My family and I had an amazing day. We were involved in heavy rain and we were in the tent in the camp manager was so helpful and insured our safety was number one. Some of the events were canceled due to the weather, but the manager took their time to go outside of the box to make sure that we were still very heavily entertained. Amazing staff and people!

Can’t control the weather. Other than that it was great. Deanna was super sweet. We made the most of our one sunny day.

It’s not likely we know someone whose camping road trip would take them to Sweetwater … however we will recommend them the campground. I checked in after hours, there was clear information left to help me find my site and know my way around the campground. Bathrooms were clean, site was perfect—loved the little sheltered table with the light, it helped me get set up.

I had reserved a tent camping site for the evening of 11/7. A strong thunderstorm came up that night, and my tent became quite wet on the inside. The campground manager called me on the phone to make sure I was ok in the storm. She offered to open one of the cabins for me so I could sleep in a dry place, and I was so thankful!

My grandson and I had the best time!! The grounds where kept up and clean! The bathrooms were cleaner than I've ever experience! The staff was amazing very friendly and helpful!! �

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The campground is very clean. T4 is a great tent site tucked in the corner of some trees for privacy. Campground is conveniently located near the interstate and downtown Sweetwater.

We had a wonderful time. The employees were always helpful and friendly. The grounds were clean and well kept. The other campers were friendly. Our sons had a wonderful time.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pancake breakfast on Saturday was a nice surprise. Very well kept and clean campground.

Wonderful stay. I tent camped. I could not stake my tent due to the gravel pads. Not all of the electric boxes were functional. The showers and toilet were very nice and was the balance of the campground.

The one thing I have that is not positive is that there was so much gravel at the tent site that I was unable to stake my tent. I began on the gravel pad but moved to a grassy spot but still could not stake the tent. Glad it wasn't windy!

Tent sites are right at entrance near main road very noisy and there is a very bright street light shinning right into your tent

the whole campground/camping experience and staff were a 10 out of 10. we had a Wonderful time and we definitely will be camping again next summer. the employees take that extra step.. it was a Wonderful experience.

We have so much fun this 4 of July weekend. We love to camp at Koa this was our first time camping there super friendly staff,clean bathrooms,fun activities, there pizza and wings delicious. Its a beautiful place to stay. We planning to go again soon. Thank you �

We absolutely loved this campground. All the small extra touches just make it feel like home and it was so clean. The grounds were beautiful. We will definitely be back.

This was the one of THE BEST KOAs we have camped at. It was so clean, well maintained, and the staff was the kindest and friendliest we have ever encountered. The cabins are so nice and comfy, the camper sites are so spacious, the tent sites are nice and close to the bathrooms. The bathrooms and showers were amazing! The campground itself is so easy to get into! Check them out!

The camp group was well kept maintenance wise, clean, and the staff was wonderful. My grandchildren was so excited to go and maintained the excitement throughout the experience and requested to come back again.

Was a short tent overnight stay. There was a dog barking on and off all night - not koa's fault, but lost sleep. Highway noise requires ear plugs at night. Occasion septic smell, ugh. Restrooms were very clean and tidy. Overall, I would stay again.

We loved the environment. Loved the Christmas decorations. The tent pads are a little small, we weren’t able to use it and had to set our tent up behind it.

Good, clean KOA location at Sweetwater. I had tent site T4. A little more private spot. Tent pad was on a slight slant, but not unbearable. Very clean bathrooms and laundry room. Will stay again. Made visiting Chattanooga or Knoxville easy… somewhat in the middle of both locations.

It was a nice quiet, pretty views. The bathrooms were very clean. I would definitely stay again if in the area!

Narrow road getting to campground and entrance sits right on curve. Also Narrow outside loop leaving. Wifi super fast, but feel over $100. a night is high. Some of the pull thru sites are not level with our 45' mh

We camped here in a rooftop tent and had a great stay! We got here at night and the map/car tag was waiting. Bathrooms were very clean, we especially loved the playground with all the swings and the wobbly bridge so fun for littles! We were passing by quickly this time so we didn't get a chance to stay long but they had a very nice pool that was kept very clean and I personally enjoyed all the landscaping that was done on the property near the main building! You can tell they love flowers. Everything was blooming and well taken care of. We heard so many birds while there and used an app to identify them! We even heard a Cedar Waxwing and a Blue-Grey Gnat catcher. I'm guessing the wildlife friendly landscaping is a magnet for these friendly birds
