Ugh, what a nightmare. We came to Sweetwater KOA expecting your average campground experience—you know, questionable bathrooms, mystery puddles, and a raccoon named Carl who’s the unofficial manager. Instead, we were slapped in the face with sparkling clean facilities, level concrete pads, and gasp—shade. Like, how dare they? Our kids actually had fun!

The staff were extremely nice. The facilities were clean. The pool was clean. All of my the sports areas such as the basketball goal etc. had the proper equipment within reach. Trash was picked up twice a day. I would recommend.

This was a quick stop over night on the way from MI to FL, very easy to get to off I-75. The campground was beautiful with lots of amenities, we wish we could have stayed longer! We arrived after the office was closed, but Kim had text messaged me back and had our check in papers ready to go at the kiosk. Everything was easy, thank you!

Very friendly staff. Grounds are clean and offer very nice family oriented amenities. Pool very well maintained as was the shower house. Really impressed with the tables and chairs at campsite.

Nice campground. Loved the pool and the store. We were here on a holiday weekend, and they had lots of fun things for kids to do.

Stayed over July 4th weekend. Lots of activities for kids, good safe environment. Facilities were kept clean and the staff was very friendly.

really pretty place, the staff goes to extremes to make you happy. my only problem was the shower stall floors, I thought they were very slippery. I am probably the only one who thinks that but it was a concern for me.

Very good location for overnight stays. Close to I-75, level sites, very clean showers and bathrooms. Quiet at night. Very personable and friendly staff. I will be back when traveling on I-75.

Our entire experience was amazing. The staff was very kind and went out of their way to assist with a lost dog, who was reunited with his family. The Saturday activities were entertaining and the boil was delicious. We met great guests expletive and enjoyed our time there. Thank you.

We stayed there on a trip with our son and two granddaughters. We had a great stay and enjoyed the campground. We visited the Lost Sea and went Whitewater Rafting at OAR. It was a great experience.

Have stayed here probably 8 to 9 times. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The sites are nice and shaded not to close to other sites. Always clean showers and restrooms one of our favorite KOAS

It was short but delightful..the staff exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and welcoming. Great activities for children and adults, camp store and even a pancake breakfast to benefit children with Cancer…there simply aren’t enough good things to say about this wonderful campground and their staff..

Very nice RV campground, South of Knoxville, near the "Lost Sea" cavern. It has long-term camping and very good family camping and activities. The prices are very fair; sites, food, and laundry are below the averages for the area. The place is very clean. Saturdays are fun days, with free breakfast, rides for the kids, and young at heart. The staff is professional and very easy to work with.

Extremely unsatisfied. Booked a 3 night stay for relaxation. NOTHING at our site #37 was level. No where to sit. Picnic table, fire ring all on an incline. Could not even set up our cooking station, Could not set up our chairs around the fire ring. We were so disappointed that we left the next morning. ONLY saving grace was the people were nice. Site 37 is terrible!! Will not return.

Narrow road getting to campground and entrance sits right on curve. Also Narrow outside loop leaving. Wifi super fast, but feel over $100. a night is high. Some of the pull thru sites are not level with our 45' mh

We camped here in a rooftop tent and had a great stay! We got here at night and the map/car tag was waiting. Bathrooms were very clean, we especially loved the playground with all the swings and the wobbly bridge so fun for littles! We were passing by quickly this time so we didn't get a chance to stay long but they had a very nice pool that was kept very clean and I personally enjoyed all the landscaping that was done on the property near the main building! You can tell they love flowers. Everything was blooming and well taken care of. We heard so many birds while there and used an app to identify them! We even heard a Cedar Waxwing and a Blue-Grey Gnat catcher. I'm guessing the wildlife friendly landscaping is a magnet for these friendly birds
