Very nice stay. Location was great, quiet campground overall which was very nice. Good amenities and very friendly and attentive staff. Would come back again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Debbie is always awesome but needs more and better help. The womens shower floors are awful and the laundromat is not customer friendly.

The campground is great all the shower rooms and bathrooms need serious help. I tried to shower went in at 9:30 by 9:38 no hot water, hair full of shampoo. I about froze to death. The floors are rotten through I was afraid I would fall through and get seriously hurt. Please put some money into the shower/restrooms. No heat in the big shower and took forever for warm water. We will be back 1 more t

Enjoyable meeting long ago friends here. The camp hostess and store personnel were very helpful and personable. It could use a little bigger shade trees for us Oregonians.�

Very clean restrooms and cabin. Shop was clean and friendly. Only complaint was lack of dumpsters/trash cans around the campground. Otherwise, I will definitely stay at this campground again

We came in after hours and easily found the envelope waiting for us with our site number, the bathroom codes and the wi-fi password. The code we were given for the women's room was incorrect, so I was grateful it was late and no other campers were around so that I could shower in the men's room. The wi-fi was weak, so we just hooked up our Starlink. Place was clean and quiet. We'd stay again.

To date, this KOA has been the most unclean facility we’ve stayed in. The rooms were not swept, the bathrooms had dried pee stains in them. We saw finger/toe nails on the floor. The bed, windows & floors had dead bugs on them. This is something we will be letting corporate know. We ended up staying in our vehicle. It was much cleaner.

The campground manager was absent; the door indicated that he was open Friday through Sunday. No trash cans were found, and one was locked.

Very nice location near the lake, away from the road. Very nice shower and bathroom, conveniently located a short walk from my tent site. The tent site had running water with a sink and counter plus a power outlet, and the wifi worked great. Really great value for this spot.

Nice campground, store and laundry. Weeds were out of control and $50 “cleanup” fee was unnecessary. Never saw anyone clean sites after departures. We had to leave early from monthly site and no reimbursement for remaining days.

Awesome stay. First time renting KOA cabin email I would be late check in. I wasn't sure how to do a late check in. More directions on that would of made things alot easier. Enjoyed our stay.

Pull throughs exceedingly short. All rigs were hanging out the back and front on these sites into the roads. Does not deserve the KOA designation, with non existent customer service. Other camping opportunities are around. Skip this campground.

Needed propane but they were not ANY services as the office was closed until Friday at 9 am and was only open through Sunday. Never did see a KOA person.

I was not impressed with this KOA. I was disappointed in the grounds. The upkeep seemed to be lax. The office clerk was friendly and the store looked nice. The setup is awkward to empty trash and it is a waste of time to connect to their WiFi. (Every time I connected I got the message “no internet”)

We stayed in one of the cabins, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a microwave, fridge/freezer, and toaster provided. And a Keurig! The restrooms are close by with very nice showers. The lake is a short walk down the road, and there was plenty of parking for our truck and boat. There’s a nice playground for kids, and the main office has a nice little deli area with fresh-made offerings.

I really like the koa here in Townsend, Deb and her husband, are Great people and very friendly folks. The bathrooms and showers are always clean , And they have a few laundry machines, that work great . And also a nice store with a lot of walleye tackle and various R.V.stuff that's essential 👍

I was thinking of writing a bad review so you guys would stay away from this amazing small restaurant. There's often a wait line if you go after 8pm …but ohhh so worth the wait. The food and the dynamic duo…Anna and Miguel make it a super enjoyable dining experience. Pizza is outstanding …thin and crunchy and the burrata will melt in your mouth with the thinly sliced prosciutto. When I'm in Miami I go as often as I can…and NO…I dont tell anybody anymore. STAY AWAY…..more for me!

Beautiful camp, very clean facilities ( showers and toiletts) and well equipped. Lovely landscape, close ro the river. There is also a nice convenient shop and the hosts were very helpfull!!!
