I wasn’t impressed. I’ve stayed at other KOAs and this Koa doesn’t measure up. Dean was super friendly and professional - but I feel like the grounds are just being left in the Stone Age. We stayed for 5 days - and it is a beautiful location - however - most sites are just gravel and weeds. Yes, I had a picnic table and fire pit - but that’s it - I normally rave about KOAs- sorry

Incredible bathroom and shower facilities, and friendly and welcoming staff. Some of the tent area is still under construction but it was great to have a sink with running water and electricity! Half the price of other KOA’s nearby, and nice and quiet. Very close to the lake!

Mosquitoes, dogs barking all night, and the little bit of grass has not been cut at all this year. Our table was broken. Not to the standard we expect from KOA!

Campground was fine but our stay was ruined by people next to us who had dogs that were allowed to run free and defecate all over our site. When will KOA ever accommodate visitors who don't have dogs and who are allergic to dogs? When will they ever remove these rule breakers?

This KOA hands down is the most cleanly well kept one we’ve stayed at! The staff was awesome to talk to and went above and beyond for our stay!

The owners were kind and helpful. I really enjoyed the music on the 1st of July. Their facilities are very good as well. I enjoyed my stay.

Friendly and Helpful people in the store. the laundry room hours pressured me for time to get laundry done. The view was spectacular!!! And we loved the little Pub on the entrance to the campground. The bathrooms were nice but needed to have someone pay a little more attention to them. The men's room had a plugged toilet 2 days in a row and the ladies room had an empty soap dispenser for 3 days.

KOA hosts were very friendly, the cabin was the perfect size for our needs, it came with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster and Kurig, there was a grill there as well. The bathrooms were great and there is a very spacious walk-in shower and changing room, along with other smaller showers. We bought breakfast burritos at the camp store, which were very delicious! Great stay, will be back!

Each year we schedule a stay at the Townsend/CFL campground. It is not only in an interesting area, the people who work there are super friendly and cordial. We liked it so much that we wished we had built a longer stay into our schedule. If nothing bends or breaks we plan to be back next year probably for a longer stay. Keep up the good work. It is a very relaxing and pleasant place.

Absolutely great location and wonderful campground. Everything is clean and well kept. Bathroom and showers are in great condition. It has a great shop. It’s a nice, easy walk down to to the lake/ drive down to the boat launch. Debbie and Eric are great people so kind and genuinely want to make sure you enjoy your stay. I would highly recommend staying here and I look forward to my future stay.

We reserved a tent site. All the tent spots were a square with sand/gravel as the base. We got there late and had to level out our square before we could set up. Plus there were weeds and trees growing in them. Not fun when it's dark and you just want to set up. Plus only one picnic table for 5 sites.

Debbie and her crew always go above a beyond taking care of us when we stay here. Shower house is always clean and up to date.

We stayed on a month by month basis. The area by the lake is pretty but it is extremely windy almost all the time. The price for the most part is $750 with all hookups but jumps to $900 in the summer and 2 months in the winter. We had our water shut off on us without notice which really sucks when you are in the shower or washing clothes.

Friendly and helpful gentlemen at the desk. Nice little cabin with not great mattresses. Enjoyed the welcome bag and particularly the fact it had coffee in it. Overall, very good stay and we will be back...

Our cabin was nice and warm. Newly renovated bathrooms were a real treat too. The owners were very friendly and great with our kids, which was amazing. We had a great stay there.

Debbie is a great host. Very accommodating and friendly. The entire crew at TOWNSEND/CANYON FERRY LAKE KOA work hard to make sure the facility is in great shape. The bathrooms are very nice, some of the cleanest I've seen. We stay here for many months as our house was getting built. We highly recommend staying here, even if it's for a short stay.

I really like the koa here in Townsend, Deb and her husband, are Great people and very friendly folks. The bathrooms and showers are always clean , And they have a few laundry machines, that work great . And also a nice store with a lot of walleye tackle and various R.V.stuff that's essential 👍

I was thinking of writing a bad review so you guys would stay away from this amazing small restaurant. There's often a wait line if you go after 8pm …but ohhh so worth the wait. The food and the dynamic duo…Anna and Miguel make it a super enjoyable dining experience. Pizza is outstanding …thin and crunchy and the burrata will melt in your mouth with the thinly sliced prosciutto. When I'm in Miami I go as often as I can…and NO…I dont tell anybody anymore. STAY AWAY…..more for me!

Beautiful camp, very clean facilities ( showers and toiletts) and well equipped. Lovely landscape, close ro the river. There is also a nice convenient shop and the hosts were very helpfull!!!
