We liked the area. The staff were courteous and the store was nice, The area needs work. The shower near the office didn't have hot water when my wife showered. The sewer vent was only a few feet off the ground with an elbow fitting on top (next to us). It emitted sewer gas odor. Someone put a plastic bag over it which helped.

We had two RV sites and one tent site. The tent site was very nice. The RV sites were smaller than I had hoped for, we had asked for two RV sites together and the ones we got were the ones that they offered. There were larger sites all around us not being used. We had 18 in our party. All in all it was very nice, lots for the kids to do. Pool, yard bowling ,cornhole ,miniature golf, and lots more.

It was nice. The campground was quiet and well kept. We had originally paid for a larger site but were given a smaller one that wouldn’t fit our trailer. They did correct the issue right away and gave us the correct sized site we paid for when we bought it to their attention.

Were told store closed at 6. It actually closed at 5 and we were left without any water. No garbage pickup at night and were told to store garbage bags in tent due to bears in area. Toilets were clogged everytime went to bathroom. Should put porta potties close to tents as long walk. All lamps were broken in tent loop.

We absolutely had the best time at Trinity KOA.....the whole staff was amazing and the park is looking good....it's so nice to see it be loved again! We will definitely be back again soon �

This was my 1st time staying at this or any KOA, and we were thrilled with the experience. The pool area was so much fun, it was perfect for keeping the kids occupied; plus all the other outdoor games made the time spent here go by way to fast. I don't think I heard even one time, "I am bored, what can I do". Plus friendly staff and very nice cabins made the whole trip just great. Thank you.

During our stay you could definately tell there was a transition of ownership. I know they are working on upgrading and making things tip top. We had no phone service and very limited wifi (only near the office). If you are wanting a place that is isoloated, this is the place for you. Unfortunately, lake is only at 70%. This was disappointing (not there fault).

Very accommodating….cabins were all very clean. We enjoyed the pool as well. We had 4 cabins and it was great.

I love it at Trinity KOA. We always stay at site #23. Staff is great. Bathrooms are clean. Great place. There is a dead tree @ 23 that needs to be cut down. There was a pretty good storm that had me extremely nervous

Camping is great, very quiet and densely wooded. Not very crowded. Facilities were in good order and general store had everything we needed.

I booked very late and arrived after dark so unfortunately difficult to provide much usable input. I was only there long enough to set up my camp, sleep and leave at 8am. Hard to find the site after dark as my site was T131 and sign appeared to say PP31. Logically that didn’t exist so I should have assumed prior to slowly going paat it! All worked out however!

Tent camping, day after Memorial Day, the only tent on my loop, and maybe three/four others in the entire large tent area. Could kinda sorta see the lake through the trees. Very quiet, Good clean facilities.

There were lots of dogs off lease, children driving UTV's and golf carts around the campground. Also, large groups of campers partying and being VERY loud until after midnight every night. With so many staff members driving around the campground, they never stopped and said anything to any of these people. Their "campground rules" are definitely NOT enforced.

Very noisy with vehicles even after hours. People were speeding & randomly circling around the canpground. Dirty bathrooms. Great location with good spacing.

Kids riding dirt bikes around the campground non-stop. Loud drunk adults blasting music constantly from afternoon to 11pm. People speeding around in ATVs and UTVs. Basically, not a single rule was enforced. This was one of the most unpleasant camping experiences I've ever had. I'm definitely not staying at this KOA again - and considering giving up on KOAs in general.

Bathrooms were filthy only cleaned once. Last stays they kept on top of them.

Beautiful and peaceful setting. Staff courteous. We were disappointed that our barbecue was filthy and we found a nest and a dead rat in it. We cleaned it up. So it could be used. Maybe staff could look inside before setting it on the campsite?

Staff very friendly and accords. Park is beautiful but some buildings need refurbishing. Most of the features listed in the KOA book are either not open or have been discontinued. Major disappointment was the Lake. It’s only 1/3 full , so none of the water activities are available currently!!

We had a fantastic time with family and grandkids. One of our family members stayed in The Lodge, which was clean and set up nicely for their needs with 2 adults and 2 children. There are so many activities and games for the kids. The pool wasn't open yet, but that would be a big plus. The bathrooms were very clean.

We had an amazing time. Micheal and Zack were awesome hosts. They were friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved our campsite with the grill and patio furniture, the kids had so much fun with all the activities, and the showers/bathrooms were great too. We have already booked a spot for July. This is our favorite campsite �ϋ�

We were there for tent camping, and the location is really set up for RVs, not tents. So the sites are very open, barren, and hard with very little vegetation or enjoyable space. Just a big gravel driveway. There were no spigots or trash bins. There was no staff on hand and there were intoxicated people that night yelling and moving throughout the campground. We rented 2 deluxe cabins. Mini family get-together . The cabins were spacious and well equipped. Literally just needed to bring clothes and food. The store personnel were very helpful and accommodating. Definitely will return.

We love this site. The facilities are awesome and the staff is SO helpful and friendly! PLEASE keep this site open through September in the future so we can continue to stay with our friends for deer season!!!

Our stay was at the end of the season so available activities were limited. The cabin is in need of various repairs. Some of which are safety related. However, the staff's attitude and helpfulness and the beauty of the Trinity Alps made it a very positive experience. Fishing was fabulous! Michael and Zack are friendly, well-informed, and efficient. Great campground-shade, nice sized level spaces.

We went there specifically for our dogs to play in the lake. on the website it shows a beautiful place. NO WATER, NO LAKE completely dry, disappointing. Web site needs updated. The site was fantastic > no Wi-Fi is also a bummer. We made the best of still had a great time.

Beautiful, well run RV park and campground. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I had a problem, due to my own fault, with using a gift card for partial payment. Sherry in the office was amazing, going the extra mile to resolve it. She's a very creative problem solver, and I appreciate her willingness to spend the time and effort to ensure that I was able to take advantage of the gift card.

Been coming here since 1990. Had a few rough years but current ownership and management with KOA has been excellent! Really turning it into a great family destination!
