This is the best KOA -Sweetwater- Deanna is a big part of the phone calls from reservations to checking in- she made our every visit to the office accommodating -special- friendly to making fresh coffee giving us an extra cup for later- Bambi was awesome too.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Park, like any other KOA, is extremely tight for a big rig. The site was very unlevel. The facilities were clean, but I had to wait for housekeeping to finish their laundry for the cabins before I could use washing machine and dryer.

All in all we had a good Halloween camping trip at Koa Sweetwater! We booked 2 rv sites and a cabin. Asked for sites close by and ended up on opposite end of campgrounds on rv sites. Was very upsetting we were told if we want that we would have to pay extra fee. KOA sites r already very expensive and not right to charge more to camp together.

5 stars for sure. My husband and I had been riding on our Harley all day. Arrived late, tired and cold to the Noel AkA Love Shack! Staff had the electric fireplace on for us. This is the best camper cabin we have stayed in since becoming members. Short walk to bathrooms with showers , both extremely clean. Laundry room clean. Overall stay was great. No complaints here.

Sweet stop and I love that they have a Cafe where they will deliver pizza and wings right to your site. Cash only for tips though, so be prepared for that. Friendly people. Large sites.

We needed a quick stay between Knoxville and Chattanooga while traveling to Florida. We got in late and left early. Very easy and comfortable stay. Bathroom s were very clean and well maintained.

Gorgeous settings all around the campground! The bathrooms were spotless cleanest ones of ever been in nice decor !!!!!!! Would like to visit in the summertime . The staff was outstanding. !!!!!�

We loved the extra long site so we could keep our tow vehicle attached. We had great pizza and wings. They even bring it to you when it is ready. The Halloween decorations were amazing.

We love this place and stay every year; but to be honest, we feel like something sort of compensation for those that paid $108 to sleep and had no water to shower before continuing our journey was disappointing.

I loved the Halloween decorations! The staff was very nice, the grounds were spacious and attractive and we didn’t feel crowded at all. The restroom/showers were very clean and roomy. We would definitely stay here again.

30 amp wasn’t working at our post. When we asked about it they said they knew it didn’t work. Why put someone at that site? Broken dryer in laundry room. Wi-fi was super slow.

This is one of our favorite KOAs. We visit twice a year as we snowbird bt Michigan & Florida. This year wasn't as nice as usual tho: first, our premium long site wasn't level; we had to unhook our tow vehicle in order to position our 37' motorhome level & keep all tires on the ground. ( Hope site 43 gets some maintenance soon.) Then all water went out our last nite. Will try again in spring.

Stay was good. Always like staying here. Prefer a different location than upfront but it was ok for one night. They had a lot of great Halloween decorations that kids would love!

We love going to the Sweetwater KOA. We have been several times. The staff is excellent. We always feel welcome and feel at home. We'll be back in the Spring!!

We usually stop overnight when we travel to see our family up north. This time we stayed 2 nights so we could enjoy the town of Sweetwater and spend some extra time at this great campground. It is one of our favorites and the staff is so nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

They escorted me to the wrong set and then waited until I was completely set up before telling me. The office sent someone to tell me that I was at the wrong site but she left immediately, so I had to walk back to the office to find out what was going. No apology or compensation, just an indifferent, non-expressive look.

Though we have RV camped in many KOA's around the country this was our first time staying in a KOA cabin. We loved it! Our cabin was cutely decorated, clean and well supplied. There was a swung on the porch and our own firepit. Staff was friendly and ready to help. A great experiencecwe will do again!

Personnel is awesome.. front office even made us a pizza after closing.. my fault didn’t read the flyer with their hours. We will be back… right off of I75 and close enough to our son to be able to visit.

Cozy, friendly KOA. Great Halloween Events schedule. Delicious pancake breakfast that brought people together. Really friendly, helpful team. Was so happy to return here after a first visit a couple years ago.

Narrow road getting to campground and entrance sits right on curve. Also Narrow outside loop leaving. Wifi super fast, but feel over $100. a night is high. Some of the pull thru sites are not level with our 45' mh

We camped here in a rooftop tent and had a great stay! We got here at night and the map/car tag was waiting. Bathrooms were very clean, we especially loved the playground with all the swings and the wobbly bridge so fun for littles! We were passing by quickly this time so we didn't get a chance to stay long but they had a very nice pool that was kept very clean and I personally enjoyed all the landscaping that was done on the property near the main building! You can tell they love flowers. Everything was blooming and well taken care of. We heard so many birds while there and used an app to identify them! We even heard a Cedar Waxwing and a Blue-Grey Gnat catcher. I'm guessing the wildlife friendly landscaping is a magnet for these friendly birds
