This is one of the friendliest and cleanest campground we have ever been too. It was a very busy holiday weekend for them but between the pancake breakfast and the pizza and wings, we cooked very little. The manager Jake was so funny and all the kids loved him. This is a very kid friendly campground with lots to do with the kids. 5 stars all the way!

Nice park with walking trails, some of the trails have poision ivy. Quite little pool and plenty of things for kids to do.

Unfortunately we only stayed one night due to travel plans. But I was so impressed with your KOA. Nice, big shade trees. The grounds are well managed. And you had several fundraisers planned for CampKids charity. Way to go!!!!! And you have beautiful open fields for walking our dogs in addition to the two dog parks. Plenty of amenities for kids and adults. You’re doing a great job.

Absolutely darling KOA! I don’t think I could say enough good things about this one! Karen was very kind and helpful guiding us to our site. All staff were kind! Wonderful well-stocked camp store with many cool things! The decorations around the grounds felt homey. Staff always busy working and all activities open and functioning. Great playground! Loved the hiking trail and the massive meadow!

The Campground was not only very well maintained but there were many special areas with planting beds & gardens. The staff was very nice & accompaning. We asked to change sites because the original assigned site sloped too much to level our trailer; staff put us in an excellent site! The morning we left we received a call thanking us for staying & wished us a safe trip. Thank you KOA friends!

Staff here is awesome. They are all friendly, helpful and truly care. The campground is very well maintained and all facilities are kept clean. We are so glad we found this place to stay. They make an awesome pizza, too.

Trash bins are too small If we can just the bag at our lot would be nice Or are those bins for the tent users!?

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We have the yellow trash cans around the park for campers to dispose trash in. If campers have large trash they can place it next to the cans, our outside staff checks trash twice a day!

This KOA is what the high standard a KOA use to be! It is clean and the attention to deal is 5 star! And the Ladies are kind and helpful! We will be back!

Even though we only spent one night and arrived late, we received a friendly greeting, assistance and given a quick rundown on the dog walking areas. Nice, quiet and clean park with great hosts!

When situations like this occur we always hope that the guest would bring the noise complaint to our attention, which it wasn't. We then can address the noise complaint so that everyone can have the most comfortable and enjoyable time at our campground.

The staff was Wonderful! They came by frequently during our stay to suggest sightseeing options, they helped us unload our car from the dolly. The General Manager was very friendly.

From the before arrival help I received from Kel to the sympathy received after the staff found out, due to my wife's illness, I had to leave early, I could not have asked for a better experience. The sites are a little small but the people around your site act like friends and family. They have a great facility top to bottom. Thanks all!

LOVE our time at Sweetwater KOA! Jake and his staff are the BEST! The activities for the kids are so much fun. The facilities are clean and the sites are perfect. After making this our temp home a year ago while waiting for our forever home, the staff made us feel like family. We store our trailer here and we look forward to spending our TN arrival anniversary here every year making memories

Absolutely LOVE this place. The staff is amazing and kept asking us if we needed anything all weekend long. Our favorite part was the family water games especially when Jake got Joe (my brother) with a full bucket of water while he was blindfolded. Can't wait till our next stay.

Prior to our stay in KY save your $ and drive to TN if you’re headed south. The people were beyond accommodating very friendly to outsiders. The park is very well kept and amazing choices. Definitely recommend. This is real souther hospitality at its finest.

We love everything about this KOA. All of the staff is so wonderful! Jake is great! Lots for the kids to do. Very clean and quiet. Good location. Only 10 minutes from anything that you would need. Very beautiful and scenic KOA. We always choose to stay here on our way to Florida and are always happy with our choice every time. The Rust family from Ohio

Haven't even stayed here yet but look forward to it. This is due to our interaction over the phone with Dory. She was super helpful and extremely friendly. Her level of customer care really made a huge impact on us wanting to come to this campsite vice any others in the area.
