Our weekend stay was amazing. As a family with a dog and small child. This was a great place to stay! Dog park and dog beach. 2 playgrounds for the kiddos. The beach was nice with soft sand and gradual depth to play in. Check in and check out were so easy as well. Everything was clean and well maintained. Will definitely be going back!

Nice park,waterfront is a nice feature...would maybe suggest to trim the grass along waters edge for appearence betterment .and pissibly have a golf cart or the likes for rent so that seniors such as ourselves could visit the entire park and enjoy its beauty...one thing that stood out is that youre young staff do a super job at welcoming guests and are all very friendly....makes you want to return

Generally speaking we had no complaints. We found the staff very friendly. The fellow who checked us in was very enthusiastic. There seems to be different rules between seasonal people and transient sites. The seasons seem to park anywhere in grass and put down carpets. We would definitely come back.

We were blown away by the customer service! We lost power at our site after office hours when we tried to use our air conditioner. We called the office number but had to leave a message; they would get back to us the next morning when the office opened up. However, about 2 minutes after we left the message, Jesse showed up to solve our power problem! Very impressive!

The Sturgeon Falls KOA site was our last stop of a 5 day RV driving trip. We were happy to find availability for us to park the RV on a fully serviced site at the last minute on the July long weekend! It was very inexpensive to stay three nights which was greatly appreciated. This location is by the river, not as impressive as being on the lake, but equally pretty.

Beautiful setting and very well maintained facility. Great amenities and super spot for boating and fishing adventures. Nice little beach and fun areas for the kids to be entertained. Very friendly staff and the other Kampers were very friendly too.

1st time in Canada. Great KOA very accommodating!! Everyone always has a smile. Beautiful location and grounds. Jess is a wonderful host and manager.

This park has a homey feel and the sites are great. Lots of room for the dog to run and town is close. Always clean and good shower facilities.

Always a great time, this is our favourite KOA! I do wish they would change their reservation policy as we usually come in a group and we have had people re-book our sites for the following year before we get the chance to. I also wish they offered garbage pick up, I think the other KOA's do.

We are so very happy with our stay at the KOA. I can guarantee we will be returning very soon! The staff were friendly and kind. You have a beautiful place to camp and the kids loved the beach and slide!

We had an amazing waterview. Our 3 year old granddaughter had so much fun. From the bouncy mat, parks, catching her first fish from shore, swimming, rock painting, cheering on the wacky games teams, watching the boats, there was never a dull moment and lots of memories made. All the workers were so friendly and went out of there way to accommodate you. I liked the text updates. We will be back!

Our third stay there. It's a nice campground, with super helpful staff. They helped me dealing with a flat battery issue, very fast. Mosquitoes were certainly more abundant this year (not a campground issue). The only suggestion I have it's trying to organize more activities for campers. Canada Day celebration was absent there.

Just 1 night heading west. Roomy spot, all utilities worked. Front office staff were ready for us and guided us to our site. I’ll be back! (In three weeks actually)

Site was clean,the area our family had was large so we could play games with the little ones. Staff are friendly and love their job as is evident in the work quality. this is out of your control, the fireworks across the river scared our dog and I’m sure many others so bad, I thought she was going to have a heart attack. Nothing we did calmed her down. Perhaps the Municipality can be approached.

Really love this KOA, but have been a little disappointed with our last two stays (May and June). The dog beach has some kind of big contraption with large wires littering the beach - THAT IS A HAZARD for both dogs and people. My son cut his foot on a broken beer bottle at the beach. The wifi signal was terrible. It was needed for online work/school.

We have been to KOA Sturgeon Falls for past 4 yrs. We were a group of 24. We bring our Harleys and come from Manitoulin, Oshawa, Hanover Oro Medonte, Azilda and all over. Being a bunch of respectable bikers we are treated well. We are greeted by our 1st name. They are always aiming to please and we all have a blast. Already booked for Next Year. Best campground we have ever stopped at.

This is one of the best KOA's we have stayed at. Very clean park and the family that runs it is awesome. If you get a chance to stay - you will not be disappointed.

Had a wonderful time despite the weather! Something to consider: Other KOAs only allow you to book a year in advance for the site your on. It is disappointing to go into the office to book for next year and find your site no available.

I stay at this KOA twice every summer. At the beginning of summer and at the end of summer. I almost always enjoy my stay. Twice in 10 years, I did not, due to constantly barking dogs. Most campers are respectful of other campers but during this past long Canada Day weekend stay, all I heard was dogs barking and the owners of the park do not seem to notice or care. Usually a peaceful place.

Beautiful site, very friendly staff. Hayden’s customer service was spot on. Loved the escort to the site and help. I asked for a later check out for 12:30 and they were so accommodating. Kids wanted one more play session at the beach and that allowed us to give them that. We have already reserved our spot for next year!

This KOA is amazing. Staff and owners are the best. Sites are clean, indeed the whole location is clean. You see staff travelling around the grounds always working and making the sites better. Their store is clean, bright and stocked with everything you could need. The firewood is true hardwood and is extremely dry.

A perfect overnight stop for our road trip ☺️, Sturgeon Falls KOA is staffed by very friendly folks who seem genuinely happy to see you! Sites are fairly close together, but are nicely groomed. Appreciated the wood delivery to our site.
