The site are very unlevel. We stayed for two months and the water went out four times. Our electricity went out three times. Fried our power surge protector. When I signed up for two months your deck person left my stay open to more time I never asked for that. So when I left I was charged for another month but should have just been charged for four extra days. So I paid 800.00 for four day.

Great place to stop for the night between destinations. Easy access, clean well maintained and quiet. Great communications with staff. Stopping by again for the night on our way back home.

1 Handicap shower has regular head instead of on one on string. Also, security & theft seems to be a problem. We have used this camp ground for at least 20 years and seems to be deteriorating.

Easy to access from the highway. Used this for an overnight stop on our way to Georgia. No issues with this reservation.

The campground is clean, encourages activity and the staff is very professional and friendly. If we are ever in the area again, we'd definitely stay here again. The only drawback: it's taken weeks to get rid of all of the stink bugs in our rig. They're still hiding in the slides, closets, everywhere. Otherwise, we loved it.

We had an issue with electric, owner rectified it with their own surge protector. Site was paved BUT very unlevel( side to side and back to front) very close together sites. Very helpful and friendly staff. I ordered food, never got acknowledgement or delivery. Good area to walk my pup. Other campers do not pick up poop( that is a shame) 2 dog parks, one operational. Kids seem to enjoy playground

Just a stop over for the night used to pull through. This is the third time I’ve used this KOA. Bathrooms were extremely clean and the directions to my site were easy many thanks to the staff there.!�

Mrs Shelly, Mr Greg, and Mr David were all awesome and very helpful. The pizza and chicken wings were really great. I would love to go back here again.. wonderful staff and very nice campground.

We've stayed here on numerous occasions; however, this was the best. First, the site, 61, was excellent. The bathhouse was also the best we've encountered in a long time.

We stayed here for a month. Love this KOA. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Older KOA, but well taken care of. Cleanest bathhouse I've seen at any campground. The cabin we rented for our daughter, was very clean and well taken care. This is our go to campground. Already booked for next year. Thank you to the amazing staff.

Very nice, clean park. Convenient to the town of Sweetwater, TN. The only complaint is the firewood bundle I purchased was too green to burn. We couldn't even get it to light with our torch.

I checked in after hours, there was clear information left to help me find my site and know my way around the campground. Bathrooms were clean, site was perfect—loved the little sheltered table with the light, it helped me get set up.

I had reserved a tent camping site for the evening of 11/7. A strong thunderstorm came up that night, and my tent became quite wet on the inside. The campground manager called me on the phone to make sure I was ok in the storm. She offered to open one of the cabins for me so I could sleep in a dry place, and I was so thankful!

We had just purchased a motorhome and needed a one night stay. We didn’t have everything that was needed to hook up and level, so they were very nice and accommodating. They let us borrow a 50 to 30 amp plug, and some leveling blocks. Put us near the restrooms so we didn’t need to hook up the water or sewer lines. They were very friendly and would recommend this KOA to anyone that is near t

This is the best KOA -Sweetwater- Deanna is a big part of the phone calls from reservations to checking in- she made our every visit to the office accommodating -special- friendly to making fresh coffee giving us an extra cup for later- Bambi was awesome too.

Narrow road getting to campground and entrance sits right on curve. Also Narrow outside loop leaving. Wifi super fast, but feel over $100. a night is high. Some of the pull thru sites are not level with our 45' mh

We camped here in a rooftop tent and had a great stay! We got here at night and the map/car tag was waiting. Bathrooms were very clean, we especially loved the playground with all the swings and the wobbly bridge so fun for littles! We were passing by quickly this time so we didn't get a chance to stay long but they had a very nice pool that was kept very clean and I personally enjoyed all the landscaping that was done on the property near the main building! You can tell they love flowers. Everything was blooming and well taken care of. We heard so many birds while there and used an app to identify them! We even heard a Cedar Waxwing and a Blue-Grey Gnat catcher. I'm guessing the wildlife friendly landscaping is a magnet for these friendly birds
