The best part was meeting Tom and Cindy Smith. Great people and great employees. My complaint is the hot was not working on our last day. All I wanted was a nice soak after a long day of hiking. Seems only fair that KOA would offer a partial refund.

Loved this KOA! The nicest workers and so close to the park. The pool and the lake were just what my kids needed after a day of hiking in Glacier. We didn't eat from the restaurant or get ice cream but nice to know that was available. The laundry room is the biggest campground laundry Ive seen. They had a dozen washers and dryers each with a change machine. Very nice views of the park too

Staff was great. Close to park entrance. Our spot was very secluded. New and clean restrooms.

Met our expectations, great team in the reception, store and in the field. Nice to have the pools after hiking. Close to many hikes.

Mostly a very positive experience. Stayed for a week. Location great, staff very friendly/helpful. Site adequate, hookups good. Bathrooms scarce considering the size of the campground. This contributed to long wait times and lack of upkeep on women’s side. Also, campground rules need to be enforced a bit more (ie quiet hours, walking thru occupied sites) and not just kids either.

The folks there were so welcoming and accommodating. The view was spectacular and the amenities were like home.

The campsite was a bit small and tight for the tent and car (site 11). It was nice to have water and electric. The new showers were nice and clean. Some bath hooks and possibly a shelving unit would be welcome additions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating 10/10 for staff.

The picnic table is falling apart The fire ring was useless And they both looked like they've been there forever. Every other KOA I stayed at on my trip was very nice So I would say I was disappointed with your location

St. Mary/East Glacier KOA staff were friendly, check-in was easy, and the location had everything I needed to make for an enjoyable stay.

WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. VERY NICE VIEW AND CLOSE TO GLACIER NATIONAL PARK. LAUNDRY FACILITY WAS CLEAN AND THE CAMP STORE WAS GREAT. EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Everyone we encountered was very nice and helpful. We had a tent site and we're very impressed with the bathrooms. Location was perfect for Glacier National Park.

I asked for a cabin close to restrooms and was happy this request was accommodated. It was very good to have a fridge and microwave, also wifi which I hadn't expected. Checking in and out was efficient.

The setting for this campground was undeniably beautiful. It was a huge KOA with so many sites and a ton of amenities. We walked down to the river, which was stunning. We were really so busy site seeing that we couldn't enjoy everything offered here. We did LOVE our ice cream with a view every night though. Thanks for a great stay.

For the high price, the RV sites were small, with very little privacy. However, the proximity to the park was a plus.

Loved this campground! Staff was INCREDIBLE! Really well maintained with clean showers and bathrooms. Great amenities and an absolutely stunning view of Glacier! Felt very safe the whole time as well which is super important to me.

-Site was fairly level -Easy access to Glacier National Park entrance -Camp store was well stocked -Staff was friendly and helpfully -4-10 yr old Kids took over the Hot Tub like it was a swimming pool. No fault of KOA staff, but parents did not direct their kids to be polite and not splash water all over the other guests.

Staff was awesome. The site we had was not level from front to back but was of adequate size for our truck and 40 ft Fiver. There was a water break and the site list water during the repair/-the repair was made quickly and the water was restored. I would recommend this campground for others to stay at.

Stayed one week. Easy access to park. Nice RV park. Only feedback is site F7 where we stayed is site where people walk through to restrooms - there is some signage but we saw a good amount of foot traffic even with signs. With the signs that fair.

Or stay at St Mary's East Glacier KOA was fabulous fresh coffee every morning in the camp store and all the staff are delightful.

Patio site was fantastic but a little difficult to pull into due to roads being narrow and lots of parked vehicles. Not a lot of room for error, at least with our site.

The best KOA we have stayed at. Awesome views and has all the amenities needed to enjoy this special place. Not a bad site in the camp with good spacing. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.

Our stay was fine. I would suggest that the employees on golf carts drive slower. At check-in they really zoomed out in front of us... I felt like it was the end of a race pit stop. As I walked around the KOA with my dogs they really seemed to be driving too fast. I liked staying there for access to the East Side of Glacier. The availability of groceries in the town was limited.

My wife and I really enjoyed this pleasant campground. Nice maneuverable campground layout and great site. Definitely a KOA that we will return to.

We were greeted with a gulf cart escort to our site which was very helpful. Our site was in a beautiful wooded area set back away from the road, next to a river. Bathrooms were not far away and were very nice and kept clean. We did not use the pool and hot tub, but they both looked nice. It was very close to Glacier National Park. Very glad we stayed here!

Stayed 2 nights in single room cabin. Have stayed here before in 2013, 2018, and 2023. Amenities and services typical of a KOA. Great location to get into the park quick. Hope it never closes. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

As I did not have a reservation for a tent site, they were able to find a site. The site itself was very narrow for a full sized gmc 1500 truck

This is a lovely campground with stunning views. We appreciate the bathroom with shower but the stairs are steep and the steps themselves are narrow; I almost tripped and I am thankful for the handrail. We were looking forward to using the pool but about 830pm it appeared overcrowded. Is there a maximum capacity?

Beautiful location on the East side of the park, not as busy. Campground had everything it said it would, even live entertainment when we were there. It was a short walk down to the lake and worth it. The lake was beautiful, a little chilly for us from the south but beautiful views.

Nice place everything was great just don't waste your money getting a pull thru full hookup patio. It's not that great. The other sites are just as good. Great views... can get very windy.

Easy and excellent check in, numerous staff members available during a busy summer evening check in. All smiling, happy, and willing to help! Greeted immediately by many staff members and a staff member Jim, was awesome-recommending a better new spot on the grounds to accommodate our vehicle and then he drove us down to our site as an escort. Thank you! Great evening with KOA!
