Friendly, helpful staff; clean, updated bath/shower house with great water pressure and plenty of hot water; best Wi-Fi I’ve had at any KOA or private park. Highly recommend!

Great stop. Site 45 is amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good laundry facilities. Loved the 20% off everything in the store for the Fall sale.

Great campground for a fall stay. Decorations throughout the campground are terrific. Rated 4 instead of 5 only because sites are a bit difficult to level our unit. Friendly staff. We will return.

I called about coming in a day early. Although they were very busy and near capacity for the weekend, Kathy "worked her magic" and got us in. The place was very nice and quiet. The staff was more than friendly. We will stay here again and highly recommend that everyone check this KOA out.

The lots are very small but our pull through lot was very good size for our long vehicle and fairly level. We did not use the restrooms or showers so I cannot speak to them but it was very nice to have a picnic table a fire pit trees and it was great having friendly staff and a very nice dog fenced-in area

Quite possibly the best KOA we’ve stayed in! We always choose this RV park when traveling through TN. This time they had such great Halloween decorations - better than in our neighborhood at home! Great help getting to our site and when our power pole wasn’t working, they were friendly and sent someone right away! Awesome service!

This was our second time to stay at Sweetwater KOA - as before, the hosts were very friendly and helpful. There were some Halloween decorations throughout the property that made us smile. We enjoyed one of the KOA patio sites (46) and the only issue was it was not level - but was great otherwise.

Awesome time. We happened to schedule a stay on the Halloween weekend raising money for Camp Care. We had to children with us and we still had a great time. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Great place to stay.

We have a KOA 10 minutes from our house, but drive an hour to camp at this one instead. The staff are super friendly and there’s always activities scheduled. The only suggestion I have is repairing a couple of the potholes as you’re entering the grounds.

There’s lots to do at this KOA! We were there a few days before Halloween, and the decorations were amazing, with a lot of fun activities all weekend. Sites are close together. Our site was clean and easy to navigate. Restrooms/showers were clean. Location of this KOA has easy access to I-40. The campground is far enough off the beaten path that it was very quiet at night.

A hidden gem! So clean and great management. Was raining and bathroom had “watch for slip floors”. They are on their game here. Well done! Update. It's 9:30 in the rain. Just saw one of their crew escort a new arrival. That is what I mean. They go the extra step!

I've visited a lot of KOAs and this one might be my favorite. Small but great...shaded sites that were easily accessible with a big rig. The staff were friendly and obviously took pride in their campground. Recommend site 42 or 43 for big rigs.
