Our second time staying at this KOA. We rented two cabins & bunk house (BH was a first for us). Cabins were good. The bunkhouse was HOT. The little air conditioner wasn’t enough for such a big space. There are skylights that definitely need covered from the sun. We went to Helena to buy fans to keep cool. I’d recommend another patio set there, considering it can sleep so many, we ran out of se

Check in was a breeze. The ladies at the front store were so friendly and helpful! Our little cabin was clean and it was so quiet and peaceful at night. My only complaint (and it's a very light complaint) was that there was no hot water in the little shower across from our cabin. Other than that, the stay was delightful!!

Cabin was great. Fridge was a great surprise. The site was tired and run down. Wasn't somewhere to stay for more than 1 night.

I enjoyed the cabin that I stayed in and it had all of the amenities that I needed. All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful and I was sad when I had to check out. I will be coming back for sure !!!

I loved staying here and hope to stay next year as well. My only concern was that I had to get a lot of dog hair off of my bed and I’m allergic to dog dandruff so just wish the cabin was cleaned a little better is all.

Beautiful place near the lake! Host was very kind and accommodating. Showers are wonderful, good pressure, nice and warm. Even found someone to jump start my car when my battery died!

The cabin had a host of "nice to have items" such as coffee maker, reading light, nice flooring, overhead lights with fan, and a working refrig/freezer unit. At check-in I got a welcome bag containing coffee pods, sugar, creamer and cup and a bottle of water. Even though my plan was to stay one night, I came back a second night.

Cabin was clean, warm and comfortable. Restroom facilities are clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I had a late check-in but everything was super smooth and the hosts left a lovely welcoming pkg for me. Even in 20° lows the cabin was warm and cozy. The sun rising over the Missouri River (lake?) was gorgeous and fantastic to wake up to. I can't wait to come back!

So much work has been done at this KOA! The bathrooms have been remodeled and are super clean. The store is well stocked and tidy. We stayed in a camping cabin with new flooring and a nice outdoor patio. Cabin was clean, and the real mattress on the larger bed was appreciated! Staff were friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning.

The cabins are great with mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Walking distance to the lake. Great customer service and I am going back because we had such a good time.

The family cabin is perfect for our whole family to stay in. The pavilion and playground are awesome as well. The owners are so nice and so accommodating.

The staff are friendly and welcoming. This campground is not near anything other than the lake. They have few amenities or activities like other KOA’s usually have. If you’re just looking for a place to stop over for a night this place is great. If you’re looking for a resort style KOA to have a vacation this is not the place. Many KOA’s I’ve stayed at have a pool and activities to enjoy

We were able to check in to our 10 person cabin early, super awesome. However, the microwave, mini fridge and BBQ were disgusting. The gal who cleaned was kind enough to tape a towel over the door window to shade it from the heat. A/C unit was only capable of cooling the lower level.

KOA hosts were very friendly, the cabin was the perfect size for our needs, it came with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster and Kurig, there was a grill there as well. The bathrooms were great and there is a very spacious walk-in shower and changing room, along with other smaller showers. We bought breakfast burritos at the camp store, which were very delicious! Great stay, will be back!

Our cabin was nice and warm. Newly renovated bathrooms were a real treat too. The owners were very friendly and great with our kids, which was amazing. We had a great stay there.

I really like the koa here in Townsend, Deb and her husband, are Great people and very friendly folks. The bathrooms and showers are always clean , And they have a few laundry machines, that work great . And also a nice store with a lot of walleye tackle and various R.V.stuff that's essential 👍

I was thinking of writing a bad review so you guys would stay away from this amazing small restaurant. There's often a wait line if you go after 8pm …but ohhh so worth the wait. The food and the dynamic duo…Anna and Miguel make it a super enjoyable dining experience. Pizza is outstanding …thin and crunchy and the burrata will melt in your mouth with the thinly sliced prosciutto. When I'm in Miami I go as often as I can…and NO…I dont tell anybody anymore. STAY AWAY…..more for me!

Beautiful camp, very clean facilities ( showers and toiletts) and well equipped. Lovely landscape, close ro the river. There is also a nice convenient shop and the hosts were very helpfull!!!
