and included multiple games and playgrounds. The staff was friendly and the store was fully stocked.

Bathroom by campsite wasn't working so we had to move, misinformed on kayak rentals, atv trails, being able to ride atvs in camp, a certain dog barking every 5 minutes, ( most other dogs were very well behaved), the guy working in store had no useful information, was told there was a sand pad for tent, NONE!! I personally believe store should open earlier than 9:00

I think if the lake was up and the campground more populated, it would be even more amazing. Only suggestion would be to heat the pool, especially since it’s advertised as heated online. It was a bit too cold to really enjoy for long.

Wish the store opened at 8 and closed at 8 Bears are used to getting fed they really need bear boxes and bear trash cans at the camp sites especially the tent sites on the outskirts of the campground... Overall great place with lots to do would recommend to everyone.

Our stay was wonderful. The tent camp sites are large and comfortable with plenty of room and space between them. It would be great to get some bear boxes and also bear proof dumpsters for trash throughout the campground. The trash pickups were nice, but too early in the evenings to collect dinner trash.

No issues with staff and love the fact they deliver goods from the store to your site. The weather did not cooperate, the bathroom by our campsite were not available, no water in the lake, a squirrel was dropping pine cones on us and we believe a bear used the lamppost as a toy behind our campsite as it flickered and fell over about 11 pm scaring us so bad we slept in our car. It’s a story!!

Great spacious Tent �� sites. Beautiful secluded area. No Data No Wifi my family and I could just relax and enjoy camping! No interruptions from Work or Home! Thank you Trinity KOA! Great Staff!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. New manager Mike and his team were very welcoming, prompt and efficient. Worked hard to provide great customer support. Nice job on renovating the store. Nice selection of items for sale. We will be back next year!

This is a beautiful KOA! I was in tent site 129 which is surrounded by tall trees. It was so quiet and peaceful! The staff are super friendly and pleasant to talk to. The store is well stocked and they even have a gas pump. The restrooms and showers are very clean. Just behind the KOA is a vast valley with miles and miles of trails perfect for riding a dirt bike or side-by-side.

Pool dirty. Bathrooms by tent camping area closed they said for rest of season. Dead deer by pool reeked and they said they could not move it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Grounds were in poor shape. Pool VERY dirty. Lighting burned out and out of order. Did not feel safe there anymore. Bathrooms were closed, so had walk walk through a campsit to other bathrooms. Sewer smell very bad. Dead animal smell near pool was awful…. Our tent site was a little walk from the restroom which would not have been bad if the restroom was open! The restroom was out of order for our whole stay. We actually left a day early because of it. Also the lake was not accessible from our site. The information about the campground was misleading, it said you could rent boats to go out on the water but there was no water close by.

We love this campground and have been coming for 33 years! The couple of complaints I have about this season were that the bathroom between loops 1&2 was not opened.. the entire time i was there and the only laundry machines were in the annex bathroom. Also, you really need a security person on weekends driving through loops and correcting bad camper behavior. There was some crazy things going on.

We love Trinity Lake been coming over 30 years. Main issues: Not/little hot water in the #1 bathroom. If you are in the store to make a purchase and there are people in front of you checking in you can wait up to 30 minutes or more just to buy ice! This needs a solution where other staff can jump in to check those people out or the check needs to be GREATLY streamlined.

It was wonderful! The staff was absolutely great and helpful! I loved the beauty of the space. Two negatives - the bathroom next to our site was broken our whole stay- so the hike to the next one was a bit much every time we had to go. And the second night a group was partying and yelling so loudly until after 2am. Wasn’t sure if that was allowed. But really enjoyed everything else overall.

One bathroom was out of order and the other bathroom was outdated, small and only had 3 stalls. I found it hard to navigate inside the campground. There were only signs at one end of a road, but not the other. The direction to drive was not marked so people were driving both directions on a one lane road. I found the dog park very disappointing as it was only dirt. Very disappointed.

Love the location - the KOA site gets an okay. Closest bathroom to us was out “ out-of-order”! When checked in Ruth was very direct with me about the speed limit 5 M.P.H. in the campground. 20 minutes later we had a KOA golf cart go by our camp site doing at least 15 M.P.H. - one last thing - it’s never a bad idea to have your employees smile and say hi to the patrons.

The service was great, only complaint is that the paper towels were always out on the counter instead of in the dispenser. Very unsanitary. Other than that, we love the amenities, trash service, activities, etc.

Our family comes to stay each year. Compared to years passed the maintenance staff seemed a bit overworked and stressed, they were not very friendly at all, and things were just not generally as tidy as we are used to seeing. Also very disappointing that managers were not aware of whether or not there would actually be Bingo or the LIVE music they advertise about.

Been coming here since 1990. Had a few rough years but current ownership and management with KOA has been excellent! Really turning it into a great family destination!
