Nice people, our assigned space wasn't long enough for our RV, they gave us a longer spot immediately, no extra money! Everything you might need is right there. Nice mountain views

This is a nice park with gravel spaces and driveways. Staff is friendly and helpful. The bathrooms appear to be newly redone and are cute and clean. We’d stay again.

We had a terrific time here. It’s a quick walk to the lake, the owner was incredibly helpful and kind, and the views are very peaceful. We had to stay in a cabin for a night while our rv had repairs and we saw that those would be absolutely perfect for a family. We will return as soon as possible.

The staff are amazing. The store and laundry is clean. The grounds are well maintained. Close to the lake and boat dock. Reasonable rates. Highly recommend staying here.

The site was level and very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and so very helpful. We stayed for only one night but if we were in the area for any length of time, I would most certainly stay here.

We stayed for a week of fishing on Canyon Ferry Lake. The campground is a typical RV park. There were a lot of long stay campers. The bathroom and showers were clean. The store had all the incidentals we needed. And the owner and employees are very nice and helpful. I’m sure we will return soon.

Stayed in space 5. Not much shade avail in sites. Office staff and on site employees fantastic. Clean bathrooms, didn’t use shower. No problem with hookups. Wifi too weak to stream. Lake just a short walk away, tons of skipping rocks. Weekends fill up with fishermen, looks like excellent location for that. Would stay again. Stayed in a motorhome with toad. Site long enough for both.

I know the park is near a lake but I like to swim in a pool and KOA usually has one. There is some distance to the lake. Friendly staff.

The campground office is very unorganized with respect to checking in, site assignment, ability to produce a recipe, and explanation of charges. In hind site we should NOT have listened to to staff starting with reservations. Make sure you make your own reservation so things don’t get mixed up. Other than the initial sign in everyone was very easy to work with.

Very clean and new KOA. Bathrooms were so nice and wonderfully decorated. Wider spots and very easy to pull in and out.

Bathrooms & showers were great. Garbage pick up was efficient. Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi. My son used to be able to work from there while camping. The Silos boat ramp that used to be free now costs $5.00 a day to launch a boat. The convenient fish cleaning station was removed. We now plan to just stay in the nearby campground since the KOA doesn't offer the above mentioned conveniences any more.

We requested to be next to my family when we made the reservations. We were placed 1 row away from my family ( not across the street) and it made family meals a little difficult. We couldn't connect to the internet at all. Overall it was a nice location.

Need to get the power issue fixed soon was hard to keep our AC going during the hottest part of the day. We do have a air stream which might have some thing to with it others around us seem okay

While the staff were very friendly the actual campground needs a lot of work. There are people “living” there and they have junk outside their trailers. I think the KOA should require those people to keep things presentable and should make them pull the weeds and pick up the trash at their own sites. There is no dog park as the website suggest. The big bathroom/showers are nice. That’s it!

Well stocked office for food & groceries to save a trip to town since you're in the middle of nowhere. Fishing or one night stay is why you're here. No local TV and no cable so need DVDs or satellite which most sites are friendly. Wifi wasn't working the two days we were there. Limited food options for 10 miles, bar food which was good but menu somewhat limited. Didn't try the food truck close by.

I really like the koa here in Townsend, Deb and her husband, are Great people and very friendly folks. The bathrooms and showers are always clean , And they have a few laundry machines, that work great . And also a nice store with a lot of walleye tackle and various R.V.stuff that's essential 👍

I was thinking of writing a bad review so you guys would stay away from this amazing small restaurant. There's often a wait line if you go after 8pm …but ohhh so worth the wait. The food and the dynamic duo…Anna and Miguel make it a super enjoyable dining experience. Pizza is outstanding …thin and crunchy and the burrata will melt in your mouth with the thinly sliced prosciutto. When I'm in Miami I go as often as I can…and NO…I dont tell anybody anymore. STAY AWAY…..more for me!

Beautiful camp, very clean facilities ( showers and toiletts) and well equipped. Lovely landscape, close ro the river. There is also a nice convenient shop and the hosts were very helpfull!!!
