Cabin was poorly maintained. Holes and cracks were repaired with duct tape. Logs were rotting on the corners. Toilet in the women’s restroom was constantly running. Cabin had only one small candelabra lightbulb that worked. The maintenance man only replaced one of the two that didn’t work

Perfect getaway. Table and.futon were hard as a rock but nothing a pillow.couldnt fix. Location was great and overall we.enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in cabin 2. The bathroom floor is caving in with a soft spot right in front of the toilet. There is mold along the molding of the shower. We found moldy plastic cooking utensils in the drawers. The thermostat on the fridge was broken. The tables varnish has been rubbed off so the table is perpetually tacky. The sealant on the wood flooring has worn off and looks and feels dirty.

They rent out a cabin knowledgeable of the soft spot on the floor. And I contacted the manager have yet to hear anything back. I believe the own called and told him and I don't feel that the matter was serious. Koa should be ashamed to allow them to rent anything out in these conditions and expect people to pay full price.

We enjoyed it for a camp ground. I was testing out a little roughing it with my wife and son. My son had a ball the whole time. The bathrooms definitely did not make the acceptable cut, they are far from clean and used baby diapers were left all over the ladies room. The men's handicapped toilet had excrement smeared on the wall, this is not acceptable for a family location.

I visited Florida for a long weekend stay while I visited the Valiant Warbird Museum ..... and to get some rest. Both were accomplished. Nice little cabin that served my needs well. I had a comfortable stay and all the staff are very pleasant and helpful. I will stay here again !

Staff is nice. Bathrooms were clean. Property could use a bit of upgrades. Squirrels are confrontational and annoying. Not KOAs fault.

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins for the week and had a wonderful time!! The staff was super friendly!! The beds were not the comfiest but all in all, we had a great experience.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom cabin for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Some of the dryers were out of order in the laundry room, but I was so glad that it opened at 7:00 AM the next morning because I left shirts hanging on a dryer rack and were able to retrieve them before we checked out. I was disappointed that we had to pay a $10 fee for a fire pit, though.

Coating on inside of some pots and pans peeling - very dangerous - carcinogenic. Only one sharp knife capable of cutting, chopping.

Bathroom room floor saggy and dangerous. Mold around shower and on floor. Told to bring our own linens which we did, but what about hand soap in bathroom and soap in kitchen? Only four chairs in kitchen but advertised as a 6 person cabin. No chairs for outside. No fire ring. Screen door ripped. We camp a lot, not our best experience. Won’t be back.

It was quiet and peaceful, very clean and the staff are very nice ...I would definitely stay there again, the highway gets a little loud during the day but almost silent at night. I'll definitely be back just to get some peace and I live in Titusville lol

Arrived after office was closed via plane. No after-hour service; received key eventually. When contract was signed there was no mention of check-in/out times. I am sure I had reserved for additional night; informed my bags had been packed and could retrieve from office at which time informed that I would not get my deposit back due to late check-in/out times. Also happened to another guest.

There was dog hair and dog food everywhere even though the sign states dogs aren’t allowed. When I went to to complain the best they could do was come and clean it. When I came back home, THERE WAS STILL DOG HAIR. Two windows were broken as well so I couldn’t even circulate the air and kept sneezing because of the hair.

Really enjoy our stay in the deluxe cabin. I loved everything about it. It was so cute and cozy but next time I will stay longer to really get the feel of being there Thank you and I’m sure you will see me again

The cabin was clean, but I was disappointed in the main bathrooms/showers. Very outdated causing much of it to be unappealing and dirty compared to other KOA’s I’ve stayed at.

I've only stayed at two KOAs, the Orlando/Kissimmee KOA and the Titusville KOA. I found the Kissimmee KOA to be much cleaner in terms of the facilities. Also, on multiple days the Titusville KOA had cleaning staff cleaning the bathrooms and showers at what I would consider to be peak usage times in the mornings around 10am and it made the bathrooms and showers inaccessible for up to an hour.

Everything was super great, except for the quality of the large bed which was poor. The bunk beds were much more comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Grounds are beautiful.

The location was good but the kabin (K-10) I was in was full of holes in seams (tissue was already being used to stuff holes to outside), badly rotted post beams holding porch up, rotted side posts, bending floor boards on porch, noisy fan. They need to fully replace this unit or charge less for it. This is not up to KOA standards and I stay in a lot of these basic kabins. This was a bad one.

The place was clean and nice, but one of the stove burners was loose and the smoke alarm went off anytime the stove or toaster was on. We had to cook with doors and windows open. I would recommend looking at this setup.

I did not use any facilities but we rented 3 cabins. The amenities at the cabins were nice. One cabin was ran down. The futon was broken. It would be nice if it came with more kitchen supplies (aluminum foil, dish towel, dish rag)

Stayed in a one room cabin with my dog. The cabin was clean and spacious and very close to the bathhouse. Even though the sites are close together, evenings were very quiet. My dog and I had an enjoyable time exploring Merritt Island while staying at this conveniently located KOA!

This campground could use some serious TLC. New sites are nice, but the older ones are in terrible shape. Our friends stayed in a cabin. Floor was dirty. Dog hair under the bed. At least 4 lights not working. Good location.

We stay multiple nights in a cabin. Part of the siding was missing on the patio side, I could see daylight thru one of the air ducts so it must have had a hole in it, the couch/futon was more comfortable to lay on that sit on, and the cabin floor wasn't level on the kitchen & bathroom side. Also, our 5 year old fell out of the top bunk. I'm not sure how but extra support bars might help,

I've mostly avoided KOAs in the past because I had a misconception that they were all too loud, sites were too close together and they didn't have any trees. This KOA changed my mind about that. My site had a big oak tree and plenty of shrubs to make it feel a little more private. Restrooms/showers were clean and in good working order. Slabs kept the inside of my camper from getting dirty/dusty. Staff was super friendly and attentive. If my travels bring me back to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great week. Stayed here while waiting on our house. Debbie was very helpful in our stay. The only complaints I had were all the traffic noise throughout the night and the black sand that made everything I owned black.

I love living at this RESORT and campground. They have a resort pool that's heated super warm and it's crazy cool deep at over 7 ft 3 in It's clean and friendly. I can't say enough about their staff being very helpful and courteous. This is the best RV park in the county!
