On check in, we were placed next to a family with dogs that were just left out without leases. Husband requested another site. We were informed we should 'control our dogs' when we said we were worried. We were allowed to change, but they kept interrupting the fix by helping another customer. The 10pm noise curfew wasn't followed. The 7am noise curfew wasn't followed. Not likely to stay again.

Nice clean campground, bathrooms and showers were clean, the food was very tasty. Only giving it 4 stars because of the price. Very expense.

Staff was terrific. Bathrooms are pretty far from tent sites, that can be difficult. Probably nice amenities for families but we didn’t use them (pool, bicycles). The tent sites are nestled in trees, that was very nice.

They were very good to work with. We got there later than planned but they were still there for us to check in, we stayed a few extra days and let us stay at the same site without having to move everything. Restrooms and showers were clean. Campground clean and welcoming. And the huckleberry ice cream at the little store was delicious. We will be staying again next time we visit Glacier.

Terrible for tent guests. I was in spot D5 which was rated a tent spot. It was probably the worst spot in the entire campground. Trying to make breakfast 15ft from someone dumping their blackwater? I almost threw up. There was no privacy in my spot, no trees no shade options, nowhere to hang a clothesline. The pool was nice so we spent all our time there. This place is great for RV'S, not tents.

Our tent site was perfect for us. We had privacy created by trees and bushes. It was big enough to easily accommodate our big tent set up a table and chair and park a pickup. The office staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The bathroom was cleaned every morning and conveniently located. This was our first stay at the St Mary KOA and we are looking forward to another one next year.

The person who checked us in didn’t know any information about the local area. The man who took us to our site didn’t know where extra parking was as our vehicle wouldn’t fit in the tent site either our tent. The bathrooms needed more than once per day cleaning. The only plus is its location near the St Mary’s entrance of the NP.

Site muddy, no play chips on site as promised. Hot tub cloudy and cold, pool covered in bugs, bathrooms not clean and smelled. Wifi didn’t work. Roads dusty, no monitoring for bear safety with food left out, small sites, splash pad didn’t work, some washers and dryers out of order, landscape was not kept up, staff spoke their language around people and felt rude, altogether not a real koa feel

It has its own perks compared to the west Glacier KOA . It was much quieter meaning No Train. Bathrooms/showers were clean. People were a lot more relaxed and not loud. I didn’t like the ants that were all over our campgrounds. They made it difficult to cook they crawled on you and your food . They also fell from the trees. Bring ant spray. Our faucet sprayed water like a shower.

The campsite (k group) was very small. It was noisy, too. We woke up several times after midnight to noise. The staff was impatient. The value was not good. What are we paying for?

A miss trained office worker did not allow two tents on my site, even though a senior administrator later found the exact reservation on her computer. The result was an additional $144 charge to me. When the mistake was found, they did not refund my money. Don’t trust their reservation system! Additionally, the distance from tents to a bathroom is two blocks! This July our tent area was mud

It rained while we were away and totally flooded the site and made a mud hole. Staff thankfully moved our tent out of the mud but after the fact. Although they placed sandbags and made a ditch we didn’t want to stay in the muddy site with more rain forecasted. The staff person was extremely rude when we requested moving sites. WRONG not to accommodate or freely assist in that situation.

We got a tent site for our trip to Glacier. It was great, the bathrooms were clean and well lit, the staff was super helpful, and the store stocked everything you need. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus! Perfect location for a stay at Glacier!

We enjoyed our stay at the KOA. Great location near the St Mary entrance. Our site was right by the stream which was great. Bathrooms/showers were not too far off and were nice and clean.

Stayed in a tent site. They are neatly tucked into the woods with enough privacy to feel comfortable. The bathrooms are a walk but always clean. What amazed us most was the closeness to Glacier itself. 10 minute drive to get to the first part of the park on the East side. We would come back and stay again!

Great campsite, friendly staff, clean bathrooms! We had one rainy day, our campsite got a bit muddy, but they reacted immediately and put gravel on our site. And the hot pool was fantastic to warm up on this day! Great place!

The location is great and the campground is large. There were beautiful views in every direction. We enjoyed ice cream on the deck and the pool. I do wish there were more bathrooms and showers. The bathroom/shower stalls are not very big and it was difficult to help my young child. I don't know how someone in a wheelchair could maneuver the bathrooms.

What a wonderful place. The staff was outstanding. All the amenities are great. Great scenery, loved the pool area. Showers and bathrooms were always clean. I loved my stay.

This KOA is very expensive and not at all as nice as most KOA's. However, my biggest complaint is that when I reserved online and in the "special request" area, I simply asked for a site away from most others since I have dogs. I did not lock in my site, nor was I contacted by this KOA to confirm a lock. When I checked in though, I was charged an extra $15, and they refused to budge or refund!

I would have given you a 10 but gave you a 9 because there was no wifi. Great location, nice people in the office. Nice little store. Did not use the pool or hot tub but it is nice to have. A very short walk to Lake Mary which was really nice and had a nice trail along it. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

We loved the facilities-we were campers. I liked that the tent sites are private and are separated from the big RVs. I also love the hot tub and pool after hiking in Glacier. Lastly, we found Taco seasoning mix at the little camp store after not being able to find it in the markets in St. Mary!

This was a great campground and great location. Don't sleep on the lake walk and dipping your feet in. The pool and hot tub were perfect and the bathrooms were well maintained. Absolutely appreciate the 24hr laundry too. They could stand to have another bathroom but we were up at 5 most mornings and going to bed early so we rarely had to wait for showers. We stayed in a tent site for 7 days!

They waited until after I had paid to inform me the tub was broken. They were not willing to adjust the price, and they close their store was too early. We picked this place instead of the 30 dollar a night spot down the road because we wanted a store and a hot tub. Not worth it, will go to Chewing Black Bones next time.

Beautiful location on the East side of the park, not as busy. Campground had everything it said it would, even live entertainment when we were there. It was a short walk down to the lake and worth it. The lake was beautiful, a little chilly for us from the south but beautiful views.

Nice place everything was great just don't waste your money getting a pull thru full hookup patio. It's not that great. The other sites are just as good. Great views... can get very windy.

Easy and excellent check in, numerous staff members available during a busy summer evening check in. All smiling, happy, and willing to help! Greeted immediately by many staff members and a staff member Jim, was awesome-recommending a better new spot on the grounds to accommodate our vehicle and then he drove us down to our site as an escort. Thank you! Great evening with KOA!
