We always love this trip to Sturgeon Falls and look forward to it every year. From the moment we pulled in and were welcomed by big smiles and over the top waves to the minute we left, we enjoyed every single second. The campground is quiet, even when it's busy. The hosts welcome you and check in on you like you're family. I can not say enough wonderful things about this campsite.

The staff is welcoming and friendly. The communication is excellent. The campground is meticulously maintained and lovely. It's a great place to stay or pass through on your way along the Trans Canada highway.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Love the cleanliness at campsites, washrooms/ shower rooms. It was overall quiet and peaceful at night, though noticeable noise from early departures. Grounds are very flat-perfect for New Tow Trailer users. Love to see faster waterflow for bathrooms and future additional activities and rental at this KOA. Need bigger road sign for new camp us

Kareoke was awesome... Beautiful lot waterfront. Could use more washrooms throughout the park. Beach was nice and slide was a bonus. Did not travel with kids this time but may in the future.

The three KOA staff we interacted with were super pleasant, always with a smile. They brought cardboard for me to lie on while I fixed a jammed black tank cable (just installed by the RV dealer). Our patio site over looked the marina providing a perfect place for dinner on a beautiful summer evening. Great conversations with near by friendly campers. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay so very much! This was our second year and we're already planning next years trip! The loction is beautiful, right on the river with a nice sandy beach! We went on a pontoon ride with Jesse, he was a very friendly and informative during the ride! The park and amenities are very clean. The family of owners and staff go out of there way to make you feel welcomed!

The owners and employees are exceptional. The only reason why we didn't give it a 5 was that our site got flooded and we had to leave a day early. The owners understood and gave us a refund for that night. Thank you for that!

Nice level site on gravel with picnic table also on gravel. Convenient restrooms and decent free Wi-Fi. Had heavy rainstorm that soaked the campground.

We were given a long drive through site to accommodate our 55 ft rv and trailer. Fit perfect! Staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed on out trip east and returned on out trip west two weeks later. Love KOA campgrounds as they have a standard of excellence. Good work

Terrific staff at the reception area. Very, very welcoming and super friendly. They let us view and select from several vacant spots. We ended up with their initial recommendation. The site was a large corner one with healthy mature trees with great privacy. The campground was very quiet with no trains, planes or highway noise. We look forward to other KOA locations on our cross country trip

We called last minute because out original plan fell through and we had been driving for 10.5 hours and we were exhausted and just wanted a peaceful place to stay for 2 nights. I spoke to Gina on the phone and she was extremely kind and helpful; we ended up with an amazing private site and had an restful stay.

4 rating only because of multiple power outages. From what I understand the 2nd night was a citywide but communication was not clear. Otherwise I would highly recommend! Spaces are spaced well apart, people are very friendly and great places in town to eat!

it was a great stay with family & friends. It would be nice if there was a pool for people who don't like to swim in the river. Me included. It was nice to kayak & paddle board on the river but swimming was not an option as I & alot of people don't like to swim where the water drops deep fast. especially little kids. Everyone is so friendly. Loved our stay.

Great park on the Sturgeon River. Staff are amazing, the park is well kept, super clean and updated washroom facilities. Small beach and swimming on the river, great sundeck. A really nice park all round.

Need more laundry facilities. Only two on premises but one was broken. Had to hang my stuff to dry. Other than that it was a nice campground. Good customer service. Staff was excellent.

This was our first time visiting this KOA campground and we were very pleased with our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The campground is extremely clean and well organized. We are excited for our next visit.

Very clean park and super nice people! First time at a KOA and we are sure to return! Only thing I would suggest is fixing up the jungle gym to ensure safety.

Our stay was so relaxing. The campground is so clean and well kept. Lots of amenities for children to keep them occupied. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable too. We are definitely going to recommend KOA Sturgeon Falls to others. Thanks so much!

Everything was great. Buy the excessive dog barking should be resolved quicker. That did get annoying. They were warned once because orhers were complaining but no further action was taken and it was annoying.. The location is great the staff is amazing .. I loved it. The water pump could he turned off at night to make it nicer to hear the nature but I lived lol

We only stayed one night, but it's the sort of place you could stay longer. Very well maintained campground. The restrooms were of a very high standard. Picturesque location, part on the Sturgeon River, part on a small inlet just off it. We were right on the water and it was beautiful. No traffic or train noise - tranquil! There's a nice little beach area, with a dock and water slide into the river. We were probably a couple of weeks late, temperature wise, or we would definitely have tried it out!
