Great and friendly staff. Campground is well maintained. Nice store well stocked with good prices. We didn't use the pool, but it was always clean and inviting. We stayed 9 days and wanted to stay longer.

The folks at Sweetwater KOA are great. We had a air suspension problem that shut us down for 3 days while waiting on parts. They were more than accommodating as our plans were in chaos. Thank you so much!

The staff were very friendly. The roads in the campground need a lot of work. We had a premium spot, but had to share water with our neighbor which led to low flow at times. Looking around the campground many of the sites appeared to be unlevel. They did have a lot of things for kids to do.

We have stayed at this location many times, but this will be our last.The sites have many trees, which makes it impossible to use the satellite. This year they no longer have cable. Therefore, no tv. Sites are quite sloped, so very hard to level. Trees are not trimmed & hanging over the roadway, which is full of potholes. Only good thing is the people in the office & the pizza & wings.

Great rv park. The only issue was being unable to level my fifth wheel. I booked a premium site thinking there would be a concrete pad for the rv. The site was 3 inches off level, side to side. It might need to be regraded. But other than that, it is very nice well maintained park. The employees were all smiling and welcoming.

I only stayed one night so its hard to give a fair rating especially since this was my first KOA. It looks like there was plenty for kids to do. The only issue I had was the lot I stayed on, number 65, the asphalt was breaking apart and it wasn't level. I only hooked up water and electric and had no problem with either.

Had a great time with our 3 granddaughters…Very glad the tornado missed us. This was our 4th visit to this KOA, in just over 2 years. It is very kid friendly.

This was our second stay and it was a great experience again! Very quiet in our area at site 64, very clean, and the staff was amazing. Well definitely come back.

Sweetwater KOA Setting- lovely treed sites with birds that serenade you every AM and PM, Friendly staff that aim to please, amenities that include clean ,nice bathrooms and lots of family oriented fun We truly enjoyed our stay. Thank You.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Sweetwater KOA. The manager was very courteous and informative. We enjoyed the pizza and it was nice that they delivered it and the ice to our site. Will look forward to staying there on our next visit.

2 nights, 21-23 May 2025 to support our daughter representing the Davis Family YMCA on the night of 22 May for a fundraiser in Lenoir City. Stayed with my 88 year old mother, we really enjoyed the cabin, and the Sweetwater TN setting of the KOA, very well appointed Park, lots to offer campers, a really nice 2 nights, 3 days, thank you.

This was the one of THE BEST KOAs we have camped at. It was so clean, well maintained, and the staff was the kindest and friendliest we have ever encountered. The cabins are so nice and comfy, the camper sites are so spacious, the tent sites are nice and close to the bathrooms. The bathrooms and showers were amazing! The campground itself is so easy to get into! Check them out!

This was one of the nicest KOA'S we've stayed at. The facilities looked well maintained and clean. All the staff were friendly and very nice to us. We ordered a dozen wings in the store and they were fantastic. We would definitely come here again when our travels bring us to the area.

Over priced, premium site, our 5 wheel tires were at least 8 inches off the ground on the one side. We're getting to the point of only staying at KOA, as a last resort any more. A lot nicer camp grounds a lot less money with cement pads that our level.

The camp group was well kept maintenance wise, clean, and the staff was wonderful. My grandchildren was so excited to go and maintained the excitement throughout the experience and requested to come back again.

Narrow road getting to campground and entrance sits right on curve. Also Narrow outside loop leaving. Wifi super fast, but feel over $100. a night is high. Some of the pull thru sites are not level with our 45' mh

We camped here in a rooftop tent and had a great stay! We got here at night and the map/car tag was waiting. Bathrooms were very clean, we especially loved the playground with all the swings and the wobbly bridge so fun for littles! We were passing by quickly this time so we didn't get a chance to stay long but they had a very nice pool that was kept very clean and I personally enjoyed all the landscaping that was done on the property near the main building! You can tell they love flowers. Everything was blooming and well taken care of. We heard so many birds while there and used an app to identify them! We even heard a Cedar Waxwing and a Blue-Grey Gnat catcher. I'm guessing the wildlife friendly landscaping is a magnet for these friendly birds
