In general a pretty nice KOA. First class staff all the way. They lost a star for speedbumps (bad for low clearance RV’s), early office/pizza closure (5PM!) and a lot of long term tenants with very messy sites that gave parts of the park a “grapes of wrath” ambiance.

Staff was extremely helpful in finding us a lot to pull into for the night!! We’d had camper problems and were tired when I called to see if there was availability and they worked us in. Thanks again!

Only got to stay one night but it was a wonderful stay. Campground was beautiful and the host and crew went above and beyond in making our stay, “one to remember “! Planning on going back as soon as we can.

I have stayed at KOA’s acrossed the country and I can tell you this one rates one of the best I have ever visited. The property is beautiful with lots and lots of hardwood trees. In fall it must be gorgeous. The property is maintained beautifully. It is close to I-75 but far enough that you do not hear the traffic. We will plan return trips I’m sure.

Staff is friendly they go above and beyond to please everyone. They go to the extreme for their patrons. Accomodations were of the highest quality. Our stay exceeded our expectations.

We were just overnight but it was wonderful when we came in and just to relax and actually had live music right outside our door. Friendly staff. Showers are clean. Laundry is available 24 hours

We totally enjoyed our stay at Sweetwater KOA. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Upon our arrival and check in one of the staff members escorted us to our site and guided us into our spot. The campground itself is loaded with lots to do for both kids and adults. We have already let our friends and family know how great our experience was and we would not hesitate to book another stay.

All staff and maintenance workers were courteous and professional. Campground and facilities were clean and well maintained. This time we stayed in “The Cabin” and are looking forward to our visit in November with the motorhome.

I believe it’s our 4th stay whenever we are passing through. Great spot, not too far from I 75 but very quiet, no highway noise. Pizza and wings are excellent! Hope to stop next year. CD

The last time we came the employees were extra friendly. This time it isn’t that they were rude just were missing the extra friendliness!!!Also wish that you would extend the pool time on Sundays . The KOA we are at now doesn’t close the pool when the office closes but at dusk.

Nice quiet KOA off the beaten path. Very peaceful, clean and relaxing. We had a pull through which was super nice. Camper spot was nice and level with very accessible hookups. Amenities were good as well. We didn't try the cafe but it looked really good. The only complaint I have would be the picnic table at our site was on a hill and it was leaning a bit so, it could use some improvement.

Great Staff and Hosts!! Very nice campground. Deanna was ready to work with us if our original site did not accommodate our Big Rig. We would recommend trimming several branches along the exit routes that brushed our Motorhome. Thanx!

Stayed in “The Cabin” very nice and the coffee pot didn’t work so the staff went to Walmart and bought one for us. Everyone was very nice.

the whole campground was clean outside and all facilities. The people were friendly and helpful. The food was so good. We had wings and pizza. I definitely will stay there again. loved the cabin.

Spontaneously needed a place to stay while getting too tired to drive, searched camping spots as an option over a hotel. Wow! am I happy I found Sweetwater KOA! Plus it was very easy to self check in since it was after office hours! Highly recommend this very clean, well maintained campground, many things for extended stays including children!

We stayed one night in a Sweetwater KOA Holiday cabin (without bathroom) and were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the shared restrooms. The beds felt a bit dated but still comfortable. Nice pool for all ages, fun game room, weekend activities, and free breakfast. Peaceful and well-maintained—great short stay.

It was the best KOA we've stayed at in a lot of years. We love KOAs, but this one was a step above. The staff was friendly, competent, and reliable. The campground was very immaculate and well maintained.

Great spot and the staff is willing to do whatever is necessary to make sure your stay is great. I had a window leaking water and they helped me with a ladder so I could apply caulking around the window.

Narrow road getting to campground and entrance sits right on curve. Also Narrow outside loop leaving. Wifi super fast, but feel over $100. a night is high. Some of the pull thru sites are not level with our 45' mh

We camped here in a rooftop tent and had a great stay! We got here at night and the map/car tag was waiting. Bathrooms were very clean, we especially loved the playground with all the swings and the wobbly bridge so fun for littles! We were passing by quickly this time so we didn't get a chance to stay long but they had a very nice pool that was kept very clean and I personally enjoyed all the landscaping that was done on the property near the main building! You can tell they love flowers. Everything was blooming and well taken care of. We heard so many birds while there and used an app to identify them! We even heard a Cedar Waxwing and a Blue-Grey Gnat catcher. I'm guessing the wildlife friendly landscaping is a magnet for these friendly birds
