We had a great time! The campsites are spacious and well spaced from each other. Each site has water fountain, grill, fire pit and table/benches. Bathrooms with flush toilets and showers are exceptionally clean. Convenience store I has a lot to offer. The forest, the stargazing, the lake made our vacation perfect. Thank you!

The campground and facilities at the KOA are and have been great fro many years. A disappointment however was the fact that the boat dock system was not intact and able to be used. While we understand the lake level is low, there still should have been a way to make the system work. I would have given a 5star rating if the docks were operational.

The campground is clean and has a lot of amenities for everybody to enjoy! We really enjoyed the mini golf and the kids really enjoyed the s'mores on Friday night.

Love the large tent campsites. My only criticism is that there are definitely bears that come through camp, but no bear boxes available to lock food or supplies up in. Bear proof dumpsters would also be beneficial throughout the grounds.

Our two bedroom cabin was very nice. Having A/C was a huge bonus. The cabin was clean, spacious and comfortable. The front desk woman Pam was very curt and rather condescending at check-in. It seems this property is in the midst of an ownership change and there’s disorganization at reception. The campsites are rather confusing in layout.

Trinity Lake KOA is one of our favorites places to stay. We go multiple times year and have our annual family camp out there. Thanks Jessica and team for making us feel so welcome.

We had a great stay in the rented fifth wheel. The carpet needed cleaning and the lock didn't work, but it met our needs and was quiet. I came for some fresh air, so didn't appreciate smelling weed coming from the trailers of people who live there.

The swimming pool is fantastic and it’s a very nice quiet forested campground Cool evening and morning in the shade The WiFi is spotty and it was necessary for us to take our Starlink near the road to function

The staff and grounds were awesome but the family that stayed next to us on our 3rd night were a nightmare! They kept us up all night and woke up early to screaming and yelling. Not the KOA's fault but maybe they need to have someone go around at 10pm to make sure people are being respectfully quiet.

Wonderful staff. Great grounds. Was disappointed that the store closed at 5pm on a Saturday night. We also lost power for a bit but that wasn’t the campgrounds fault. Looking forward to seeing what the new owners do with it!!

We've been coming to this park since 1970. After being on the market for 10 years, the new owners are moving forward with much needed maintenance. Jessica, the new manager, is a local woman with great energy. We look forward to visiting again next year.

We've been coming to Wyntoon since 1984. Our entire family is in the construction industry. We understand the challenges of keeping an operation like a KOA campground up and running. We had no hot water in the lower bathrooms for the entire week. We had to cut through RV sites to get to the other bathroom. And it didn't have any water pressure. Just a trickle in the shower.

Stay was great. Thought it was a bit overpriced per night for the cabin. Also would have liked to know ahead of time I would have no service unless I sit at the store. I am all for not needing my phone just would have been helpful.

We had a great time, 1st time here. We were surprised at how low the lake was. The pool was fun. We were surprised about no wifi, you were really on vacation! The people were great.

Love Trinity KOA! It’s truly our families happy place! We enjoyed being able to tie dye, sit by the pool, and make s’mores around the campfire. We will be back one more time this summer!

We tried to early check in and the lady said that it was an option but it would be a $50 charge. I let her know I was okay with paying that but she insisted that the RV wasn’t ready. I came back at around 1:30 that afternoon and asked again. Once again the RV wasn’t ready and early check in at this point wasn’t available. She insisted that 3 pm was check in. I came in again at 3:10 - still

We paid the full rate to stay at a KOA whose varied amenities were not working or not available. No wifi at our site, no snack bar, dirty equipment, no on site gas in a very remote area, no change machines in the laundry rooms, one cashier was nice and attentive while the other was almost rude, unwelcoming.

It felt like a good campground! Checkin was smooth. Amenities were good, bathrooms mostly clean. My only disappointment and one of the reasons I chose KOA, was that the pool was shutdown for maintenance on a weekend day. If it was something that could be scheduled, coose a mid week day.

On our last day the cabin flooded from the shower drain and toilet. We had to get all of our stuff out before it got wet. Water went everywhere in the cabin. Staff was quick to respond. Hopefully the issue gets fixed and doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The camp hosts, Pam, Denise, and maintenance team John as well as other we met were amazingly kind, knowledgeable and very accommodating, I give them a 10. The cabin we stayed in as well as camp sites we visited all were very nice, but in need of some continued maintenance, hence 8.5. We will return however, what fun!

Need to fix all door locks, water tap, shower handle. Other than that. It’s beautiful location. Good atmosphere n friendly people. We will go again next time.

Our stay was nice as always and the pool was the best we've ever seen at this campground. Our only frustration is that check-in is at 3:00, but checkout is 11:00. We realize the campsites need some cleanup, but did watch how long it takes and the time is minimal. We're sure there are times when it takes longer to clean, but an earlier check-in would be appreciated.

The campground was nice. The site 131 was flat and shaded. The hosts I interacted with were all very nice. Cons.. employees driving fast in golf carts and creating dust clouds.. tiny pieces of trash everywhere.. and these lights that accent each site becoming an annoyance at night when trying to enjoy stars or sleeping.

It was a wonderful 3 days. The other patrons were wonderful and friendly. Quietest campground I have ever stayed in. My only issue is that I think there was too much vehicle traffic - quads and side by sides utilized by many patrons.

It did not seem like the cabins were actually cleaned prior to our arrival; floors were not swept and definitely not mopped. Pam in store/office needs a reminder she is in a customer service position and should not treat all members of a large party poorly just because she had a run in with one person in our group. This was the first visit in which I was disappointed with this KOA.

$50 for early move into camp site when most of the camp sites were empty? $25 to pick your own camo site? Swimming pool closed till the las day of camping. No lights at night. Totally unacceptable. It looks like KOA is driving people away.

Great family oriented campground. Lake is walking distance. Great dirt trails for ATVs nearby. Off road veh rules need to be enforced in campground. Staff very pleasant. No security patrols or lights on pathways at night. Lights in tbe park are necessary.The pool was closed for days to clean up the water.This should not have occurred. I love this place and we will be back. New management is great.

The employees are trying to manage with the purchase of this KOA. We have been coming to this KOA for 40 years and because of the aging infrastructure (septic system, water system, bathrooms and overall maintenance), it was not a pleasant experience this year. We did appreciate some of the improvements but there are many more needed! We hope that these problems will be addressed!

Our stay was terrible. Pool not open, sewage problems, electrical line cut when backhoe cut the line digging up the sewage pipes to get rocks out. We had no power the last week we were there. There was no compensation offered for all the inconvenience that we were paying for!! Electrical infrastructure needs to be replaced through the whole park. System can't accommodate 50 amp RV's very well.

We've been coming to this resort for forty years. Did tent camping down in the lower loops for years, then did RVs for years, and now this year we moved to the cabins. They were clean, well air conditioned, and the beds were comfortable. We'll be cabin-camping there for several years ahead now. Even with the lake low and there not being a dock on shore, there is plenty to do.

Beautiful, well run RV park and campground. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I had a problem, due to my own fault, with using a gift card for partial payment. Sherry in the office was amazing, going the extra mile to resolve it. She's a very creative problem solver, and I appreciate her willingness to spend the time and effort to ensure that I was able to take advantage of the gift card.

Been coming here since 1990. Had a few rough years but current ownership and management with KOA has been excellent! Really turning it into a great family destination!
