I haven't stayed in a KOA for a long time because my past experiences had been very poor. That has changed completely! The facilities were great and the staff was beyond fantastic. The site was well kept, bathroom facilities clean and maintained, and the store was practical with a little fun. And I can't say enough how every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful and just wonderful.

Friendly staff, grounds are well kept , bathrooms are super clean , property is well maintained, great location, quiet respectful community, great space for 0-99+ years old. Highly recommend staying here .

Had a great stay! Such a nice campground. When I booked I did write in the comments about a later check out time, didn’t hear anything, but mentioned it at the front office and they were very accommodating. I will definitely be back!

We felt so well taken care of. The office staff were so accommodating, friendly, and extremely helpful. We felt completely spoiled with the firewood delivery, and wish we would have taken advantage of ordering food, because the pizza looked amazing! We would love to stay longer next time, and will plan on it. Thank you!

We all had a great time . This camp ground is conveniently just over the bridge and was a good starting point for us to see Picture Rocks, Falls , Mackinac, and of course St. Ignance . Down side of KOA are the small tent sites we used were not level at all and all very packed together closely. It’s definitely more driven towards camper and RV’s. Campground is nice and staff is very friendly. Amenities are good. Some sites are a little tight but that’s expected at a KOA. Road noise was bad at night.

Staff were very pleasant and assisted us with the local attractions. I appreciate the text for communication which made it convenient when in our sight to get firewood and or ice delivered

Near to the ferries. Beach and restaurants right down the street. Lots of sea gulls around grounds. Delivered ice and firewood. They have a part-time food truck on site. Office staff was friendly.

Stayed in an electric tent site. Beautiful area, and facilities were clean and kept up. Friendly and helpful staff. But... SO LOUD from road noise. No privacy at the urinals. Showers were ok, changing area small. Parking difficult in a truck. No designated tent spot = neighbor sprawl +squished against the other neighbor. Perhaps if we had an RV or cabin, we would have enjoyed our stay more???

I camped Tuesday and Friday nights at the st ignace KOA last week. My campsites were clean and adequate, the bathrooms were clean, the staff was friendly, I was impressed with the number of activities available, like ladder ball, mini golf, etc. I look forward to coming there again. Thanks!

My site only had flat ground at the fire ring and picnic table...every where else was too small for my little 4 man tent, or as I had to do..place my tent over tree roots. Site needs to be either set up better or not used at all.Not much in the camp store but souvenirs, not even a marshmallow could be found. Remember to bring all your food items! I will choose a different KOA my next stay.

It was a great time. There were a few hiccups such as someone putting sticky notes in our cooler, and then someone opened our car door and shut it at 1:30am for whatever reason. Other than that my family and I had a great time. We loved tye dying on Saturday! It was a nice clean campground and we would visit again.

Was able to get a tent spot walking in on a busy weekend. Spot got washed out from the rain and staff worked with us to get into a cabin to finish out our stay. Most friendly staff I’ve ever dealt with and can’t wait to go back.

The camp sites weren’t bad, but the mosquitoes were unbearable. Even with it being a lil cool in the evening the bugs were terrible and we had to leave early due to it

Lovely campground and one of the best KOA's we have stayed at. Spacious campsites and very helpful friendly staff. Many offerings for children and adults to play- miniature golf, giant inflated bounce cushion, swings, games inside. They have an excellent WiFi mesh network throughout the campground. Free shuttles will pick you up from the Mackinac Island ferries.

Loved the corner wooded lot I was given! If I had made my reservation by phone, it is exactly what I would have asked for! Very clean campground! Only one little complaint...the burning ash going in my car as I was packing from whatever you guys were burning behind the fence. We enjoyed your campground and would definitely stay again!

The staff were very friendly. We were also accommodated because it had rained and we had a tent site that was very muddy, and they moved to someplace drier. Very appreciated. The staff also helped us get the free shuttle to the ferry port.

It was fairly good. We were only there for 2 nights. You can definitely hear the road noise on Hwy 2. Otherwise it's a good location, close to town, but far enough away to be relaxing and view the night sky.

Warm, friendly welcome. reviewed all amenities available and services offered from mini golf, corn hole, daily activities - to fire wood and food from their on site food truck delivered right to our campsite. Great place to camp, quiet hours observed, all ages were observed enjoying the campground. Excellent Campground will definitely be back!!! THANK YOU!!

This place was wonderful. The campground was not overly loud, but instead it was very peaceful. Everything was clean. The bathrooms and showers were kept well and were actually very nice. The staff were very friendly. Our stay was an absolute A+.

Very friendly staff. They made free deliveries to our campsite for firewood. The camp store was helpful and had a lot of necessities. I loved that they had a food truck - it made meal planning easy. It would be great if the bathrooms had soap dispensers lower so my kids could wash their hands themselves. The tent campsites were too close together. It would be great if there was more privacy

The site I was in shared the 15 amp with the site next door. I couldn't turn off the circuit prior to plugging in my camper. I haven't had that setup prior to now.

My husband and I stayed here for the second time for our anniversary, I left a review last year but needed to add another! We were in the same cabin we were before 303 and it's just the cutest little thing. The people are so friendly and kind, we wanted to give a big shout out to Ed for being so genuine and recommending places to us, conversing, and taking time out of his work to get to know us and make us feel welcomed! The mighty Mack shack had great pizza, the PUTT putt was fun as always and overall we had just the best time and experience and hope to continue coming up here for many years! Thank you all for an amazing week and anniversary trip - with love the vertigans!

Didnt stay here but I did order pizza here. It looked nice from my short ~25 minutes I was there. Small playground, lots of lots to camp at, benches and pavilions, mini golf, and as stated earlier you can order decent food.
