Welcome to the trout capital of Georgia! That's right, you read correctly! In 2005 Georgia named Fannin County as the trout capital of Georgia. Our campground has 1300 feet of Toccoa River access and is located near one of the heavily stocked areas on the Toccoa. In addition to trout fishing, visitors can enjoy kayaking, tubing, and paddle boarding. There are also multiple hiking trails that anyone can hike starting at the beginner level and working up to an advanced level. Our campground is also conveniently located near Lake Blue Ridge where visitors can enjoy boat rentals, fishing, and swimming.
Tammen Park is located on the Toccoa River in Blue Ridge and is the starting point for guests who are wanting to kayak or tube down the river. Amenities at the park include: playgrounds, restrooms, pavilions, softball field, easy access to fishing on the Toccoa River, and a launch pad for kayaks and canoes.
