A great location to enjoy Glacier Natl Park. Jim was helpful in changing our location to a more acceptable spot in the campground.

We loved the location and the pool/hot tub. We were in a camper cabin nearest the tent sites and the bathrooms were kind of a hike. It would be nice if there were some pit toilets spread around.

Run down cabin ( was literally leaning like it was off it’s foundation), bathrooms were dirty and the morning desk clerk was rude & didn’t seem to know what she was doing. The prices are ridiculous, $161 and we were there for 13 hours! KOA used to be a place where families could come for a reasonable price, not anymore. Will not be back!

Mostly a great stay! Deluxe cabin was clean & appreciated the grill with provided propane. Beautiful views. Only complaint would be lack of friendliness from a few of the office staff (after check in - the check in was friendly and smooth).

They put us in a great spot. We had a pop-up and had a nice sheltered spot near the main buildings. The nearby trees and bushes really helped during the bad weather.

Two big problems for us were barking dogs all day and screaming kids all day. I love dogs and kids but there seems to be no enforcement of rules. Another issue is that the neighbors sewer plug was 4’ from our fire pit and picnic table. Extremely tight pull throughs. Way too expensive to put up with these issues. We booked 2 nights and decided to stay one more. The front desk staff was able to book another night on short notice. Both the staff at the front desk and the gentleman that takes you to your site were all so helpful and friendly. Great place to stay and so close to the Glacier National Park

Nice campground and amenities. Expensive comparatively with other campgrounds but worth it for the attentiveness of camp staff and the extras. My initial impression was that it caters to the RV set, but our tent site was cozy, intimate, and woodsy.

I have always enjoyed staying at the KOA. the cabins are clean and the service is excellent to the campers. The campground is in a very nice area.

Charging $5.00 per day for package delivery is insane. At $130.00 a night you are already very expensive even for a koa. The receptionist has a dont care i just work her attitude the immediately leads to confrontation. There is another receptionist that is very pleasant and nice, and the manager was polite and dealt with the issue. The phone and e mail system is nonexistent as no callback ever.

A very nice campground. Well maintained grounds, clean restrooms, good size laundromat and the camp store was a real convenience. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Spots are way too close together and too narrow. Power and sewer need to be closer together so both hoses can reach.

Not our usual KOA experience. Facilities were mostly broken or dilapidated. The staff weren’t super friendly (except the manager Courtney who was lovely). The playground was broken, there was a horrible stench outside the bathrooms and there was no pathway to get from the RV sites to the bathrooms and office, mean we had to walk through sites or walk a huge distance to get there.

Beautiful area. RV site is huge! Most sites are not level but most people deal with it. Lots of area for using a tent although most am temps were in the 40s. Would go again

There was dining room serving meals which welcome info said there was. Otherwise the cabin I had was very clean, quiet and well maintained facilities.

Do not expect a warm welcome here like the other parks, you will not get one. Little information provided on checking in. Not rude but not friendly either. Definately will not recommend this park to fellow travellers. Facilities were good.

Great location to Glacier NP & great views from the campsite. Loved getting picked up for the Red Bus tour right from the campground.

The lady at the front desk that checked me in wasn’t very friendly. The playground was non existent, the sauna didn’t work and laundry room was very run down. We will not be staying here again. The staff wasn’t very friendly either.

The place was excellent - clean and well-kept. But the staff was horrible, one of the staff members was very rude and shouting at me for parking my motorhome in the front while leaving the place. Another staff member was grouchy and upset because I came to the office to get a coffee exactly at 7. 00 AM.

Check in was fast and efficient. This was a great base for exploring the National Park. We did not spend a lot of time at the KOA because we were out exploring the National Park and surrounding area on a daily basis.

The cabin was nice, and clean when we arrived. The one complaint was the lack of restrooms and showers for how large the campground is. There are a lot of cabins without bathrooms and all of those people try to use 3 bathrooms with two showers in the back and what 3/3 in the front for men and women. Otherwise the people were pleasant and the campground is very convenient location.

More restrooms are needed for the number of campers in the park... Also more frequent cleaning of restrooms would help a lot... The mens restrooms were very dirty.

Great location and close to St Mary's Visitor Center and 2 campgrounds for the Ranger Talks. I loved the nature trail and walked my dog daily. Loved the Native American dance and sing. Location is great and much cooler on the East side of Glacier National Park

We found the campground at East Glacier to be less desirable than West Glacier. The lots at E. Glacier were not level - in fact, they were so far "off level" that our Grand Design could not auto adjust enough to compensate for the slope of the lot. The grey/black water drain was at the top of the lot...hard to drain!!!! The lot density was too high, too.

The staff could not have been better! Nicest folks! They were friendly, helpful, and kind! Great store with lots of options. Laundry facilities were good. Some sites are not quite level so make sure you have lots of options to help level. We wish we could have stayed longer. Plan on going back.

We really liked the location of the the St. Mary KOA because it was super close to the east glacier park entrance. The pool and hot tub were nice and the store was convenient. There was no playground when we were there, which was very disappointing. The view of the mountains was great too. However, the bathrooms smelled SO bad! Like I couldn’t even use them they smelled so terrible.

We had a wonderful family trip to Glacier! All 14 of us were within walking distance, we enjoyed the pool, and hot tub. They even accommodated us by bringing 2 more picnic tables so we could all eat together. Thank you!

Campsite was great. Bathroom and showers were not too far away. This is extra, but some gravel to mark a flat spot for the truck would be helpful for rooftop tent users

I booked two sites hoping we would be next to each other as we were traveling together. Management said it was not possible even though the site next to me had a new camper daily. Our campers are the same size and being on opposite ends of the park made it difficult considering we shared meal duty and cooking and were spread between both campers. Not a great experience.

Beautiful views everywhere. Our site was close to the main building and dump station. Constant traffic and main flow of people and dogs. Staff seemed confused about everything. No enforcement of quiet hours and many dogs left out on runs or off leash. My dog was always leashed and staff stopped to ask me if my dog is leashed while other dogs were not. Children were unsupervised.Very busy!

Beautiful location on the East side of the park, not as busy. Campground had everything it said it would, even live entertainment when we were there. It was a short walk down to the lake and worth it. The lake was beautiful, a little chilly for us from the south but beautiful views.

Nice place everything was great just don't waste your money getting a pull thru full hookup patio. It's not that great. The other sites are just as good. Great views... can get very windy.

Easy and excellent check in, numerous staff members available during a busy summer evening check in. All smiling, happy, and willing to help! Greeted immediately by many staff members and a staff member Jim, was awesome-recommending a better new spot on the grounds to accommodate our vehicle and then he drove us down to our site as an escort. Thank you! Great evening with KOA!
