We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin at the Trinity Lake KOA to visit with our niece staying in an RV site. The grounds, pool and lake were awesome, but the cabin was not completely cleaned when we arrived. Many of the dishes were not clean, the floor didn't seem to be swept, window sills were dusty. We did enjoy our stay, just thought you should know about the cabin cleanliness. Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was green until our last day so you couldn’t swim. The grounds had trash scattered that no one picked up. They didn’t have alcohol because they didn’t have. License yet. The cabin was clean. The slider to get on the deck took two people to open and there’s wasn’t a screen so you couldn’t leave it open.

The location was beautiful. The staff is extremely friendly and the cabins were nice. A lot of work is needed though. The website needs to be updated. They do not have a snack bar, Bigfoot hunt or movie night. Also the pool was green and unusable for 2 days. The activies could be fun if more organized. The lake is still pretty low so be prepared. New owners have a lot of work to do!

Lots of pros here- VERY relaxing place! Almost completely remote. Lake is super clear, trails for exploring, loaded with nationals forests. Cabin was way bigger than others I've stayed in! Cons were there is not much for restaurant/grocery options- Wish I would've shopped for more groceries about an hour before arriving. The pool and play areas aren't maintained well. Swam in Trinity Lake instead.

Our first time staying in a cabin at this KOA. Heater didn’t work, but staff gave us extra blankets which were appreciated. Pool looked very nice; grandkids loved the activities in the pavilion area and riding bikes everywhere. Better signage is needed for where to checkin. A few people drove their trailers past cabins only to have to back out-can’t turn around. We would definitely stay here a

This was my 1st time staying at this or any KOA, and we were thrilled with the experience. The pool area was so much fun, it was perfect for keeping the kids occupied; plus all the other outdoor games made the time spent here go by way to fast. I don't think I heard even one time, "I am bored, what can I do". Plus friendly staff and very nice cabins made the whole trip just great. Thank you.

Very accommodating….cabins were all very clean. We enjoyed the pool as well. We had 4 cabins and it was great.

This year with the larger patio, fire pit & outside table it worked out great for our evening get together with families.

We rented 2 deluxe cabins. Mini family get-together . The cabins were spacious and well equipped. Literally just needed to bring clothes and food. The store personnel were very helpful and accommodating. Definitely will return.

Our stay was at the end of the season so available activities were limited. The cabin is in need of various repairs. Some of which are safety related. However, the staff's attitude and helpfulness and the beauty of the Trinity Alps made it a very positive experience. Fishing was fabulous! Michael and Zack are friendly, well-informed, and efficient. Great campground-shade, nice sized level spaces.

My best friend and I enjoyed our stay very much. We went at the end of the season when things were closing down but we still received the best and friendly service. Mike, Zack and Ruth were very personable and friendly not to mention helpful. The cabin we stayed in was so very comfortable and they had everything we needed from kitchen and bathroom supplies to linens. We definitely will be back!!

Very friendly and quick responsive staffs, love their koa store, so much for all ages kids to do, sad to see lake is low but still accessible. Great amount of space! Loved the frap from the coffee bar! Will for sure coming back!!! Kids r asking me when!

Drug addicts every place. And they all have Koa worker shirts on! The house keeper was literally next door and we witnessed her smoking meth out of a pipe. The electric went out, no biggie. We go to ask if they know anything and the old lady hanging with the manager laughs at us. The manager was nice enough. But everyone that works there is on drugs and it makes it not a good place to stay.

Due to drought we didn’t get to see the lake. No activity which is a bummer however they do have games like mini golf, Gaga’s ball, ping pong and basketball

I was disappointed that the location was remote and the water levels were so low that we had to travel 20 miles from the resort to enjoy the lake. We stayed in a deluxe cabin and the cabins were much better than any other deluxe cabin that we had stayed in at previous KOA locations. Very comfortable queen size beds in large bedrooms with a very nice deck in the back.

Overall the cabin was ok. the mattress was a bit old and lumpy. The lighting was dim in the cabin, but I tend to need more light than most as I've gotten older Cabin 1 shower had terrible water flow and intermittently the cabin had a "moan" which I think was the water pipes. The lake was down but that is out of KOA control.

We’ve been staying at Trinity Lake KOA & campgrounds for 40 plus years. For the last 3-4 years we’ve stayed in the cabins. During that time we have not seen any repairs needed in them. This year we actually saw a mouse run down the hall! Previous years we’ve heard them in the walls. The staff is usually friendly & accommodating. For the price per night, it seems like things should be better.

Worst location. No places around to watch. - no wifi - no TV even in a deluxe stay. - nothing there to enjoy. Forcing us to kill time within the facility. Paid $200+ for night for nothing.

The staff is extremely kind, happy and helpful. The management this year was a nice change.I have been enjoying the area for over 50 years. While the lake is at its all time lowest level, which has kept many away there is plenty to do and enjoy.

The cabins really need an upgrade. Ours feels very antiquated — particularly the bathroom. It looks like a couple of the cabins had upgrades in the front yard (new fire pits) and it would be nice if all cabins had that to help minimize dust/dirt. Our back deck had boards that needed to be nailed back down and were unsteady. The bears got into the trash cans out front of our cabin multiple times.

Great facility. The restaurant was closed? The cabins need a little maintenance. And the lake has dried up. But I had a good time and would book with them again.

Beautiful, well run RV park and campground. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I had a problem, due to my own fault, with using a gift card for partial payment. Sherry in the office was amazing, going the extra mile to resolve it. She's a very creative problem solver, and I appreciate her willingness to spend the time and effort to ensure that I was able to take advantage of the gift card.

Been coming here since 1990. Had a few rough years but current ownership and management with KOA has been excellent! Really turning it into a great family destination!
