Very clean cabin and restrooms at a great location close to the lake. We arrived after hours and they had a nice package waiting for us. It was really cold that night and it took awhile for the cabin to warm up but once it did, it was nice a cozy. I would definitely stay here again.

This rating for a Winter stay. Debbie, the caretaker, was helpful and apologetic for not tracking my reservation when I arrived. She did come to the office and checked me in. She warned me that the dry cabins are not well insulated and there will probably be snow inside the cabin. She mentioned the heaters in the cabin. The temperature was unusual at -30 with -45 windchill and gusty winds.

I only stayed one short night. Everything was working great for me to come right in and set up my trailer in the dark. The bathroom was clean and warm and the morning shower was hot to get me ready for another day of driving! Thank you for being open during the cold month of November!

Everything was great. Check in was smooth even though we missed the site manager. Cabin was comfortable and just as expected. The women's bathroom was incredibly clean, warm and beyond my expectations. We didnt need anything from the store on site, but it was great knowing that option was there.

I didn’t like the combination lock on the rest room. The campground and all facilities were clean & well maintained. Compared to perhaps 50 other KOAs I’ve visited only Rock Springs was less attractive

So sorry you didn't like the locks on the bathroom doors. We placed those for your safety and provide the code to only KOA guests. We are a KOA Journey which provide fantastic views of the mountains and easy access to the lake.

We were vendors at the local Fall Festival and wanted a nice lace to relax at the end of long days. The hot shower in the very clean bathroom was wonderful! The staff in the shop are kind and helpful. I’m sure we’ll be back next year.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The camping cabins were comfy (the mattress could have been a little thicker) and accommodating with everything we needed. The bathrooms and showers were nice and close, we will be back :-)

Very clean and quiet campground. The restroom facilities that I did use, were all very clean and well maintained. The store is great with lots of stuff to take care of your needs. The library of books and movies was a hit with my family. Finally, the camp host was extremely friendly and helpful! Will certainly be going back to relax there again!

Debbie, Dean, Eric and Justin are the best!! This park is clean, quiet, very family and pet friendly, just like the staff. Huge book exchange, nice laundry room, live music throughout the summer and so close to fishing and boating. Great cabins and tent platforms. We'll visit here again. Thank you

I received a greeting a few minutes after I arrived to check in. Debbie was friendly and talkative at check in and at check out. I enjoyed the goody bag, the only thing that would have been nice would be to have an option of hot chocolate k-cups for the morning instead of coffee for us that don't drink coffee.

Great stay. The store is well-stocked & the staff was friendly. Proximity to the lake is wonderful. The lack of trees is tough as there really aren’t any shady spots. Not good on super hot days. The Wi-Fi also desperately needs to be upgraded. We had extreme difficulty logging on morning, noon & night. Had trouble even doing simple things like checking e-mails & texting.

Everyone is very nice and helpful, the campground is very clean and inviting. My only suggestion would be to plant more trees by the camping sites. Thank You for a great summer. We'll see you next year!

We stayed in the 2 room cabin and this was our favorite stay so far. Cabin was wonderful as well as the staff.

I booked a full hook up pull through site and paid for same. there was no sewer, the wifi was only marginal, and the site was dusty and not more than a space to stop on. Won't be back. Not up to KOA Standards.

Sites were large, but not at all shaded. Because we have a dog, we were a bit concerned about the glass mixed in with the gravel at the site. It was nice to be able to see the lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was great if you like to fish. Great places to hike, but driving was necessary.

We enjoy staying at the KOA because of the fishing in Canyon Ferry Reservoir. This is a quiet campground with friendly staff. We’ve stayed here several times previously and I’m sure we will again soon.

I really like the koa here in Townsend, Deb and her husband, are Great people and very friendly folks. The bathrooms and showers are always clean , And they have a few laundry machines, that work great . And also a nice store with a lot of walleye tackle and various R.V.stuff that's essential 👍

I was thinking of writing a bad review so you guys would stay away from this amazing small restaurant. There's often a wait line if you go after 8pm …but ohhh so worth the wait. The food and the dynamic duo…Anna and Miguel make it a super enjoyable dining experience. Pizza is outstanding …thin and crunchy and the burrata will melt in your mouth with the thinly sliced prosciutto. When I'm in Miami I go as often as I can…and NO…I dont tell anybody anymore. STAY AWAY…..more for me!

Beautiful camp, very clean facilities ( showers and toiletts) and well equipped. Lovely landscape, close ro the river. There is also a nice convenient shop and the hosts were very helpfull!!!
