Super CLEAN! everything was very well maintained. Very friendly staff,cabin was a good size and clean. We didn't have an issue at all.

Very friendly and quick responsive staffs, love their koa store, so much for all ages kids to do, sad to see lake is low but still accessible. Great amount of space! Loved the frap from the coffee bar! Will for sure coming back!!! Kids r asking me when!

Drug addicts every place. And they all have Koa worker shirts on! The house keeper was literally next door and we witnessed her smoking meth out of a pipe. The electric went out, no biggie. We go to ask if they know anything and the old lady hanging with the manager laughs at us. The manager was nice enough. But everyone that works there is on drugs and it makes it not a good place to stay.

Due to drought we didn’t get to see the lake. No activity which is a bummer however they do have games like mini golf, Gaga’s ball, ping pong and basketball

I was disappointed that the location was remote and the water levels were so low that we had to travel 20 miles from the resort to enjoy the lake. We stayed in a deluxe cabin and the cabins were much better than any other deluxe cabin that we had stayed in at previous KOA locations. Very comfortable queen size beds in large bedrooms with a very nice deck in the back.

Overall the cabin was ok. the mattress was a bit old and lumpy. The lighting was dim in the cabin, but I tend to need more light than most as I've gotten older Cabin 1 shower had terrible water flow and intermittently the cabin had a "moan" which I think was the water pipes. The lake was down but that is out of KOA control.

We’ve been staying at Trinity Lake KOA & campgrounds for 40 plus years. For the last 3-4 years we’ve stayed in the cabins. During that time we have not seen any repairs needed in them. This year we actually saw a mouse run down the hall! Previous years we’ve heard them in the walls. The staff is usually friendly & accommodating. For the price per night, it seems like things should be better.

Worst location. No places around to watch. - no wifi - no TV even in a deluxe stay. - nothing there to enjoy. Forcing us to kill time within the facility. Paid $200+ for night for nothing.

The staff is extremely kind, happy and helpful. The management this year was a nice change.I have been enjoying the area for over 50 years. While the lake is at its all time lowest level, which has kept many away there is plenty to do and enjoy.

The cabins really need an upgrade. Ours feels very antiquated — particularly the bathroom. It looks like a couple of the cabins had upgrades in the front yard (new fire pits) and it would be nice if all cabins had that to help minimize dust/dirt. Our back deck had boards that needed to be nailed back down and were unsteady. The bears got into the trash cans out front of our cabin multiple times.

Great facility. The restaurant was closed? The cabins need a little maintenance. And the lake has dried up. But I had a good time and would book with them again.

The lake was so low …and the snack bar was out of a lot of items. Loved the pool especially having so many places to sit. Great selection at the store. Wish there where more dinning options in the area. Cabins where clean loved our site. We had a great visit! Thank you.

I booked my vacation last minute. Due to stress I really needed to relax for a week. I was not informed that I would have major construction going on outside my front door starting at 6:30 am. I also had someone knocking at my door to move my vehicle at 7:30 am. I received a 20% credit back which frankly isn't enough. The stay was exactally what I expected, the only issue I would say, is the price was a little higher than I would have liked it to be, 10 % less would of been ideal, but when it was all done and over, the expirencxe was very good for all! Thank you KOA!!

Great cabin. Clean, lots of amenities. Wish the coffee had been restocked since we were there for two nights. Parking was not great at the cabin location. Overall though, it was great.

We stayed with friends at Trinity Lake KOA, seems like they have not taken maintenance seriously. I mean how do you not know hot water is not working? Thank god we were next door!! Inconvenience for all involved.

This year there were so many fun activities planned on site for the kids. Staff were much more welcoming this year. We are excited for next years Memorial weekend trip at Trinity Lake!

Amazing staff and management! Everyone was so polite and accommodating. They repeatedly went above and beyond during our stay and even researched the weather through mountain passes we were not familiar with on our route home. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you so much for everything!

This was one of the worst family vacations we have every been on. After driving multiple states to the campground, we found the front desk had completely messed up our reservations. The deluxe cabins were great. Very clean and updated. The pictures online do not do it justice and should be updated with new pictures. Only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. It is WAY too low and needs to be fixed :)

We loved the cabin that we were in. It had a the creature comforts that made our stay even more pleasant than we imagined. The decorations were warm and inviting. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our family enjoyed the kayaking!

We have been coming to this KOA for 13 years. The upkeep and the cleaning of the cabins (inside) was not as quality as it was in the past. I found the cleaning crew and the towel exchange employees to be less than stellar. There was a hesitancy to help when issues came up. Hoping the new owners will improve the situation.

We stayed in a group site over Memorial Day weekend and there was plenty of space for all 12 of us (3 large tents). I only wish the bathrooms weren't so far away from the campsites but it was still a great stay! The kids loved the pool and the lake was beautiful

A absolutely gorgeous spot!! The cabin we stayed in was clean and I felt so comfortable letting my toddler run around. There's rentals from what I saw on the packet, a kids playground and building with crafts, and a little mini golf course which is so cool. It's right next the lake with gorgeous views which I thought was so cool. The little store has so much too! The staff was so extremely sweet, crazy helpful, very personable! I'm so glad we stayed and we'll be back soon! Thank you for a great family vacation.

One of the best KOAs we've ever stayed at. Our kids as well as us had a blast there, from the kids club to gaga ball and everything in between. Brittany in the kids club was amazing as was her husband who helped us in the store and ran the corn hole tournament. We loved Bingo night and the lovely young man announced the numbers. We hope to be back next year!
