This is the first time in all the years camping at Koa's that we were disappointed. The place was worn down, no TV stations and their wi-fi was not working. We're going to spend 5 days but found somewhere else to go. Checking out, we found out they had just got new owners. Wish them the best plenty of work ahead!

Nice clean place. We stayed in a cottage. Fully stocked and enjoyed cooking breakfast and using outdoor grill for dinner. Loved the porch swing. The staff was friendly. I had hoped to do laundry during my stay but the facilities had closed down for maintenance. I was told at check in laundry was 24 hours a day but the staff did not mention the date it would be closing.

We love this campground and have stayed here 4 out of the past 5 years, however the facilities need to be upgraded. The bathrooms especially the the bathhouse that has 3 individual rooms needs to be remodeled. The handicap bathroom has a seat in the shower that was disgusting. The camping cabins and picnic tables need to be painted or stained on the exterior. There was no wi-fi for our entire stay

We had a wonderful 9 day stay. The staff was terrific, the facilities were great, they had a terrific nature trail, and they were very responsive to our needs.

Only good thing is location to Glacier National Park. Doesn't seem like any maintenance was done all season, We were there at end of season but weeds in gravel pads were there a long time. Premium sites were extremely unappealing. Glad we didn't pay for the premium site as we do quite often. Definitely not up to KOA standards!

The KOA was well-kept, with great views and close to Many Glaciers. I would rate it a 5 for those reasons.. Unfortunately, we were there during a fierce windstorm, so got very little sleep, so if I recommended it, it would be with the caveat that it is exposed to weather.

Great location but the camp sites are very basic. Not very level, dead grass, not very well maintained. Not much up keep at camp sites. Greeting at desk wasn’t very welcoming. I know this location is very advantageous so you pay a premium price, but there is no comparison to the West Glaciers KOA as far as effort given to make a campers stay special. First time at a KOA and I expected better.

Check in was good. Cabin was nice and clean. Was the end of the season when we stayed and there was no place to eat there as advertised, would have been nice to know that before we arrived. Was a nice campground and would stay there again.

We stayed for the last week of September and this place was pretty chill. The bathrooms are nice and clean, with wide shower stalls. Rv spots were flat with all the hook ups in a good location. Every staff member i met was friendly. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

There was no wifi.. there were plenty of options for a decent campsite and we were given one that was not appropriate for our needs. Suggestions to improve… let the customer find their own ..,

Maybe not totally KOA’s fault, but for the price we paid, the pool, spa and sauna should have been open. There was no WiFi, altho antennas were prevalent, so there’s another negative. Altho the location is closer to things we wanted to see and do, it was terribly windy the entire stay, so we decided to leave a day earlier than planned, losing out on our camping fee for that day.

Great location for accessing Glacier National Park west side entry points. Stayed 5 nights in a deluxe cabin. Cabin was roomy but lacked comfortable seating. Reception was cold and not very welcoming. Did not receive a "thank you" or ask how the stay was upon checkout. No wifi was an issue for us. Campground should drop the DirectTV and provide wifi instead.

Never stayed at KOA; aren’t camping/roughing it type. Stayed in deluxe cabin loft & bathroom. Chose St Mary’s for location; quick drive into GNP, parking & hiking before sunrise in Sept. Whitefish is 2+ hr drive to get to hikes. Get groceries, bring frozen foods before coming; not much in area. Cabin was perfect, needing a place to shower, make dinner & sleep. Only negative was flies in cabin

We enjoyed our stay & would camp here again. The campground was clean & very quiet. The staff was very friendly & helpful especially the gentleman who guided us to our camping spot.

The reception was cold and unpleasant. The cabin was full of dozens of flies because of a broken window screen. When we told the reception what was happening, we were given a plastic stick to kill flies with. Instead of enjoying the cabin, we hunted flies for hours.

Did a 8 night stop, 2 of which were last minute without any issues. All facilities were not used by us, but looked good. Very facilitating regarding having deliveries made to them.

Great location. Spacious sites. But could use some maintenance of the grounds. Would like to see adult only time in the hottub as it was really just a kiddy pool most of the time.

Perfect location for a memorable GNP holiday! We had a great time in one of the “small but mighty” cabins. Perfect size for two and we appreciated being able to stay in a quiet/cozy area in cabin DK02. Our coffee pot wasn’t working properly and the receptionist immediately arranged for a maintenance staff member to drop off a working replacement. Highly recommend this KOA

The deluxe cabin we stayed in was perfect for our senior needs.Each of the three of us had our own comfy sleeping areas, a beautiful full kitchen, and indoor bathroom complete with a spacious shower. The woman manning the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The campground was packed when we were there, but we never felt hemmed in, or in a crowd. We'll definitely be back. Thanks KOA!

Our site made it very difficult to get our small motor home level. Added to that difficulty was the “extra” water faucet and sewer drain, on the opposite side of our site. It was nearly impossible to position our rig to avoid tripping over one or the other obstacles. We ended up putting the picnic table over the extra faucet. BUT, the location can’t be beat! Location is beautiful, amenities are decent, but that is about it. Campground was not even close to full but they packed EVERYONE into one spot, you could hear people snore, cough, roll over in their sleeping bags etc. They "ask" if you have a preference like by the water or close to the wash house but they cram you into the same spot as everyone else. Stayed their twice, doubt I'll ever go back.

Beautiful location on the East side of the park, not as busy. Campground had everything it said it would, even live entertainment when we were there. It was a short walk down to the lake and worth it. The lake was beautiful, a little chilly for us from the south but beautiful views.

Nice place everything was great just don't waste your money getting a pull thru full hookup patio. It's not that great. The other sites are just as good. Great views... can get very windy.

Easy and excellent check in, numerous staff members available during a busy summer evening check in. All smiling, happy, and willing to help! Greeted immediately by many staff members and a staff member Jim, was awesome-recommending a better new spot on the grounds to accommodate our vehicle and then he drove us down to our site as an escort.
