Heater didnt work in back bedroom ran nonstop. Had to turn ac on to combat heat only to have that stop and start every 30 seconds. Faced a rushed unfriendly welcome at check in.

We had a great time annd rented 3 cabins annd one RV site and so much to do in St Ignace. The only complaint we had was not enough parking for extra trailers with ORV’s. The area has to accommodate the ORV. Went to the Zoo and downtown St Ignace. The Salty Mac Brewing Co. everyone should try. The campground has so much fun things for the kiddos. The fall color tour was beautiful. Fun fun fun.

There was a problem getting the fan to quit running on the ac/heat unit. Rhonda was quit rude about it after I had her show me on Friday how to work the controller. Complained on Saturday that vent ran all night, maintenance said nothing wrong and put heat on 88. Rhonda tried multiple times pushing the off button before the vent fan would quit. Rhonda told me I didn’t need the heat on, temps to

The lady in office was very rude multiple times to different members we were with. The cabins didn’t have heat the first night and it was cold. The lady also got rude when we reported it the next morning saying we should have called the emergency number in door but there was none. Cabins were sufficient for what we needed just not a friendly staff.

Good location, close to ferries to Mackinac Island and other popular Upper Peninsula sights. Staff very helpful. I appreciated the ramp at back of the Deluxe Cottage as I use a walker.

We had a wonderful stay!!! We stayed in a cabin with no bathroom and I was a little concerned how the main bathroom and showers would be but they were very clean, had plenty of hot water, and were well lit for walking to in the dark!! Loved playing mini golf!!!

My stay was grey. The only issue i had was with the heat, But a electric heater was provided, But with a double cabin, Very much could have used two electric heaters.

A very pleasant stay. Could use a little more detail on the cleanliness of the cabins. Our cabin had piles of hair in every room and on the blanket.

Our cabin was very clean and comfortable and well stocked for a great stay. Lots of activities to keep everyone entertained. One of our highlights each year at this campground is playing miniature golf. We miss seeing the mini Mac bridge lit up and hope the course gets the needed updates and stays around for years to come, as it is a unique activity and great for all ages! Thanks for all you do!

The manager Rhonda was extremely helpful as we switched cabins per our reservation. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and knew that we would be switching and made our move seamless The park nice and continues to improve every year.

My family and I absolutely loved the cabin we stayed in (K6). It's now our annual choice when we stay for the Labor Day Weekend. Great staff and beautiful location.

We stayed in DK6. It was clean and welcoming. We had grill cheese from the food truck and it was delicious. Todd and Rhonda, the managers were very accommodating. We love it here! Enjoyed our stay!

Very pleasant. The frig didn't have a freezer which from another KOA cabin stay, Mackinaw City, we had one. So we had frozen fish we counted on keeping frozen. All else was very nice.

Unfortunately we left after our first night stay when reserving this it said it was secluded it was not the neighbors were right there and they also had a dog. I really thought it was like your #9 or 10 cabin that’s what it looked like in the picture. This was our first visit so we were not familiar with the park and that only 2 of the cabins were really secluded. I would have booked one of thos

We were lucky enough to book a cabin. It would be nice to have a bathroom closer to the tent area. We realty liked that you had a food truck and delivery. And you had reasonable prices for everything too! I was disappointed there was no pool.

We stayed in one of the cabins. Very clean very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved that they would deliver anything to your cabin or RV without any up charge and it was easy to get things delivered via text. Our only complaint for our stay was the fact that we felt they closed the playground area and the jump pad/golf area too early. Other than that it was a very nice stay

Female front desk lady was very rude towards another camper. She used profanity towards that camper in front of my 1 year old and 8 year old child when we were checking in. The mini golf was tore up really bad, mini fridge in our cabin barely kept our food and drinks cold. Will not ever be back. Prefer to stay at Mackinaw City KOA. Much nicer and staff are friendly and compassionate there.

We stayed in one of the cabins, it was perfect for our stay. The staff was very accommodating and helpful when we were missing things and had to pivot. All our kids LOVED all the extra play options and snack shack. We were also able to get our ferry tickets and free shuttle service. It was truly a memorable and wonderful time!

The site I was in shared the 15 amp with the site next door. I couldn't turn off the circuit prior to plugging in my camper. I haven't had that setup prior to now.

My husband and I stayed here for the second time for our anniversary, I left a review last year but needed to add another! We were in the same cabin we were before 303 and it's just the cutest little thing. The people are so friendly and kind, we wanted to give a big shout out to Ed for being so genuine and recommending places to us, conversing, and taking time out of his work to get to know us and make us feel welcomed! The mighty Mack shack had great pizza, the PUTT putt was fun as always and overall we had just the best time and experience and hope to continue coming up here for many years! Thank you all for an amazing week and anniversary trip - with love the vertigans!

Didnt stay here but I did order pizza here. It looked nice from my short ~25 minutes I was there. Small playground, lots of lots to camp at, benches and pavilions, mini golf, and as stated earlier you can order decent food.
