Lack of hot water Adult hot tub area showers. In 4 days They only had hot water one time (mens room). Women's never. Told to let it run, still nothing. Told by other, staying the winter, this is common. Why? You shouldn't have to wait that long for water. Wasting water. I was told this is a common thing. PS I'm a plumber and they have a fix for that problem it's called a recirculation pump.

WiFi is horrible. Unable to access from campsite. Had to use my cellular phone data all 3 weeks . This has always been a huge problem there. Been coming there for last 6 years. Plus the WiFi help phone number is not working. Need to upgrade with more options. I get better WiFi in the mountains. Overall campground is nice & clean. Great location. People friendly. Lot of activities.

Stayed two nights on DW 28 which we think is the best site in the park�! 2nd site from kayak launch was a super added bonus as was the beautiful view of the water from our site. Good clean amenities and located right on the Pinellas bike path. Wished we’d booked longer for our site. Very friendly staff. Prices are a little high but competitive for all they offer. Will definitely go back.

Noisy campers and dogs. Front office short-handed. Small, crowded sites with limited pavement, but plenty of dirt and leaves. No improvements to RV camping area in past 4 years, but plenty of attention to cabins. Employee on golf cart almost hit my wife on her bike. He didn't look around the truck he was passing. But, the place is sold out so why try to improve it.

Surprised how large the campground is, many seasonal units. Our spot was short, had to park the tow vehicle sideways in front, as were most sites. Back in spots were nice. We were offered a discount to stay an extra night but same spot wasn’t available. We would have stayed. KOA shouldn’t offer if same spot isn’t available. Very close to many great beaches. Offers nice accommodations for ten

No hot water in the bathroom. For $175/ a night there should be hot water in showers. To be honest been disappointed at every KOA that I have stayed. Way more expensive and just don’t justify the expense.

We were very happy with our stay. The staff was very professional. They went out of their way to make our stay most memorable. We had a family fishing trip planned and ended up without a dog sitter. They helped arrange a staff member who was off on the day we were going and she took our dogs. Our fishing trip was wonderful. The dogs were well cared for.

The park's high nightly rate isn't justified due to overcrowding, narrow poorly maintained lanes, and no internet connectivity despite numerous nodes. Attempts to connect failed or were extremely slow (<50kbps). Needed to spend $150 to activate Starlink for 2 days of workable internet.

Awesome campground. Luv the coffee truck each morning. Great staff. We felt like family with all the staff & really appreciated one of the staff, Tommy for help getting our site arranged ! Coming back next year !

Very friendly staff, campsite was a good size, lots to do there. It has a nice pool, campfires allowed. Beach's are only 2-3 miles away, only takes 5-10 minutes to get to them.

Beautiful park with lots of activities. We stay 5 weeks on the water every winter. The staff is excellent, especially Brooke in the office!

Your wireless internet service around the campground stinks. Tried to talk with someone about it and seemed that they really didn’t care!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We asked one of the employees if they carried sewer elbows in the store and when we got back 15 mins. later there was one on our sewer hookup. That's service! Lots of trees. Right on the Pinellas trail. We highly recommend this KOA.

Great stay and enjoyed the amenities. Only 1 crabby person was encountered behind the check in desk, but everyone else was very helpful and friendly. Those who use some of the rental amenities may want to have their use thoroughly explained! Our E-Bikes almost left us stranded because the person explaining them didn't do a good job. Otherwise a great place to stay and especially liked the concerts

Had a great time and definitely enjoyed the waterfront site! The dog friendly atmosphere seals the deal for me! Will be back next yr for sure! Oh, also, 2 winters in a row Brooklyn has welcomed us at check-in and she is so fun and energetic, it’s a perfect start to vacay seeing her!!

The campground is beautiful and very well kept. The staff is very helpful and patient with all of the problems that get thrown at them. The computer reservation system is a little harsh to deal with but the staff does their best to accommodate campers. We will definitely be back next year!

Internet is really bad and cable doesn't work we asked for assistance they checked but no troubleshooting the maintenance guy said it was out connection we used our connection and tested it and it was good. The spaces are really tight and everything too crowded They charge way too much for what they offer

We loved being so close to the Pinellas Trail. It was easy to get in and out. Shopping, restaurants, and beaches all in close proximity. We visited Madeira Beach, Clearwater Beach, and rode the Pinellas Trail from Dunedin's Weaver Park to Tarpon Springs. Downside of this campground: they offer wifi, can connect, but no internet. Called customer svc for internet but # was disconnecte. Use hotspot.

We were late making reservations and they put us in the long-term resident which was not pleasant. We talked with Brooklyn and she was very accommodating found us a place by the water so we stayed 2 days longer she was great. PS the sewer connections are too high. It’s hard to drain your tank.

The location of the KOA is one of the strongest points. I stayed there years ago and there as been significant changes, not all for the better. It seemed much more crowded than I remember. The number of cabins make everything seem more squeezed together. It appeared that many of the campers were long time residents. Seasonal or longer. The rate was not great.

My family and I went for a different kind of weekend getaway, and had a good time! Attempted cabin camping w a 2yr old and a 7yr old, better than expected. Room was accommodating and cabin was cute! Wood floors definitely needed a good cleaning. 1 min barefoot or in socks and your feet were black! Putt putt was fun, playground was enough to entertain my 2 yr old. Grounds kept clean. Friendly staff and cute gift shop!
